Just to clarify. Kailangan yun Marriage Cert para i-lodge yun Visa Application? or pede i-habol after ma-lodge yun Visa Application?

If I understood your question correctly, the marriage contract was also submitted to the local civil registrar on June 14, 2016 (with my, my wife's, pastor's, and witnesses' signature).

@sylukewicent , actually, once you lodged/paid the visa fee, dun ka na mag start ng upload ng mga documents/evidence, once the CO assessed your application and found out na wala pa marriage cert, he/she will ask for it, usually will give you 28 days to provide..if inde ma provide within that timeframe, you will then need to answer bakit ma delay ang pag provide mo nun..hth

Hi guys! Please enlighten me on this:

I am an Electrical Engineer with three years experience. I am 25 years old.
At first, gusto kong mag aral sa Australia so I took the IELTS Academic. Academic kinuha ko para pwede sa dalawa (Student Visa and Skilled Migration, just in case I changed my mind, its like hitting two birds with one stone).
Unfortunately, yung results ko walang points sa point-system ng immigration but pasok siya sa band score na required ng school na papasukan ko which is Tafe Queensland. I'll be taking a Diploma course which will run for 1.5 years only.
Here are my IELTS Academic Score:
L-6.5
R-6.5
W-6.0
S-7.0

After some reflection, I realized that it's better to apply for a skilled visa then mag aaral na lang ako dun if I want to in the future at pag may stable source of money na.

So my question is, okay lang ba sa Engineers Australia yung IELTS Academic ko ang ipapasa ko sa assessment (sana positive, in God's will) tapos ibang IELTS result or maybe PTE result ipapasa ko sa DIBP or immigration when I lodge my requirements?
Hindi ba magkaka cause ito ng problems dahil may discrepancy sa documents ko?

@thatbadguy pwede yan.

you can use yang unang ielts results mo for EA assessment. since 6 lng nmn ang minimum required.

then sa eoi and dibp, PTE-academic or ibang ielts results ang gagamitin mo para makaclaim ka ng points.. i did that, no issue at all. GB

Hi Guys,

Thanks sa thread na ito napaka helpful talaga. I'd like to ask lang sana about EOI, kung mag 190 kasi ako I have 55 (wala p yung Language points) pero I assume the plus 5 points for regional nominee (NSW). Ang inquiry ko ay tung relavant years na binigay ni ACS sakin, currently 7.5 years ang sakin that's 10 points, gusto ko sana ma achieve yung 15 points para pandagdag points nalang yung English Test. Sa EOI ba pwede kong iclaim na relevant yung isang experience ko let's from jan 2008 to Jan 2011 pero si ACS sabi nya after July of 2008 ang relevant experience? Magkaka problem ba ko dun? Di ko lang kasi magets baket nag bubutal pa ng months si ACS hihihihi. Thanks in Advance!

Hello everyone! Clarification lang regarding partner's "competent English" requirement. Kelangan ko rin po ba magtake ng English test? Or will the Certification of English as Medium of Instruction from my school suffice?

Husband is PA, BSECE will need to take IELTS soon, then submit CDR to EA. Sa mga nagEA, standard CDR lang ba ang kinuha nyo, or may Relevant Skilled Employment pa (with additional cost)? Gaano katagal ang inabot before lumabas results nung sa inyo (site says 12 weeks)

Hello po,

Sorry po if natanong na before, yung first page ndi na yata applicable sa atin ngayun mejo nangangapa pa din so magtanong lang po ako.

From SkillSelect pagclick mo ng Apply Visa maredirect ka sa Immi Account creation. Natry ko na po i-fill out yung all 17 pages kaso napansin ko po wala naman way para magupload ng documents (like birth cert, marriage cert, ACS PDF, IELTS etc)

Question: Lumalabas lang po ba yun option to attach/upload after i-submit yung application?

Yung FrontLoad ng documents ano po ba ibig sabihin, upload ng documents before pa request ng CO, if so saan namin sya upload?

Yung mga common na forms na nirerequest Form 80, 1221 etc sa CO po ba nanggaling na magfillout?

Para walang problema you have to follow kung anung assessment ng ACS, that's why sila yung authority for your NOC so it follows DIBP will look at the result from them. If you insist on using what you want pwede kasi ma deny yung grant mu because of overclaiming of points. Why not wait for a few more months para sakto ka 8years

Pwede ba mag proceed ng EOI kahit na alam mong tagilid ka sa length of experience mo? Kasi 3 years daw dapat. 2 years and 8 mos palang ako dun sa job related na iaapply ko iba kasi work ko ngaun.. Tia

@Jelz before you can proceed to EOI have you had your NOC assessed to the appropriate authority? Are you done with your IELTS or PTE-A? I think you're trying to get points for relevant experience, tagilid nga talaga yan if you declare 3 years kahit hindi pa, pwde kasing ma deny yung visa mo due to overdeclaring of pts, why not wait sayang yung bayad.

@Captain_A null yung pagsubmit ng different ielts/pte result for assessment and eoi applicable po ba yon kahit anong profession? accountant po kasi ako, pasado ako sa ielts academic which i plan to use for assessment and then plan ko din magtake ng pte academic, baka sakaling makakuha ako ng mas mataas na points, so yun gagamitin ko for eoi

@maldita27 sa bawat assessing authority hindi lahat ng english test accept nila.. like sa Engineers Australia ielts lng alam kong accept nila.. so kumuha pa ako ng PTE for DIBP/eoi.

pero kung sa Engineers australia pa lang nag aaccept na agad PTE, baka hndi na ko nag ielts..

independent ang skills assessment sa EOI.. so walang issue kung magkaiba ang ipasa mo sa bawat isa..
