Hello kailangan ko ba muna tapusin ung partner visa application at ilodge bago ko mafill upan ung sponsor application? Lagi po kasi nag eerror. Dko p nalodge ung partner visa ..

Hello po. sa mga nag lodge ng application nila ONLINE, i want to ask for advice. pag nag upload ba ako ng new documents sa immiaccount ko, do i have to inform the embassy to tell my Case Officer about this? or makikita din nila ung newly uploaded documents and no need to inform them? thank you

Hi everyone,

I hope all is well, I only have few questions I know you guys can help. I am only curious about MS case officer, is her name is Melody? if yes OMG , how did that happen that @elhjhay is been waiting 17 months now? do you apply just yourself 309/100 or with dependent? Im scared now, I applied October 2014 and i haven't got any response from my Case officer.

I thought Manila is pretty consistent about their time frame between 8-9 months.

Does anyone here applied October 2014? if yes, let me hear your thoughts please. I am still waiting and hopefully It'll come out soon.. good luck everyone!

Hi @belle1128 we applied with the help of an agency ..we received an email last June 30 stating that a visa processing officer will be revisiting our application by next week. I'm really crossing my fingers for a visa grant next week

@elhjhay hello. how often do you follow-up your application? I am just wondering kung nakakatulong or makakatagal ung follow-up ng sponsor through email. balak kasi namin mga every 2 months mag follow up.

@mayang hi there, we're absolutely the same situation. Same CO and same month we lodge our application. Have you heard anything from our CO? I am currently here in AU holding tourist visa. So hopefully we hear something.

Hello Everyone!

I'm a newbie and would like to know if the processing for partner visa 309 is really 12 months? and how long before get my assigned CO?
BTW, I'm currently residing in Canada and holding a Philippine passport, not sure if it will make a difference.

Please see my timeline below.

Online Application : June 19, 2015
Application Received Status : June 22, 2015
Medical done : July 9, 2015
PCC submitted along with the application

I'm new here.. my application for subclass 309 was received last Febuary 2015.. I received an email last week July 29,2015 that our visa application is in its final stage..

Who experienced this situation? How long nag wait kayo for your visa to be approved?

I have 3 officers during my application..
Subclass 309
Lodge Febuary 2015.
Still waiting..

@chinorn I have no idea kng final stage na ung sakin. Ive read in another forum that it is usually a team of COs who process the visas. Kya normal lng kng iba iba nageemail sayo. Tinanong mo ba sa follow up or kusa sila nag email na final stage na ung sayo?
