@MayoMay You can still upload those documents mentioned above. That's what we did. So far wala naman tanong si CO sa min for additional docs. I suggest, you create pdf file per document para mas malinaw sa CO at hindi maghalo halo ung supporting docs mo.

Hi @lock_code2004. for my case, I am currently pregnant and emailed immi asking for the necessary steps kasi I got pregnant after visa grant. they did not reply to my email. sa au ko na po plano manganak. the change in circumstance form needs to be filled up after giving birth or before giving birth dapat? andito na po ako au. any repercussions if mali ang process (i.e. hindi ko sila nainform on time). TIA for your advise.

@koykoy no need to inform dibp na buntis ka. eligible for AU citizenship baby mo pag sa AU ka nanganak.

@koykoy tama si @engineer20 If u are a pr, and u give birth in AU, automatic citizen ung baby. But if u give birth outside of Au, that’s the time u need to apply for a child visa subclass 101 para maging PR ung baby.

Thanks po @engineer20 , @Xiaomau82 and @lock_code2004! Pero on a 489 visa po kmi so hndi pa au citizen c baby pag labas. Ok lng po dito manganak ang 489 holder then inform immi and apply/do the necessary paperwork?

do u have an insurance? mejo mahal siguro. not too sure. pero pwede manganak jan then apply for a valid visa once the baby is born.

Hi all, in my case.. engaged na kami, yung wedding namin sa December na. Ito sana yung mga i-uupload kong proofs:

1. Marriage license (Kelangan pa ba ipa-CTC? or JPEG image lang ng original pwede na?)
2. Joint lease agreement sa apartment (we've been living together since October 2014)
3. Joint account financial standing.
4. Screenshots ng Facebook Invite ng wedding namin, including yung mga nag confirm na pupunta to proove na hindi bogus event.
5. Pre-wedding seminar confirmation schedule
6. Flight tickets from past trips

Are these enough proof? Iniiwasan ko kasi na kumuha pa ng statutory declaration dahil hassle yun eh. Sana may makapag advice. Thanks!

@tor wala naman syang eksaktong format talaga. Pwede mong gayahin yung format ng statutory declaration. Basta ang importante is may pirma ng friend mo at yung attorney na magcecertify ng statutory declaration.

Hi all. Hingi lang po ako opinyon about this: if you married (civil wedding) before lodging visa (e.g. 189) application with partner as secondary applicant but still don't have NSO copy of marriage certificate, should you declare your status as de facto or married? TIA

married, try to get a copy of the marriage cert from you sgned kung san kayo nagpacivil wedidng

Hi, paano po kapag nakatira na ako sa bahay ng partner ko kasama family nila, sakanila yung bahay kaya wala kaming joint lease agreements or something. Ano po kaya ang pwedeng supporting doc? Kailangan po ba affidavit kung kanino nakapangalan yung bahay at lupa na nakatira ako sakanila + copy ng title? Need pa po ba yun? TIA.

Hi @lock_code2004 and to all. Nabasa ko po s site ng australia na pag de facto visa ang aaplayan e dapat PR na ung partner. Pero base s nabasa ko s thread na to, kung tama intindi ko, e pwede ng sabay mag-apply ang main applicant at secondary applicant (kahit de facto partner pa lang). Tama po ba? Hope may makasagot nito. hello guys, parang mas active tong thread na to kaya i-repost ko na din yung question ko:

nalilito ako sa dependent and sa partner, all i know is if dependent, di mo siya kukuhanan ng points as oppose to partner included in application. anyway, sorry for the dumb question. gusto ko lang sanang malaman kung anong visa ang igagrant sa partner pag kinuhanan mo siya ng 5 points ?

for example, pag 189 at 190 ang nagrant sayo as principal, same din ba magagrant sa partner? and if then partner is also considered as skilled migrant? OR yung Partner Visa ang magagrant (309 & 100) sa kanya?

Also, may possibility ba na madecline ang partner and maapprove ang principal?

@rich88 hi po, i just got engaged.. and hindi pa kami nakalodge ng visa kasi nag aayus pa ng medical. pero sa lodging po papalitan na namin yung nisave namin initially na from "de facto" to engaged"? though ano opo ba ang proof pag engaged? ok na po ung marriage license? though di ako nakakakuha. kasi di pa nagsisink in at saka may expiration ata un. di pa namin plan mag asap/ mga 1 yr engagement pa. kasi ipon muna. since malaki gastos sa visa app. may iba pa kayo ginagmit na proof? ormas ok wag na declare na engaged

@MayoMay engage or de-facto, it doesnt matter naman. Kasi same evidences rin naman yung isusubmit mo. Pwede mo sya palitan habang d ka pa nagbabayad ng visa.

Aside sa marriage license, nagsubmit rin ako ng mga resibo ng mga wedding suppliers namin as proof na ikakasal kami.

@eujin partner at dependent ay iisa lang kung ang tinutukoy mo is yung gf/asawa mo.

Lahat ng kasama sa visa application for 189/190 ay mabbgyan ng PR status, mag claim ka man ng partner points or hinde.

Nasa post ko sa taas in accordance to my response to @MayoMay yung mga sinubmit kong proof of engagement. Optional lang naman sya, but it can strengthen your claim with regards to being engaged.

Dun sa last question mo, wala pa naman ako nakikitang gf or asawa na na-decline. Though may nabasa na ako before na yung parents nya yung nadecline pero yung main applicant granted.
