COE without detailed Job Description and Other Supporting Documents

Hello... ask ko lang regarding my COE, nakahingi po ako sa HR namin nang generic COE, pero my problem is nilagyan nila nang ibang addressee ex. name nang bank, because ang dahilan ko kasi ay for housing loan so hiningi nila name nang bank and nilagay sa COE. Do u think tatangapin po ito nang ACS? Also, nagrequest po ako nang job description, but they tell me na gawa na lang daw ako and papirma sa officer ko. My problem is for housing loan kasi ung dinahilan ko kaya nakahingi ako. Im thinking na kapag for visa application po reason ko ay baka di ako bigyan and lalo pa magkaproblem. Need advise on this. Thanks

even if you dont tell them now, malalaman din nila pag nag verify na ang ACS sa HR nyo..
also, if you will apply for visa, CO may also do verification..
so why not just tell them the real reason..

why do you think magkakaaproblem pag nalaman nila na immigration angr reason mo?

tell them it's just for skills assessment for australia immigration...
it's just the first step of the whole process.. and it will take another 6-12months to complete the whole process, if their concern is that you might leave the job easily.

Binigyan ako ng certificate of employment with job description kaso walang official stamp ng company. Di daw nila pede lagyan, ewan ko ano rason nila. Acceptable na po ba to? thanks in advance

hello po ask ko lang.. ok lang mag hingi ng detailed JD sa hindi mo ka dept.. I mean someone senior from the company that can vouch your skills?

@cliffhanger82 Company stamp is not required. Required are company name, address, and contact number para may matawagan sila for verification if necessary.

Hi guys question lang, Im now in the process of uploading the supporting docs for employment and I have these 2 scenarios na di ko alam gagawin ko:

1. On my contract and payslips (first 2 years at work) ibang position ang nakaindicate compared dun sa COE na sinubmit ko sa ACS (the same doc na iuupload ko din sa immiaccount). I was promoted on my 3rd year but I dont have a copy of my payslips for that period anymore. On my COE, ang nakalagay nalang is yung last position na hinold ko before leaving. Hindi ba ako magkakaissue when the CO checks that the "position" is not consistent ? Should I just submit ITRs at wag na yung contract and payslips?

2. On my 2nd company, my Contract Papers was from a consulting company since startup company sya and in the process palang ng pagreregister sa sec,bir et al. After a few months (prior to my regularization), nairegister na officially si Company2 and by the time na my regularization papers were given to me, the docs were already under the Company2 (letterhead and all). The consulting firm was never mentioned in my COE; Is it better to just submit the regularization papers and wag na yung contract?

if it's part of the minimum requirement of you assessing agency then you need the jd even if your not claiming work exp points..

Thank you. Ang pinasa ko na coe ung generic lang eh pero I passed reference letters don sa assessing agency.

Ok lang po kaya na ung nagbigay ng reference letter ko na pinasa ko sa assessing agency eh ng resign na? December pa kasi ung reference letter ko eh tapos ng resign na ung nagbigay sakin nito lang march.

@netzkeenet - that is alright.... as long as pag nag verify ang assessing agency sa company nyo, HR can confirm na naging employee nga sya..

@hotshot - for everybody's information, what was the difference between these two:
a) detailed COE signed by my ex-boss in plain paper
b) affidavit signed by my ex-boss

a) detailed COE signed by my ex-boss in plain paper
- basta statements lang printed sa bond paper tapos pinirmahan lang ng boss ko.

b) affidavit signed by my ex-boss
- same statements pero this time nakalagay sa affidavit. tapos ang pumirma in front of the lawyer/notary ay yung boss ko. ginawa ko to dahil ayaw nila ng stat dec/affidavit na ako ang pipirma. dapat yung boss ang pipirma.

@hotshot pwede bang makahingi ng sanple nun affidavit na ginamit mo? Salamat!

hi everyone, question po.

yung ACS results ko dumating na after 2 weeks. Bachelors degree naman kaso hindi naconsider yung first job ko due to insufficient details daw. yung sinubmit ko is 2-page document from the company. 1st page ung employment history (full time, tapos duration). yung 2nd page job details plus description ng tasks ko per project. in table format yung page 2. yung 2nd job and 1st job ko halos same lang ng tasks and aligned with the description for analyst programmer.

ano po ang mas maganda, review nalang na magsusubmit ako ng edited version ng job description? tapos pasign with company and notarize. or stick with the same documents and appeal nalang?

nakalagay kasi dun sa FAQ nila, pag appeal kasi pwede irefund once favorable yung response. so kung mababago nila yung saken, refunded yung $395. yung review, walang refund kahit anong result.

may nakapagtry na po ba rito ng appeal? kasi yun po ang kinoconsider ko ngayon. kasi same content lang rin naman ang ilalagay eh. pwede ba yung madaan nalang sa explanation sa reason for appeal?

hi to all, need an advice: pumunta ako last week sa previous company na pnagttrabahoan ko..nagpagawa po ako ng COE with duties & responsibilities. tpos,sinabay ko na rin ask if pwede nla ako ma releasan ng previous payslip ko kasi that was year 2005-2008 ako employed dun...cnabi sakin ng incharge na hindi na nla ma track un kasi ung accountant nla nuon nag resign na,.cnabihan nlng ako ng staff nla na gumawa nlng daw ako ng generic tapos signan nlng nla..

my questions are:
1) regarding sa COE,okey lng po ba ung 2 pages?1 page for the certification, employment duration and the other 1 yung job description/duties & responsibilities. At pwede po ba yung Marketing Manager ang mg sign? Lahat ksi ng transactions dun, sakanya na dumadaan

2) regarding sa payslips, my nka pag try na ba gumawa ng generic payslip? gusto ko sana ung SSS contribution ko gamitin ko as proof, kaso wala akong contribution from march 2005-april 2007. If eto e submit ko, mkka apekto ba to?.worried lng ako baka hindi e count ung 2 years experience ko kc walang proof..

3) nuong ma resign ako, bnayran nmn ako ng company yung number of years na wala akong SSS contribution,, bali ung employer share na dapt binayad nla, binigay sakin..pwede ko ba un gamitn?

wala akong problema sa pagpapa sign ng mga documents sa previous employer ko, ang problema lng mga tamad gumawa ng mga tao dun kaya ako pnapaggawa tpos sign nlng cla..heheheh

1) I assume yung makukuha ninyong COE ay may company letterhead, address and contact details tama po ba? If so, mas ok sana kung HR manager ang signatory since normally ang source ng COE ay HR Dept. Wala naman pong restriction pagdating sa # of pages.

2) ITR and/or bank statement ng payroll account ninyo kung wala nang payslip to serve as proof of paid employment. Kung SSS, not sure kasi pwede yatang maghulog kahit unemployed?

@altuser41 yes complete lahat ng details with regards dun sa company.Ang problema kasi dun, wala na silang Hr Manager. Yung Marketing Manager nla,cya na lahat acting as Production Manager/HR...Balak ko kasi ilagay dun calling card at i.d nya kaso ung details nya is MArketing Manager cya..

wIth regards to SSS, my makita dun na data sa employment history mo.nkapag printout ako kaso nga ung nga wala hulog since march 2005-april 2007...

You think willing siyang lagyan yung title niya ng Marketing Mgr/HR Mgr sa COE or something to that effect just to educate ACS that no other person is authorized to sign it except him/her? Kasi kung Marketing Mgr lang ang nakapirma, baka maging iba ang interpretation ng ACS. Hope you get my point.

As for the SSS, baka pwede bayaran yung gap periods para walang butas. How about the bank statement of your previous payroll account? Pwede pa yata maretrieve yun.

Tsaka kun sayo ibinayad yun SSS employer share, wala ka din pwede maipakitang evidence nyan...
How about ITR? Baka meron ka ITR for that year...

quick question lang, for EA assesment gusto ko lang sana malaman kung worth ba na gawan ko ng document yung ibang experience ko. Bali ganto kasi 'yun. Yung experience na ipapa asses ko sa EA is Production or Plant Engineer - ANZSCO 233513. Bali yung related experience ko dyan is 6 years lang. Meron akong another 3 years IT related experience. Kung ilang years lang ba ang tinanggap ni EA yun lang ang pwede mong gamitin experience to aquire points? Kasi kung pwede rin ma count yung IT related experience ko sa number of working years, might as well submitt the documents necessary. Yun lang po. Newbie here.

@jbla brad, good day... sa EA kase need mo mag prepare ng career episodes pertaining to and closely related to your nominated occupation... dapat consistent 3 career episodes closely related to ANZSCO 233513 kung yun ang gusto mong ipa assess na profession... sa EA walang number of yrs na tanggap or not, kase they will assess based on your CDR... pero syempre yung number of yrs lang na cwork related to your nominated profession as assessed by EA, ang magkaka points for the EOI... hope this helps... ;-)

May nakapag try na po ba mag bayad sa SSS nung may mga gap periods? Ung year 2000 ko kse may 5 months gap. Pwede pa kaya ma settle? Thanks.

Hi po sa lahat! Tanong ko lang po kung anong dapat kong gawin? Ito po yung case ko, may generic COE po ako from my previous agency pero di na po ako makakakuha ng detailed COE kasi na dissolve na po sila. Pero agency ko lang po nawala at yung client po namin na kung saan ako na-assign ay buhay na buhay pa po. Almost a year po ako sa agency and na-absorb po ako ng company na client namin. Naka-request na po ako ng detailed COE from the company pero from the date na na-absorb lang po ako ang date till my resignation date. Since di na ako makakakuha ng detailed COE sa previous agency at pareho lang naman po job description ko after ma-absorb, pwede ko bang copyahin na lang yung job description/responsibilities at ipapirma ko sa dating director ko? I guess the answer is yes but from the other forum may nagadvice na kuha daw po ako ng statutory declaration? ano po ba nilalaman at paano po ba kukuha ng stat dec? dito po pala ako sa SG nakabase baka may mga taga SG dito na parehas ko po ng kaso baka pwede po pa-advice kung paano at kung saan dito papagawa ng stat dec. salamat po in advance.

Tingin ko @wolfbomb pwede affidavit indicating that your agency was already dissolved and no longer locate the whereabouts of the signatory of your agency you were connected with to sign your stat dec. thus you decided to sign the person on your stat dec was your superior who handled you where your agency deployed you. Indicate to and then from date u are under agency tapos signed nun previous superior mo Sa current company mo na dating nag handled sayo.

Lagay mo din your previous superior in your current company yun position nya, regular employee ba since when. That you holds the position of frm. to. Tapos sa stat. Dec mo na ilagay Yung detailed job description mo. Dapat pirmado nun dati mong superior dyan sa dati mong company. Yung affidavit notarized mo at Yung stat Dec. ipa cert. True copy mo. Ikaw n gumawa nun stat. Dec. Hanap ka Ng sample sa internet try mo lng. O kaya gawa ka thread "stat. Dec. any sample...please!

hi guys! share ko lang. yung current employer na kasama sa Career Episode ko, generic COE lang binigay and may email si HR na hindi sila nagbibigay ng detailed JD sa COE. pwede po ba na gawan ko ito ng Self Stat Declaration (kasi ang managers ko nasa US and ndi pa ako ganon kaopen na ipaalam ang desisyon ko)? Iaattach ko email ng HR na hindi sila nagbibigay ng detailed job description sa COE with proof of evidences na working ako sa company (letter of appointment, contract letter, payslips, ITR, merit increase) sa tingin nyo ok na po ba yun? thanks much!

@bait0211 pwede ka ata magpapirma sa superiors mo na andito aside from your managers in US. Basta hindi mo kalevel mas mataas sayo. Tapos include din yung statement ng company na hindi sila nagiissue ng coe with job description.

@bait stat. dec. po ng pipirmang mas mataas ang posisyon sa inyo pero kayo na gumawa pra po pipirmahan n lng. Hindi Self Stat. Dec. meron po kasing gumawa ng self stat dec. pero hindi po allowed ng assessing body.
