You can ask you direct superior or someone higher ups that you worked with. You can do an affidavit / Statutory declaration stating similar infos to Statement of Employment:
1. Position
2. Date employed
3. Salary
4. Job Description
5. Name and position of the person of your colleague
Support with necessary contracts, payslips, income tax slips. HTH.

skill assessment outcome: positive.
pero pano ako makakapasok sa australia, dala ung work ko as a freelancer?

Nasa Vetassess outcome ka palang, now go ahead and lodge. Do you already have an English test? Di mo pa problem yang freelancing setup mo since wala ka pang way to enter Au at this point.

494 is an employer sponsored regional visa. Kailangan mo maghanap ng employer in a regional area who is willing to sponsor you and is approved by the government to sponsor an international candidate. I suggest magtingin-tingin ka na sa job websites like seek.com and pati na rin sa LinkedIn.

Hindi ka pwede pumasok as freelancer kasi yung Visa na eligible ka ay 494 which requires na merong employer na mag offer sayo ng job.

Dito ka magrefer sa website ng DHA for the requirements and steps for this visa. As you can see, one of the basic requirements is to be nominated by an approved work sponsor. Kailangan mo makakuha ng job offer from an employer in a regional area.

Since di ka pala eligible for GSM visas, irrelevant pa sayo ang EOI. As others have mentioned, you need an employer for 494.

I recall na ito yung tanong mo rin before, your next step talaga is to find an employer willing to sponsor you. Hindi eligible ang occupation mo for the other visas na hindi kailangan ng employer sponsorship.

@Janry
Kung ako lang ha, maghahanap ako ng anzsco na close sa Photo Retoucher na eligible for 189, 190 or 491. Off the top of my head, naisip ko like Illustrator anzsco (432412)? This anzsco is eligible for one of the GSM visas. I-tailor mo lang ung Satetement of Service (Sos) mo since freelance ka naman, you can control what to write there (actually not sure kung may SoS nga ba ang freelancers pag nagpa assess sa Vetassess).
This way, kung mag positive ka sa anzsco under any GSM visas, pwede ka pumasok ng AU as a freelancer once you are invited and have a visa granted since di mo need ng employer under these visas.

Hi, I'm new here in this forum. Already read this thread from 2021 to present. I'm grateful to see a lot of useful information here.
I'm a licensed civil engineer in PH and I'm planning to do skills assessment with the occupation "Civil Engineering Technician".
I have a few questions that maybe any of you can answer:
1. I lost all my payslips from my past job. My past employer doesn't seem to issue new copies of the payslips. What can I do about this? I want to be able to provide a payslip or any alternative since it's one of the main evidence/proof of my employment.
2. I have contributions to SSS, Pat-ibig, Philhealth. What specific documents should I show to support these contributions? I have read other people saying na screenshot lng daw galing sa kanilang respective websites? Is that sufficient or Is there a specific formal document for these?
3. (""Bank Statements showing at least two salary payments, your name and the employer's name"") for this document, from my knowledge, correct me if I'm wrong, the bank statements usually issued here in PH doesn't show the employer's name? or where the received income was coming from? My banks used for payroll are Unionbank and Security Bank.
Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello po I have another question, okay lang po ba if walang pag ibig, phil health and sss proof but I do have ITR from BIR?

The requirement is to provide at least one pay evidence as per guideline on their website

I see, so need to have at least 1 payslip, is that correct po ba?

ahh okay got it na, I also checked ulit yung requirement ni VETASSESS sa website nila. Thank you so much for answering po!

The more pay evidences, the better. I encourage my clients to submit more if they could. All the best
