Filling up of EOI & Requirements after invitation

@kittykitkat18 thanks for the reply. oo nasa assessment ko sya. Hindi naman nirerequire sa assessment body ang payslip tsaka itr. Coe lang kaya naassess sya pero plan ko ilagay parin sa eoi ko para hindi ako magkaroon ng gap sa work exp but under no sya sa relevant na part kasi cant provide any payslip or itr kasi small laboratory lang we were paid in cash. Ok lang ba yun na hindi ako magclaim ng pts dun kasi baka mag overclaim ako pag hindi ko sya maprove. Hindi ka nagsubmit ng payslip mo? Hindi ka hiningan? Sang part ka na ng applicationnprocess?hindi ko maview timeline mo kasi phone gamit ko

I hit the apply button sa SkillSelect ITA. then I was directed sa Immiaccount page. I was filling out the form when I got stucked sa question regarding child custody Details.

Tama bang NO ang sagot ko sa " Does any other person have custodial access or guardianship rights to this child?"

Or dapat YES tapos ilagay ko Father- then name of my husband, since ung form na sinasagutan ko ay para sa akin na main applicant?

Sana po may makasagot para matapos ko na ang form. TIA!

Pagdating po sa evidence to support employment strict ba sil? Sino po dito na coe lang ang sinubmit for the employment tapos hindi na hiningan ng payslip and other supporting docs tapos naapprove ang visa? Sana may magreply.

Kung ksama sa assessment mo sa tingin ko kelangan mo ilagay para consistent. Kung ilalagay mo na not related tapos nasa assessment, baka mgtaka ung CO mo. Hindi lang nmn payslips and pwede mong ibigay. Yung ibang work ko wala na din akong payslips na makita. Importante lang ma-prove mo n paid employment. You can send a combination of COE, copy of contract, ITR, certification from HR about your salary, statement of account from bank na proof na may pumapasok na salary from that employer. HTH

Good Morning Sir/Mam!

Hingi po sana ako ng tulong ninyo...

Sa ngayon po kasi nakareceive na ako ng invite nung January 8, for Visa 189,
Meron lang po akong mga question before ako mag lodge.

1. As of today po kasi, we have a newborn baby

He's born last January 10,
and sabi sa hospital e 3 weeks pa daw bago makuha yung birth certificate niya.
Question po is pwede na ba siya isama sa application kung mag lodge na ako kahit
wala pa siyang birth certificate and passport?

2. My Wife's passport is currently on process for renewal, sa 25 pa namin nkukuha yung
bagong passport niya, although meron akong scanned copy nung old passport niya na with
expiration date June 12, 2017, we decided kasi na early renewal nalang siya para mas
matagal yung validity ng passport niya pag nag lodge na kami, question is kung mag lodge
ba ako today is pwede ko gamittin yung number nung old passport niya?

I really need your advice regarding this, do i proceed with the visa lodging kahit wala pa
yung mga documents (Birth Certificate, Passports) or hintayin ko muna dumating mga
documents nila before ako mag lodge, tpos yung validity ba ng invite yun yung 60days?
so meron akong until march 8 to submit our applications?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hello everyone! May question lang po sana ako.

I already have my skills assessment but my current employment (within Australia) as a registered nurse, has not been included in the assessment as I only got the job recently.
So, when answering the question, "is this employment related to the nominated position?" Do I answer no or yes? I am not claiming any points for employment. Thank you!

Hello po. May question po ako regarding relationship status. Pwede bang magkaiba yung relationship status sa EOI against dun sa visa application? From married sa EOI change to separated sa visa application? Or dapat withdraw ko yung EOI tapos submit ako ng bagong EOI na separated ang status? Sana po may makatulong. Thanks.

@nedz kung nainvite ka na, just fill up the form 1023 to inform CO regarding correction. If recently lang ung changes, form 1022 need mo sagutan.

If hindi pa ka pa invited, just update your EOI.

@OzwaldCobblepot Hindi pa ko invited. Pero ineexpect ko na baka next week mainvite na ko. Dalawa kasi yung sinubmit ko. Yung 190 waiting na lang ako sa approval ng nomination. Yung 189 wala pa.

Actually kasi complicated tong case ko. Hiwalay na kasi kami ng asawa ko. Kaya married nilagay ko kasi di pa kami legally separated. At ayaw nyang makipagcooperate sakin sa paglakad ng requirements. Ayaw nya magpamedical. So dalawang option naiisip ko:

1. Hayaan ko na lang married tapos magfile ako ng legal separation or stat dec na separated kami. Tapos submit ko pag naglodge ako.
2. Or change ko nga yung EOI. Pero ang problema madedelay naman sya kasi maiiba yung EOI date tama ba ko?

Nsa part na po ako ng employment and ung employment history ko po na related sa skill ko is from Aug 2005 till Sept 2014.

Pero ung sa assemsment ng Vetassess sa akin hindi nila sinaman ung 1 year employment ko na from Aug 2005 until Aug 2006. kaya sa skill assessment ko 8.4 yrs lng and assessed positively.

Tanon ko po pwede ko po ba isama sa EOI ko ung Aug 2005 to Aug 2006 employment year ko? kahit di sya na-credit ng vetassess?

Breakdown mo into 2 yung employment mo sa 1 company:

1. Aug 2005 to July 2006 - mark as not related
2. Aug 2006 to April 2009 - mark as related

Newbie po ako sa thread na tio. Just want to ask po.

Nakareceive na po ng invite (Jan 22) ang GF ko based sa EOI (Jan 12) na NEVER MARRIED and NO sa "Would the client be accompanied by the client's partner in future application?". What if we get married before maglapse ang 60 days and isama niya ako as secondary applicant?

Okay lang ba na magsubmit nalang sya ng Change in circumstances na form? May risk factor ba na mareject kami dahil sa inconsistency ng EOI at ng Visa Lodge?

Or, magfile nalang sya ng panibagong EOI na YES sa "Would the client be accompanied by the client's partner in future application?" kahit na hindi parin expired ang INVITE sa previous EOI niya? Is it okay if may multiple EOI sya na same VISA 189 ang inaaplyan niya?

Sana may makatulong samin. Thanks a lot.

@ceekay_01 hello there! yun din sana itatanong ko. I am waiting for my skills assessment result. Wala akong ininclude na professional references sa assessment. My employment history sa Pinas is 9 months na hired as casual registered nurse and 2 years na volunteer din and wala pang experience dito sa OZ. To everyone, just want to to ask if do you have any suggestions po sa sa pag fill-up ng EOI regarding sa employment history ko and will it affect sa paglodge visa? Thank you very much.

@jinkai I'm not that familiar sa assessment ng ANMAC but usually if you're not claiming points for experience, nilalagay pa din yun sa EOI so as to walang gap, then they just tag it as not related.

Hi everyone. I just want to ask regarding the NBI Clearance which is needed kung maglodge ng 189 visa. Hindi kami nakauwi since dumating kami dito sa Australia. I am wondering if do we still need a new NBI Clearance kung mag lodge? Meron ba sa inyo na may same experience? Thank you very much.

Hello, ang alam ko we need NBI clearance for 189. process here in aus is through Philippine Consulate in Sydney. you can check their website for the process. I processed mine last October.

Acceptable po.. ung iba ng nagsubmit ng payslips, bank statements in lieu of ITRs. Ako po kasi complete ITRs, Job contract, notices of salary increase and promotion.

Good day. First post ko po ito and kakatapos lang namin magpasa ng assessment sa ACS, waiting na rin yung results sa IELTS.

Tanong ko lang is tama ba na hindi ko nakikita yung 189 or 190 sa Immiaccount page? To my curiosity nag draft ako ng account dun but then nabasa ko na once okay ang assessment mo with ACS eh sila yung magbibigay ng instruction on how to apply using skill select? Sana po may makapag confirm. Maraming salamat po
