Ou nga eh ano po yung MGA worst case scenario po sa medical? I mean ano ang MGA possible na ma denied sa medical result? Excited lang ako heehe no alcohol for me this weekend hehe @pinay75

After sa medical po how many days na maka decide ang case officer po?

@seekingforhelp: pag may nakita po na abnormalities sa chest xray, un po ang big problem kasi may additional test pa na gagawin to confirm the result kaya pwede po ma-delay visa processing. Based on what I read po sa ibang forum.

@pinay75 i see.. talaga bang course duration po yung babayaran in advance sa OSHC? Bachelor degree po course, actually yung wife ko ang main applicant.

Hi! yes, OSHC cover (for the main applicant and all dependents included on the visa) for the whole duration of the study.

@Jovanniramos36 Also, eventhough the Uni has their own preferred OSHC provider, you have the option to choose your own OSHC provider. I just saw na 54 months din ang duration nyo? so I'm guessing na your visa is for a Masters by research or PhD din? In my case, I paid $7660 (me and my partner) with Allianz. Medyo mahal na nga yun. Maraming mas mura.

Hi @teachjenny, as always thanks for your response. I will just be alone if I plan to study in AU, no family yet. But Im curious why dependents need to be included in the show money even if hindi mo sila kasama sa AU. Kahit ba 2 year course, ang show money is equivalent to 12 months pa rin ba?

When you say, "Hindi na yun aabot sa embassy unless hihingin ng officer for further evaluation," once nakakuha ka ng offer letter from school, ikaw pa rin ba magpaprocess ng student visa or school na bahala?

I've contacted Fortrust consultancy and they will send me the list of schools next week. Need to backread a lot here pero for now concentrate muna ako sa IELTS. Wala kasi ako masyado alam sa AU mas nauna ko i-research NZ.

question mga kapatid, kinakabahan na tlga ako at malapit na ang intake eh wala pa ang visa ko. SVP 573, lodged last march 27 pa though hindi sa pinas ako naglodge, talga bang may ganito kabagal ang processing? emailed them already, but to no avail. laging computer generated reply natatanggap ko.

@agentKams: nag request ba sila ng additional docs syo? How about your medical result?usually may delay lang sa processing pag may mga ganitong case yata. Or perhaps it depends pa rin sa CO.

@pinay75 hi sis, yep forwarded additional docs may 18, medicals done and forwarded results may 22. worry ko din kasi am still working and magtetender pa ako ng resignation. would anybody knows how long can i be late after commencement ng classes?

@agentKams: depends on the school yata. Sa UWS one week extension lang. Try to inquire sa uni mo sis. Hope umabot visa grant mo. Goodluck.

It is included in their Sample Computation Sheet. I went to Fortrust as well. But I did not process with them kase I got direct communication na with the SVP school.

@eischied_21 - My SVP school assisted me in my visa application.. Checked my Statement of Purpose, listed all the requirements I need to prepare... Tapos pag all set na ang papers mo...they told me to print the applic form, print the eCOE, print all other docs like Diploma copies, Transcript, Affidavit of Support, then AKO na nagpa courier to VFS Global. Ganun din naman ang ginagawa ng agency eh. They just submit it on your behalf. So it was a smart idea that I found a school that helps with the visa processing...

Hello @camseeme - Envirotech Institute in Gold Coast ang school ko, sis. No, wala akong agent. Direct ako nagprocess sa school. Ginuide nila ako step by step. Parang nag agent na rin diba. Free pa! Yes - tapos na ako ng medicals ko kahapon lang. Sa Davao ako sis.

@teachjenny sa hornsby kami titira pero tafe nsw sya. Ikaw ba sis, wat school mo? Nauna ung medical namin eh. May agent ka ba? tapos na medicals mo?lapit lang office namin sa st. Lukes. Hehe

Hi guys! Just rcvd an email from embassy advice na ako mag medical . Maybe sa cebu o Davao ako. Is there a bug chance na ma denied pa ako grant for visa? And I'm worried because high blood ako and frequent smoker ako. Thank god mag medical na ako soon with in 5 days.

Hi po. Pray lang po. Husband ko dependent ko. Nagkaprob chest x-ray nya. From the result galing St. Luke's Global may nakita daw opacity and TB case according sa Australian Health officer ng DIBP which is nagulat kami kasi nung nagpamedical and xray xa months before for work purposes ok nmn. So nirefer kami for further chest analysis...ung sputum smear for 3 consecutive days. Ung result now eh negative xa sa TB (Thank God) pero ang worry ko now, ksma kasi sa process nun ung culture na 6-8 weeks. Then xray xa ulit. Intake ko July (July 27). Nde ako aabot sa class ko kasi bka need wait result ng lhat tests nya kasi isang visa form lang kami.

Cguro po don't smoke muna ng ilang araw bago ang xray exam. Smoker din kasi si hubby. Then inom Bear Brand sterilised milk (ang sbi nila ok daw un before xray and medical....heheheh dko sure if true pero wla nmn po mawwla kung inom ka n rin....hehehheehh)

June 3 - Medical, as per advise of IDP.
June 4 - Submitted visa application thru IDP
June 5 - Embassy acknowledged receipt.
June 17 - Health Undertaking required by embassy
June 18 - Visa Grant.
