Hi question lang po may naka avail na ba dito ng Vetassess Advisory service? Recommended po ba sya? Gusto ko kase malaman kung ma credit as 8 years yung work experience ko or else kelangan ko mag retake ng ielts to get band 7 sa lahat para pumasa yung points ko. Another thing is medyo magulo din work experience ko though related nman sya pero 4 company kase un in the span of 8 years. Appreciate your help. Thank you in advance

Question po ulit, may complication kasi sa application ko in case, single mom kasi ako and I'm planning to include my 2 kids as dependents ang kaso wala akong court order and I don't think magbibigay ng consent yun father nila. What if mag file ako muna for me then sila non-migrating, then maybe after a year or 2 kapag may custody court order na ko, madali lang ba irpocess ang visa ng kids?

And possible ba na ma process ko visa nila kahit na outside AU pa ko but with PR visa granted?

Thanks po sa sasagot, this early kasi nag-iisip ako ng best option kung paano gagawin ko sa situation ko.

Tanong lang po pede po ba na gawing main applicant ang wife if mas mataas ang maging points nya pero kung maapprove sakali is hindi po siya ang mawowork kasi she will look after our son. Meaning dependant ang mag work, may ganun po bang set-up?

@aranayad yes, schools are categorized per section, mostly those who graduated from school under section 1 kalimitan equivalent to AU bachelors degree sila. check you school sa taas ng forum andun sa mga tab doon makikita mo second to the last tab.

@batman last time I was accessed by my counselor when I was planning to apply for a student visa she mentioned that my school is under section 1 but based on the list you mentioned under section 2 so I'm a bit confused po. updated po ba yung list here?

@jhazz01 , once na grant na yong visa i dont think it will matter kung sino ang mag work at sino ang hindi. Are you eyeing for skilled migration?

regarding family members to be included in future application, pwede ko ba ilagay parents ko so if ever in the future pede ko sila makuha as dependent? or wla po muna ako ilalagay?

hello po! pahelp naman po sa mga pwedeng sumagot. nagpaplano po ako magapply as immigrant sa Australia kaya lang mukang malabo po ako makapasa sa Skilled Independent Visa kasi yung recent experience ko po hindi match sa natapos ko, though may experience din naman po ako sa natapos ko kaya lang hindi yun ang recent dapat daw po ay "last 5 years".... ngayun po yung current job ko is environmental planning kaya lang wala naman po akong formal school sa environmental planning and management. do you think po kung kukuha ako ng diploma in environmental planning may chance po ako mamakuha ng enough points para pumasa sa skilled independent visa kahit ngayun lang ako kukuha at nauna pa ang experience ko?

@chellequebec section of the school is not the basis. Categorization lang sya ng mga school sa pinas. Ang big factor is kung ano pinagralan nyo during undergraduate which will be evidence by your syllabus. Like what megger said, assessing body ang magsasabi.

thank u batman..another question, pag nagpaassess ng qualification automatic na ba kasama ung work experience or is this a separate review? pls note that inorder for me to claim for work experience dapat ba na aassess din ng assessing body ung work experience ko? please enlighten thank you

@chellequebec yes once na assess ni assessing body na bachelors degree ka comparable with AU. doon lang pede I assess nila ang employment mo. and yes sabay na yun kasama sa bayad. sa CPAA yun sa akin gnun sya. di ko alam sa ibang occupation kong hiwalay or package deal na din.

@topeakaspike Hi, Kami isang payslip lang ang prinovide namin and no ITR pero we have COE and referral letters as well. Depende kasi sa CO, yung friend namin hiningan ng payslip and ITR at the same time.

@Cassey Hi, Can i have sample of referral letter? sa first job ko po kasi walang payslip, meron man scratch lang pero natapon ko na noon pa 2012. IE po ako, wala pa po ako nasisimulan. magrereview palang po ako sa IELTS. Thanks sa help
