Pwede naman siguro yun, lahit 190 VIC kami. Kasi nakalagay naman sa grant, na must enter AU before June, walang specific na state.
May magiging problema kaya dito?

Ask ko pala po sa lahat, yung lahat po ba ng benefits ng 189 same din sa 190? Like medicare, centrelinks, free education ng mga bata and all?

Sorry mobile gamit ko kaya di ko makita ang signatures.. to answer your question.. sa IE walang kaso kung ibang state ka mag entry kahit pa under state sponsorship ka. Ang mahalaga jan ay basta activate ang visa mo before the "must enter date".
@contessa yes same benefits, the only difference with 189 ay binded ka for 2 yrs sa state na nag sponsor sau.. sa 189 free to move around ka.

Side kwento, me kilala kami 190 NSW sya, pero never pa sya nakapunta dun at almost 2 years na sya sa ibang state umokay naman.. haha.. me permanent work at sariling bahay na din

@contessa pre empt ko lang ha. Para at least you know what to expect pag dating dito:

1.Medicare ay equivalent ng Phil health jan sa tin.. di covered ang dental, physio, etc. kaya kung gusto mo ng coverage gaya ng HMO natin jan, need kumuha ng private health insurance like BUPA. Eto ung naguluhan ako dati.
2. Free Education - not entirely (subsidised) may babayaran din pero very minimal more or less $100 per year depending sa level ng bata excluding incursion/excursion fees, extra curricular activities fees, uniforms, school things. For public school lang ang subsidy. For private/ catholic schools around $2k up sa primary depended din sa state/location.
3. Centrelink - nagagamit namin ito for Child Care Benefit (income tested). Mahal ang childcare dito: Long Day/whole day around $130 per day, present or absent ang bata may bayad. Mas malaki sweldo mas konti ang subsidy. Family Tax Benefit, income tested din.

@contessa While PR189 and PR190 have the same and equal benefits, it's more of "moral obligations" towards the sponsoring state. You may not encounter any problem now as usually wala naman sa visa conditions to and DIBP probably doesn't have the authority over the states. However, with this ethical issue, you never know what the repercussions are especially pag nagapply na kayo ng citizenship later on. After all, the state did give you additional points, I think it would be best to give back.

@ipolyyy @ram071312 Thanks guys. It's just sad sometimes na these things happen. And maybe talagang hindi naten maiiwasan lalo na kung gipit na gipit na. Sana when we move to a better place, we'll take the positive and less or even none of the negatives. We should always remember the reason why were here is 2 folds. One, we need them (for our future) and two, they need us, as skilled migrants. Kailangan nila tayo eh. The least we can do is be honest and be grateful. After all, they already trusted us by granting the visa.

Hello! May question po ako. Thanks in advance sa mga sasagot. Need po ba mag PDOS kahit initial entry muna? Di ba pwedeng pakiusapan na babalik naman ng saudi? Nandito po kasi kami sa Saudi at mag initial entry muna sana. Problema kase is nakabili na ng tickets and booking sa hotel, then saka ko lang nabasa na need mag PDOS. huhuhu

@ipolyyy sa pagkaka tanda ko, magkaka problema ka lang kung sa pinas ka mang gagaling. kasi yung iba sa SG nang galing di naman nagka problema. kaso pag nagbakasyon ka sa pinas at pabalik ka na ng Oz dun ka na hahanapan

@ipolyyy hello! Ung kaibigan ko if im not mistaken, di muna sila nagPDOS since intial entry lang naman sila. One week lang din sila OZ nun.. nag PDOS lang sila nun BM na.. pero not sure kung pwede pa yun ngayon ah since npakahigpit ng immigration at POeA ngayon.. you may call POEA anonymously siguro to ask this hehe!

Hi po sa inyong lahat! Ask ko lang po sana sa inyo kung cnu na po sa inyo ang nakapaglanding as VISA 190 pero hindi po sa nominated state naglanding like for example, VISA 190 in VICTORIA pero sa Sydney naglanding... kamusta po ang landing? Plan ko po kc sa July na ang landing ko...

Tanda ko po si @jacjacjac parang sa June na maglanding... musta po, excited na po ba?
