wow thats good po. If superior po ako maka 90 points po pero kung hindi i think 80 points lang. so 85 points kung 190 visa.

Yeah I get that. That’s one of the reasons why he/she can’t be both. That’s 2x the cost. Best to refer the tasks on Anzsco code. If he/she’s doing both then chem tech might be more appropriate but then there’s only limited information provided. I’ve had a case where the applicant did a DIY for chemist and got a negative outcome. I took over from there and re-applied for chem tech. She’s now in Australia! Point here is sometimes you may think you qualify for the higher position/occupation but based on the evidences you have you’re best suited for the lower position/occupation. Hope that helps

Salamat po for clarification. Naisip ko lang na magkaroon ng options since fit po ako sa dalawang occupations. In my case po, nakapag-asess na ako for chem tech two years ago at na grant ko naman ang approval. But during that year, special nomination na agad after few days and then the following year ay hindi nagbukas kaya napaso lang ang assesment ko. Now, I plan to resubmit again but for chemist position dahil yun po ang open sa ngayon. May chance po ba na maapprove kung itry ko ang Chemist kahit po may record na po ako ng Chem tech approval before? Or magstick na po ako sa Chem Tech then, magwait po ako 'til mag-open ulit this year?
