    @paulcasablanca1980 for my husband i only submitted his CEMI for secondary school at ung transcript nya.
    Medyo kinkabahan nga ako kc bk d mconvince si CO kaya nag upload din ako ng COE nya from his employer here in SG pra lang makita na he's okay working and communicating in english.

    Luckily wala n nga hinanap pa smen. I think depende rin kc minsan sa CO. Is your wife working here? May be you could try na ijustify kay CO n she has functional english by giving proof n ngwowork sya dito.

    @iam_juju yup complete yung sinama namin na ITR from both companies tapos lahat naka CTC.

    As for form 80, sa encoded it lang digitally, printed then signed the last page tapos scan. Okay naman. Mas clear kasi kesa sa handwriting namin eh hehe :)

    @thisisme1 yup pwede na pamedical even before mainvite. Need mo lang magregister online sa emedical para makakuha ka ng hap ID. But better if ineexpect mo na maiinvite ka soon para di siya masydo malayo sa lodge date mo. Yun ginawa namin eh. May 12 kami nagpamedical. May 24 pa kami nainvite :)

    6/30- Lodged visa 189
    6/30- Attached docs except form 80
    7/29- CO contact asking for form 815
    8/1- submitted form 815

    8/30- Visa granted!!! Thank you, Lord!

    @iam_juju pwede naman yung ganyan. Kaso when we tried kasi ayaw pag maginsert nung scanned signed page. Nakalock yung pdf file and ndi namin maaccess. So we had to print everything ang scan ng tuloy tuloy lalo na dami namin addl information na huling oage :) but if nainsert nyo naman kht last page lang mas okay :)

    Good morning po! I've been reading posts from this forum since naglodge kami ng 189 visa last June 16, 2016. We uploaded all the documents except form 80 and medicals. Kahapon may CO na nagcontact. Na-upload na namin form 80 kahapon din. But for the medical plan pa lang namin pumunta sa Nationwide Makati sa Saturday. Ask ko lang po sa mga recent na naka-experience sa Nationwide, mabilis po ba sila magsend ng result? Mabusisi ba sila sa physical examination and tests? Medyo worried ako kasi my son has epilepsy. Controlled naman and we got medical certificate na din from his doctor. Plan to bring MRI and eeg results. Possible ba na medeny visa namin due to his medical condition?
