just received email today from CO GSM Adelaide

- Form 80 = Primary Applicant/Spouse
- Evidence of Functional English = Spouse

Don't forget to attach the TOR of your wife,

@Cassey , actually inupload ko na din Cert of English ni misis + Diploma/Form137, primary&secondary, kaso inde nakumbinse si CO, may problema yata sa grammar/composition nung certification. dina digest ko pa yung reason kung bakit :-/

Sa amin inupload namin to prove employment qualifications ng husband ko ff:

1. Certificate of Employment
2. Contract
3. Statutory Declaration
4. SSS Contributions Summary (Ph company)
5. Training Certificates
6. Letters of Incentives, Increases and Promotion
7. Payslips (all months; ctc every 3 months)
8. Bank Statement reflecting salary credits (sg company - current employer)
9. Employment Pass (current company)
10. ITR (ph company)
11. Tax Assessment (sg conpany)

Nagpasa din kasi kami ng statutory declaration sa ACS nung assessment stage pa. Mas complete kasi dun yung scope ng job description nya.

Hmm, ganyan din hiningi sa amin ng CO. Nanghingi siya ng copy of Bachelor's qualification to be exact. Nakalimutan ko kasing iattach yung transcript ko from Uni. Check mo uli yung correspondence nakalagay naman run kung ano hinahanap na document.

eto yung nakalagay sa email from CO, both i attached Diploma/Form137 which reflects all the subjects, siguro nakita yung Filipino/Sibika at Kultura :-/

Both evidence you provided to this office cannot be accepted as evidence of functional as reasons below:
-evidence of certificate issued from her Primary School and stated:
......which is used " as the medium of instruction " from Grade 1 to Grade 6 ( not all courses/instructions)

-another evidence of letter issued from her High School ( secondary education ) and states
......xxxxx graduated from.... High school on " SY1994-1998 " ( less than 5 years as requirement )
