Question lang mga sir/mam, I received my Vetassess assessment result and it has a positive result. Regarding the work experience, ang ilalagay ko ba dun e yung date deemed skilled na nalakagay dun sa outcome letter? or yung nakalagay sa COE ko? sa COE kasi 2004 pero dun sa outcome letter date deemed skilled is 2009, any help regarding this would be very much appreciated

@omeng22 ang nilagay ko na work experience ay yung nakalagay sa vetassess outcome letter ko. pakidouble check din sa section na yun ng EOI kung anong date dapat ilagay.

question po, mejo mababaw na tanong. hehe.

1. I have an auxilliary name kasi, III. And walang text box to fill up auxilliary names. Will it matter kung hindi ko sya ilagay sa EOI ko? Anyone here with Jr. or III sa name? Ano po ginawa nyo?

2. I have a secondary applicant (wife), do I have to click yes sa "Would the client be accompanied by the client's partner in a future application?" kahit sa current application ko sya kasama? Or if hindi, san ko sya iinclude sa EOI?

hi i got invitation on 2 eoi's isa sa 190 and 489. obviously mas pinili ko yung 190. Ok lang bang i ignore ko lang 489 invitation ko, or do i need to do something about it? like inform immigration na di ko na xa aaplyan coz nakapaglodge nako ng 190?

- if you will ignore 489 in your immi account, it will expire there (60 days after if I remember it right)
- if you will tell immi about it, then much better. it's just like saying NO to 1 suitor because you're in love with another one. it hurts but at least - hindi ka nagpaasa lang. #hugot101

magandang araw po sa lahat.. seek ko lng po ang opinion nyo.. not sure if naitanong na 'to dito pero I haven't had the chance to back read yet.. so pasenxa sa noobs na tanong.. I recently received my ACS assessment at ito ang resulta:

Your skills have been assessed to be suitable for migration under 263111 (Computer Network and
Systems Engineer) of the ANZSCO Code.
Your qualification has been assessed as follows:
Your Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering has been assessed as comparable to an AQF Bachelor Degree with a major in
computing.
The following employment after November 2013 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately
skilled level and relevant to 263111 (Computer Network and Systems Engineer) of the ANZSCO Code.
Dates: 09/09 - 02/12 (2yrs 5mths)
Position: Tech Support

Dates: 04/12 - 10/15 (3yrs 6mths)
Position: Senior Tech Support

Conclusion: out of the 5 yrs and 11 months, 4 years ang na deduct (not sure kung bakit pero sino ba nmn ako para pumalag) which leaves me with 1 yr and 11 months..

Points Breakdown:
Age: 30
English: 10 (minimum of 7 on all bands)
Education: 15 (Bachelors)
Experience: 0 (hindi nakaabot ng 3 yrs after qualification)
TOTAL: 55

Backup Plans:
1. retake English test (IELTS - aim for at 8 across all bands)
2. state nomination

Question: pano ko po ba 'to ideclare sa EOI? dba sa page 9/13 (Employment), ililista mo dun ang employment history for the last 10 years.. idedeclare ko ba 'tong dalawang experience ko as "employment related to nominated occupation"? if NO ang ilagay ko, 55 pts makukuha ko pag nisubmit ko.. pero pag YES (kasi related nga nmn xa sa ninominate ko na occupation) makakakuha ako ng 10 pts since ika-count nya as 5 yrs+ yung combined experience.. so instead na 55, magiging 65 na score ko.. pwede po pa.advise para maliwanagan nmn 'tong pagkalito ko

Natawa namn ako sa #hugot mo bro. anyway, I agree with @IslanderndCity, better if you could withdraw your SC 489 eoi, just make sure na you know how to do it otherwise just leave it until it expires.

need mo pa ba ng supporting document for visa application sa work experience na di mo sinali sa skill points claim? kasi yun two company na pinagtatrabahoan ko dati nabili ng ibang company at nahihirapan ako kumuha ng updated COE at di na rin macontact yun nasa COE na contact numbers..

if youre not claiming points for the work experience, no need to provide documents.

as long as it is still valid, no need to apply for a new one, since you are working in the same company.

pag nag expire sia, considered new application na un. havent tried na reassessment due to expiration, what i have tried e ung reassessment claiming for more work experience and in that case e additional documents lang ung ina-upload. diko lang sure how the system works and kun ano irequire ng system in the event na expired na ung assessment. U can still use the old documents though plus the current payslip since same company .:-)

Ang sagot po ba NO kung ako lang muna mauuna? Kasi nagwoworry ako na baka pag YES ang sagot ko eh magbayad na agad ako ng visa para sa dependent ko. Since di pa sila ready magmigrate. Tska limited pa budget ko and hindi ko pa kayang dalhin sila ng sabay sabay. Sana po may makasagot ng tanong ko. Salamat in advance..

sa pagkakaalam ko, pag nag yes ka kelangan na bayaran. if no namn, baka mahirap ka na sponsor sia later on. not too sure though.

You can create and submit EOI kahit wala pang state na available. U can later submit the state nomination as soon as any of the states reopens.

gawa ka na ng EOI at submit mo na din kahit wala pang open na state for your occupation. select mo NSW as preferred state. baka swertehin ka invite ng NSW for SS kahit wala ka sa occupation list nila.

Pag Skill Select or Skilled Migration Program klangan bang related ung Degree sa working experience? Kasi my husband is IT graduate but he has experience in Pizza Hut Philippines as Cook (Pizza/Pasta) for 4 years.

Qualified kaya sya? ksi may tinanong ako na isang agent hindi daw. Meron isang agent din nasabi qualified daw and iaassess ung skills and qualification nya.. I am Nursing graduate but not registered nurse in Philippines and no experience in Hospital. More on office admin work ako ngayon.

May I know kung sino pwedeng agent mkatulong samin. Thank you

Hello po baguhan lang po. Tanong lang po what's the difference between skilled employment within Aus and Skilled employment outside? Pagsinabi bang within Australia dapat ba na nakapagtrabahu ka mismu sa Oz for a period of time? Pls enlighten me. Thanks po.
