Kung hindi makapagpo-provide ang supervisor mo ng letterhead ng company nyo, letterhead ng department nyo na lang ang gamitin mo, (usually sa malalaking company ay may letterhead ang bawat department or unit). Dun mo na lng i-detalye sa reference letter ang lahat-lahat signed by your immediate supervisor.

Kung wala na ang immediate supervisor mo sa dating company nyo, gawa ka na lang ng reference letter sa senior employee dun na makakapagbigay ng testimonial sa details ng employment mo then gawa ka ng Statutory Declaration. Remember that stat declaration should be supported by strong evidence of your claim.

Yung sa stat declaration po ba, dapat yung supervisor ko pipirma nung letter sa harap ng magcecertify na attorney?

Example po ba ng strong evidence is pwede na ung contract, coe, some payslips.

Kung supervisor ko ung magbibigay ng reference letter kelangan pa din ng statutory declaration? or pag senior lang?

If the reference letter is being signed by the immediate supervisor then stat declaration is no longer required.

Statutory declaration should be supported by strong evidence like reference letter from senior employee and pay slips/bank statement/ITR or job contract or any employment-related correspondence. Stat dec should be notarized.

@bertz you can asses in technician level provoded you will submit an assesment na pang technician in EA..so yung gawin mo na pagdefend ay in line with technician lang.pero kung makaya mo na maproved na pang profeesional engr ang job mo..why not try...

mga sir and mam..newbie lang po ako..may question lang po ako..ive been working for my field in aviation im an aircraft mechanic for 8 1/2 yrs..i'm 31 yrs..first time to see this forum and really a big help..im now on the first process po ng application ko..naipasa ko na po sa agent ko po all my documents para po sa TRA assesment po since im under migration assistant po..any advices po for a newbie like me..plan ko po kasi eh if ever po na palarin is dadalhin ko na po yung family ko together with me..ano po ba magandang gawin?..dito pa po kasi ako for now assigned in japan..paguwi ko po next month sa pilipinas eh mag review na po for ielts..may ma i share po ba kayong experience regarding po sa first time immigrant na kasama na po agad ang pamilya?..and any suggestions and advices po?..salamat po and godbless po sa lahat!

my fiance and i are planning to migrate to OZ, magGSM application po kami. si fiance may nagcommit ng support pero hindi kamag-anak or employer so hindi pasok sa sponsorship.. sya sana ang primary applicant tas ako ang secondary kaya lang wala sa SOL list yung inonominate nyang occupation so ang ending, ako na ang primary.

ang inonominate ko pong occupation ay social worker. ako po ay graduate ng development studies sa UP at although social work ang course ko, yung curriculum naman ay halos kapareho ng social work (based sa AASW) and yungwork experience ko ay hanay rin dun.. NGO working experience ng more or less 5 years. ok lang po ba ito? magpapaassess po ba ako as a social worker?

hinahabol po namin na makapaglodge before july 1 next year, ang wedding po namin ay december 2012. ok lang po ba na fiance muna yung secondary applicant tapos po saka namin iammend as spouse since malamang po wala pang decision yung application namin by the time we get married..

kailangan po ba ng "show money"? kasi po may magsusupport naman sa amin once we get there at habang naghahanap kami ng work pareho..

ano pa po ba ang pwede kong idagdag para 'mapalakas' yung application namin? hehe!

@yayil hindi po kailangan ng show money sa australia for GSM applicants... unlike sa Canada

I'm not sure sa field of work mo pero parang nabasa ko nga ang Social Worker sa SOL. Baka mas ok kung pa-assess ka sa migration agent para sa situation nyo ng fiance mo, usually naman free ang initial assessment nila... or check mo din kung you'll meet the required points as per DIAC http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/175/eligibility.htm

Wala naman show money sa GSM visa pero mabuti po siguro tingnan niyo muna kung iaassess nga ng Immigration ang nominated occupation niyo.

Hi, better to get your occupation assessed by Australian Association of Social Workers, there is an outright IELTS of band 7 across all components upon application. You cannot put your fiance as secondary applicant unless you are in de-facto relationship wherein you live together under one roof. If so, you have to demonstrate strong evidence for this like sharing utility bills, etc.

tama po, i browsed na yung AASW website kaya rin po although hindi social work ang course (development studies) ko pasok naman yung curriculum subjects that i took up dun sa titignan ng AASW plus yung work experience ko ay pangsocial worker naman talaga.

opo, 7 band nga po yung ielts score that i have to get. academic ielts pa.

we are just completing our papers para sa assessment. prayers lang talaga. affiliated din po ako sa ASEAN as one of their consultants kaya feeling ko naman, in terms of qualifications, magiging positive yung assessment ko sa nominated kong occupation

Ang mahalaga lang naman sa visa application, basta kumpleto ang documentations ninyo at pasado naman sa assessment, more likely than not, makukuha niyo rin ang pinakaaasam na visa

I'm new here. I would like to seek you advise on which Job code to choose for my Skills Assessment at ACS. My work history were:

-Data Analyst in a BPO co.- 9 mos
-IT / TSR / Technical Lead in a Computer Company (US and ANZ) - 3 yrs and 7 months
-Project/Customer/Account Management in an IT Company - 1 year (current work)

What's the best Job code to nominate? I'm thinking ICT Business Analyst because of my current work. I am an ECE graduate with some minor / major Computer subjects. Is it recommended to enrol in a short course for Project Management if I select ICT BA?

Any inputs are appreciated. Im planning to submit my ACS assessment next month, im just waiting for some COE and JDs.
