@cinnamon20 @altuser41 you can correct me po pero my understanding is in doing stat declaration, both parties must be present fbefore the lawyer. I'm more on being safe kasi money and time and your visa are at stake here kaya I'd rather find someone na nasa Pinas to do the Stat Dec for me.

Hi everyone, it's my first post here. Do we really need to submit payslip? As in kumpleto, from your first job up to your present? OR ITR alone can do? Kasi mahihirapan ako dun sa first job ko, iisa lang ang naitago ko na payslip. Please help me. Thank you!

ITR or payslips are not required.

You just need a certified true copy of the COE from all your employers.

@BeBBang, yes I totally agree with you, that is the ideal practice.
But in my opinion, nasa discretion ng Notary Public kung pipirma sila kahit absent ang declarant.
Kung pipirma sila, good. Kung hindi, no choice but to bring with you the declarant.

Kung yung bisa ng Stat Dec ang tatanungin, wala naman sigurong pagkakaiba whether the declarant is present or not before the attorney, as long as 1) nakapirma ang declarant at 2) na-notarize ang document.

Just to be clear this is not to encourage everyone to do the same, I am just trying to present options. Kung sa tingin niyo ay alanganin yung naging hakbang namin, feel free to do what you think is right.

usually lawyers require the presence of the person doing the declaration. so kung asa abroad ung mag sign dapat kung sa country kung asan sia nakastay sia magpanotarised ng stat dec.

No need for pay slip from your previous employer/s. Just ensure na may last drawn salary sa reference letter mo, kung wala at least meron sa COE. Though some case officers don’t mind at all, pero para iwas hassle lang na indi sila magrequest for additional documents.

@cinnamon20 nag statutory declaration din ako kse sa coe ng accenture wlang description. Ang ginamit ko na format e ung na google ko na - statutory declaration australia. So far ok nman. Bale yung team lead ko dati na manager na now nag pinag sign ko at pina notaryo ko lng jan sa pinas.

Sino po dito ang nagpa review na ang reason ay "You wish to contest the result of your ACS skills assessment?" does the result of your review successful? Pa share naman po ng experience nyo why did you resort for a review with that reason. We are waiting for the ACS next move after we sent them our previous ACS result in 2011 as 261311-Analyst Programmer our nominated ANZCO code . As of now our skills assessment was at stage 3. Too early to apply for a review. Perhaps we will call them after 5 days if that old skills assessment result and our reason to them is acceptable to have finalised my hubby's skills assessment to our nominated ANZCO code will remain the same. Btw. there was really such ANZCO they have suggested to us i thought there wasn't after i've look for in ANZCO description. Those ANZCO were 262113- Systems Administrator and 263212-Support Engr. unfortunately were not listed in SOL and CSOL so even we agree to their suggestion it was nonsense.

@habibi - I think yes.. if meron kang new work experience from a new company na wala sa ACS assessment letter mo, you need to apply for new assessment para ma-include sya.

Kapag navisa refuse po ba, pwede pa po ba ako mag-apply ulit. Ang case ko po ay narefuse ako dahil sa minus 6 years of work experience pero gusto ko sumubok ulit sa state sponsorship. pwede po kaya yun?
Sir @habibi, nasubukan niyo na ba maginquire sa kanila tungkol sa karapatan niyo post-visa refusal? Base dito sa nakita ko, wala daw ban at pwede daw magre-apply; tumawag lang siya sa Immig Dept.

Thanks. I sent an email to the CO. Sana sumagot sila. Nagtanong na rin ako kung pwede ko ireklamo yung agent ko dahil sila ang naglagay sa akin sa alanganin. I should have known better.

I also have a question with regards to ACS. Kailangan ba ulit ako magpaassess kung may bago akong trabaho pero related sa systems analyst. I got my positive assessment last year as a systems analyst but my letter states that I am skilled after sept 2011 pero di pa kasama yung bago kong trabaho? I am considering applying this september at state sponsorship para umabot yung points.

Hindi sya new company, actually same company pero nag-iba yung title ko. Anyway, might need to wait for another two years para maging 5 years na ang skilled experience. Might not to reapply again. Kaya ko natanong kasi pwede rin kasi ang state sponsorship. sa September 3 years of skilled na ang pwede sa akin. Yun nga lang kasi March, iba na ang title ko. Tinamaan talaga ng malas. Anyway, God bless sa lahat and may you find your way to the land down under.

Guys, just got my ACS skills assessment today.

AQF Bachelor Degree with major in computing
2 years was removed from my work experience from the total of 8 years work experience that I passed for Skills Assessment.
I still have 6 years for my work experience.

Next milestone will be IELTS.

4.5 years nalang na credit. Sayang ang 5 years ko khit application lead na ko nakaka hinayang ang mga bawas na points.
kamusta naman grades mo?.. mey isa dito section 3 ang school pero nakuha niya yun bachelor's degree.

Makisingit lang, mukang di basis ang grade sa assessment. Yung assessment ko last November 2012 pa at diploma lang din binigay sa akin. BSCS course ko sa STI Caloocan at di sa pagmamayabang eh mataas mga grades ko, nasa 1.5 overall average ko. Malapit na mag-expire assessment this coming november kaya baka magpa-assess ulit ako pro try ko naman ibang occupation. From Software Engineer to Analyst Programmer naman, namali kasi ako intindi dati sa work description ng SoftEng akala ko eh programmer lang yan yun pala consider as Software Architect pala sya, baka kako factor din yan sa pag-assess.

@xiaomau82 saan mo nakuha yun info mo? Not that I doubt what you're saying. I'm just curious because, ACS hasn't been very transparent regarding how they assess degrees. Nor have I seen any official info re school secs.
