@IslanderndCity Hi, I want to ask if the documents that needed to be uploaded/required at Immigration SA website (under number 13. Documents required) https://www.migration.sa.gov.au/eligibility_requirements
are documents that are scanned copies of genuine originals, so is it ok to upload docs even if it's not CTC's of the original? Tama po ba? Thanks.

@imeetr, sorry po. now lang nakabalik dito. yes, in my case, hindi naman nagka-problem yung original docs na ini-scan ko, not CTC.

Hi everyone, new here. We are planning to go for 190 or 489 visa for WA. I've pretty much understood the process but i would like to make sure if it's correct. I'm going for 223111 human resource adviser which is on schedule 2.

At the moment ielts pa lang ang nagawa ko and still waiting for the result. Will start assessment with vetassess as soon as I get the necessary documents. Medyo hirap kasi andito kami saudi Arabia.

I'm a bscs grad from dlsu but the only work i got here is admin assistant & hr representative (limited kasi ang opportunities for women dito). I have almost 6 years of continuous experience in a reputable hospital.

My hubby's sister and her family are in mandurrah, they will be our sponsor if ever. I'm turning 32 this aug.

One of my concerns is im confused about the addtl requirement for sched 2 occupation, which is to have a full time contract. Does this mean I should find an employer before we can be considered?

Pareview naman po ng details namin if we have a chance and if somebody can answer my question re addtl reqts.

wala pa sa site ung stats for June 9 e. diko napansin na june 2 lang kayo nagsubmit ng eoi. my suggestion is double check nio pa din eoi nio kasi meron ako kilala Mechanical Engr, nagsbumit ng eoi on the 20th of Feb tas nainvite din ng 24th Feb, 60 points lang.

if youre applying for sc 190 under WA sponsorship and the occupation falls under sch 2, kelangan may offer of employment. As for SC 489, kung gusto nio relative sponsorship, ang alam ko dapat yung nominated occupation nio ay nasa SOL and not CSOL.

Was thinking of going for the northern territory na lang sana because the addtl requirement is easier. (Get 7 in ielts)

As of the moment hintay pa kami ng july 1 hoping the reqt for WA will change.

Anybody here from csol or sched 2 na naging successful or going through with their application? I would like to hear your experience.

indi ko sure kung icheck pa nila later on. pero kung may offer of employment ka na, why not go ahead at least pagdating mo ng WA may work na. ehhehe. mas madali sa NT mejo mataas lang ung sa financial capability. though di ko sure kung nagrerequire sila ng evidence, wala pa din kasi ko kilala na nag apply sa NT. Cguro mas advisable na antay mo muna 1st of July, anyway ilang days na lang namn. malay mo may changes di ba.

I've read somewhere that evidence is needed for the financial capability, valuation of a house or something.

Would really have to wait kasi we're even stuck with the ctc of our documents. We're here in ksa and having a very hard time finding where to have it done. We have all the originals though.

I am very anxious to get everything started but we cannot do anything until I get a positive skills assessment right?

Is there by any chance a possibility to start the eoi without it yet?

@j0wnaGurl, prioritize nyo muna skills assessment. Once you've handed over the documents, that's when you check the other documents you would need for nomination or visa lodgement

Skills assessment should be first talaga. Hopefully medyo lenient naman sila sa pag aassess. Kinakabahan kasi din ako sa assessment na yan. Considering na hindi pa related qualifications ko sa work ko.

I'm gonna nominate hr adviser. Nasa state list kasi sya ng SA (190), NT (190 & 489), WA (190 & 489 - sched 2). Sana lang wag magbago.

If I understand it correctly, pa assess ako sa vetassess, and make sure to get the point test advise so that they can say something about my qualification. So hopefully I can claim points fot both.

kelangan mo magpaassess with VETASSESS, HR Adviser falls under group B, meaning a min. of bachelor's degree ang required plus 3 years of work experience related sa nominated occupation, so kung since 2009 ka pa jan e ok lang, dont worry na hindi related ung course mo sa work mo.

pwede din po para sure. usually ang points test namn hinihingi parang guarantee lang na tama ung points na iclaim mo sa EOI/ DIBP application mo.

Ok lang nmn na sa Pinas magpaCTC. Just make sure lang na may details ung notary public lawyer such as full name, address, contact number and email address (if there is).

@Xiaomau82 thanks. Concerned lang ako kasi from what I've read ctc or notarial service should be done in the presence of the document owner.

Eh since dito nga kami saudi, tapos ctc docs ko galing pinas baka lang masita kung sakali.

For SC 189 and 489, scheduled sia every second and fourth Monday of each month, while for SC 190, once successful ung State nomination, automatic na maiinvite ka unless nareach na ung limit for the financial year, like what happened sa ACT, na kelangn pang antay ang 1st of July before mareceive ung ITA.
