Hi @flowercrown19, are you asking about document signing? You can ask a Justice of the Peace to sign your document as a true copy. You can find justices in Vic in this site:

Not sure about other states in AU if they have their own sites, but the link above is just for Vic state. FYI, they do it for free and no fees should be charged. Police officers can also certify your documents for free.

hi @hopeful0524, do you mean ACS assessment? Unfortunately only ACS can give you an assessment, but they did create a document on the ACS website that points out what they look for when during the assessment process. Here's the document about ACS skill assessment:

@SAP_Melaka Thanks, dun sa transcript ko, may 1st page na to "whom it may concern", na may ctc number. Mukang nung nareceive namin after grad, is ctc na. Kaso yung first page lang ata. Wag ko na isama yung 1st page? Scan ko na lang mismo yung transcript mismo? Salamat.

@Heprex I would suggest, sama mo na din first page. Then follow mo na lang requirements ng ACS na CTC per page. Make sure na meron Grade Marking Info yung TOR mo.

@Exile narecieved na namin yung assessment but were not happy kasi more than 5years ang deduction samen.

Guys can you help us if we need to appeal this. This is what it said in the letter:

@mergetwo yes dahil yun sa MINOR, as per guidelines:

Bachelor Degree or Higher with an ICT Minor
 If your degree is assessed as having an ICT minor which is closely related to your nominated occupation, you will require 5 years relevant work experience completed in the past 10 years or 6 years relevant work experience completed anytime in your past work history (whichever provides the earliest skill date) to meet the suitability criteria.
 If your degree is assessed as having an ICT minor which is NOT closely related to your nominated occupation, you will require 6 years relevant work experience completed anytime in your past work history to meet the suitability criteria.

mag state nomination na lang kayu for extra 5points. then baka my option kayu for partner skills

So these are the items na di namin sinama sa assessment:

1) 1yr web dev (1st employment)
2) 3-4yrs (ComSci teacher)
3) 3yrs MSIT (masters degree pero di natapos)

Will these add to our points?

@mergetwo actually I don't recommend RPL, the minimum deduction is 6years.

4 – Recognition of Prior Learning – (RPL)
The RPL application is for applicants with qualifications with no or insufficient ICT, or applicants having no tertiary qualifications.
6 years of full time professional ICT work experience in a field closely related to the nominated ANZSCO Code is required if you hold a Non ICT or insufficient ICT qualification and 8 years if you do not have any qualifications.

I think pwede mu yan e appeal bsta make sure na followed yung criteria:

ICT Major Criteria:
A Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate degree must have at least 50% ICT content.
A Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree with ICT content less than 50% is assessed as a
Non-ICT qualification.
A Bachelor degree must have:
• 33% ICT content for a 3 year course
• 25% ICT content for a 4 year course
• 20% ICT content for a 5 year course
The ICT content must progress through all years of the program with the final year being at an advanced level.

ICT Minor Criteria:
A Bachelor or higher qualification is assessed as a Minor when the ICT content is at least two thirds of the requirements for a major.

Pero para sakin yung fee nio sa re-appeal might as well use that for the state nomination...

Bilis ng result sayo, stage 4 parin yung status ng application ko. As @guenb suggested pede mo claim 5 points on state nomination or partner skills. Hinihintay ko lang din result ko para malaman ko how much do I need to target sa PTE para ma meet ko yung 65 points.

and i cant claim points kasi di related ang mga naging trabaho ko sa course ko. Or we can do PTE, sayang naman ang reviewer

Any chance na mainvite kami sa 189 kahit 60pts lang?
