Ito po yung case ko. During the assessment ng Vetassess (October 2016) i was awarded of 7.6 years minus 1 year (first year of work). so nag pa re assess ulit ako last April 2017 binigyan nila ako ng 8.1 years. during sa pag fill up ko ng EOI nagkaka problema ako kase although 8 years na yung total experience ko accdg sa mga dates 55 pts pa din ung lumalabas. So binago ko ung date, nilagay ko ung kung kelan tlga ako nag start mag work kaya sumakto sya ng 60 pts. I got invited na last June 7 my worry is bka mgkaproblema sayang ung 140k . any advice?

@Inday_lakwatsera If i were you, fill out with date according sa binigay sayo ng assessing body. Mahirap kasi yan, pwede nila deny pag wrong claim. Fillout mo na ng ganon tapos hintayin mo mag 60 yung 55 points mo. Auto update naman sya once ma detect ng system na ok na experience mo.

Hi all. Sa mga nag lodge na ng visa app, anong document inattach nyo for evidence of health? Cleared na yung medical namin. Di ko lang alam anong document ang kailangan i attach. Thank you!

Hello @Inday_lakwatsera can you send here the breakdown of your pts? Yung pts calculator kc in EOI is always correct, so i was wondering pano ndi nagmatch to the pts u were claiming for.

and yung work exp na inaward saken ng vetassess is 8.1 years (nagbawas na sa 8.1 ng 1 year ang vetassess) ... tama nman ung age at sa school ko. age is 31 yrs old, School AQF Bachelors accdg pa din sa vetasses. pero nung naggawa ako ng EOI hindi nya ma count na 15 ung exp ko unless idagdag ko ung binawas ng vetasses na 1 year. panu kaya yun. @fedsquare

@Ozlaz hindi pa pero nanghihinayang kase ako sa time at invite eh galing kase ak ng 190 hindi ako mainvite 6 mons na. kaya ko nman i prove ung exp ko

@Inday_lakwatsera in my opinion.. you should not worry about that much. Worse case is that they may ask for some proof of employment and other government issued docs. As long as you have provided the correct documents and you did not falsified anything, everything will be alright So don't scare yourself that much. Aside from that, the reason may mga CO is to review your documents, forms and medical results. So if confident ka na makaka 60pts you should not worry. Well, opinion ko lang naman po yan,.. Apir!

@Inday_lakwatsera hmm tama naman na 15 pts if 8yrs ang nacredit sayo for "skilled employment". When u entered ur experiences in EOI, did you provide all ur experiences and just ticked the option "claiming pts for this entry" for those na nacredit ng Vetassess? And bakit parang wala kang pts for english proficiency, sis? Sorry dami tanong.

@fedsquare yes, and critical kase un ung job na yun pag nawala un 2.5 years agad mawawala saken. ngbabago lang sya pag binago ko ung dates. yan din ung same job na binwasan ng vetassess ng 1 year .. ung sa english 0 points ako hirap ng ielts eh hahaha...

@Inday_lakwatsera all in all meron ka 9.1yrs of experience, tama ba? Bnawasan ng 1 so naging 8.1? And when u submitted ur EOI, u entered all 9.1yrs pero nagclaim ka lang ng pts for 8.1?

Review nten maiigi. Kc may nabasa ko na cases before in other forums wherein the applicants overclaimed or mistakenly claimed for higher pts during EOI and when they lodged, nakita ng CO.

@fedsquare yung ininput ko sa eoi is 9.1 years. ang need ko i claim is 8 years para makuha ko ung full points nya kase wla nman difference sa points ang 8.1 at 9.1 dba? kase max na yun.

dko kase alam kung bakit at that time although iniinput Ko nman ung date na nkalagay sa vetassess ko di ko ma claim ung full points sa work para sa 8 years.

@Inday_lakwatsera tama, within the same bracket naman ang 8.1 and 9.1yrs of work exp. pero not sure why iba nga ang pts na bnigay sayo nung EOI. Baka meron iba pinoyau members dito who had the same experience.

IMO If you have the docs to support your claimed pts, wala naman maging prob during review of visa application. Goodluck sis!

@Inday_lakwatsera try mo PTE, madmi nkakuha dto ng mataas n points dhil s PTE, isa n ako dun.hehe. Check mo PTE thread if magdecide ka magtake.

hi @fedsquare and everyone thank u sa reply, just for info nakita na namin ung problema. vetassess is counting the experience ng months, EOI or DIBP is counting days so although 8.1 years ung na count saken ng Vetassess 7 plus years lang sa DIBP. I have a last question ung CO officer ba kelan sya nag based ng experience to date? kase mag eXpire ung lodgement ng visa ko ng August and saktong 8 years ako ng august as per date ng DIBP considering na ng minus na ng 1 year. binugyan na ko ng vetasses ng 8 years exp. balak ko kuha na lng ako ng new COE dito sa office. pwede kaya yun?

@Inday_lakwatsera buti nakita mo na. I think ok na yan. When u got the assessment letter, nakaindicate ba explicitly ilang yrs ang nacredit? Sa ACS kc ako nagpaassess so ndi ako familiar sa vetassess. Sa amin, ndi yrs ang bnibigay nila kundi Start Date for Skilled Employment (nabawas na ung yrs na kailangan to compensate for the education taken outside AU) From there mo macocompute ilan ang total credited yrs.

I was thinking na kung explicitly stated na 8yrs sa letter from vetasses, baka pwede na yun as proof and pwede kn maglodge now. From what i know kc DIBP relies on the skills assessment result given by the assessing body.

@Inday_lakwatsera what exact date of august deadline mo to lodge ur visa at what date ka sa aug exactly mag 8yrs sa work experience mo? If ur work exp will turn 8yrs first this Aug. before the deadline of ur ITA, just secure a latest coe. However, kung mauuna naman maexpire yong invitation mo.. gawa ka nalang ng ibang eoi para safe ka..pero meron ako nabasa dati dito sa forum, di nya sinunod ang yrs of exp based sa assessment.. nilagay nya from the year nagstart talaga sya nagwork, naapproved naman application nya. So nasa CO na talaga yon.. at tsaka meron ka naman evidences to prove your claim..

I had my vetassess assessment dec 2014. Got the result ng march 2015. No deduction of one year. Ngayon yata meron ng ganon. So all of my years of experience were counted. May point test advisory din kasi ako where it states na 2008-2014. Since 2017 na, nag 8 years na ako. Pero i agree, super takot na takot ako kasi malay ko ba kung ibalik ng CO yung sakin kasi baka hanapin yung one year deduction ng vetassess.

What i wrote sa eoi ay yung date of hiring ko. As in pagkastart. Grant naman.
Lagi ko naiisip baka nag overclaim ako, pero na approve naman state sponsorship ko sa SA.
Kahit approve na ng SA may fear pa din ako kasi baka naman di tanggapin ng dibp.
Basta genuine lahat documents mo and talaga naman related ang work mo, i think ok lang yun.

@kisses1417 exactly my point sis. Magdepende na sa CO yan. I also asked SA about that..sagot nila magkaiba sila ng ruling when it comes to work experience counting. Sa kanila right from the start talaga at wala ng post qualification.. applicable lang daw yong merong bawas na 1 yr sa dibp na.

@kisses1417 ok nman lahat ng documents ko usually 3 to 4 evidence per experience papa notaryo ko na lang siguro para mas safe.

I am writing to you regarding the current status of an application for a General Skilled Migration (GSM) visa.

GSM visas include applications for the following visa subclasses:
· Skilled Independent (subclass 189); and
· Skilled Nominated (subclass 190); and
· Skilled Regional (subclass 489) – First Provisional Stream

The processing of GSM visa applications is subject to both visa planning levels as expressed in the Migration Programme and priority processing arrangements affecting the order in which applications are processed.

Migration Programme planning levels take precedence over priority processing arrangements and expected processing times and determine the maximum number of visas that can be granted in each visa category.

There are a limited number of places available for GSM applicants for the 2016-17 programme year and therefore processing times will be longer for some visa applicants. Additionally once the remaining places are used we will be unable to grant further visas in this category in the current programme year.

As the planning levels apply to all applications, including those in the final stages of processing, I cannot advise when this application will be finalised.
