@kingmaling , ndi ko sure if may nakasagot na ng tanong mo, pero before nung sa amin ng husband ko (for US visa naman to), after namin mag civil wedding mga 2 weeks yata na-process na yung registration sa cityhall. Once naregister na sa cityhall, pwede ka pumunta dun sa Civil Registry and magrequest ng Certified True Copy on security paper, parangNSO na din ang dating nya, yung security paper similar sa NSO paper.

Inaccept naman sya ng US embassy.

Kung ang question mo is about pagasa to work in Australia, u can still work in Australia through employer nominated scheme since walang benefits un, but for PR, not sure kun gano kataas ung chance and risk due to the medical condition ng child mo. Kung mild lang, depende sayo if u are wiling to risk the money, time and effort. Pero u will never know kasi tlaga unless u try.

try from the University or maybe u can request for a certificate or letter of completion from the university instead.

@Anino78 hi po.. how can i apply po for additional 5 pts? im a college graduate din kaya lang nag stop nko mag work 3yrs ago after i give birth s bunso nmin.. nag pp assest n husband ko sa vetasses last april negative result medyo kinulang ng pts s experience. but we are planning to re apply again.

guys question po what if magkaroon ako ng 55 points hinde pa kasama yung english test pwede na ba ako mag-EOI sa visa subclass 190 NSW, open naman po yung occupation ko don or need ko pa rin talaga ng English test.

@jhazz01 tnx s info, yung pagkuha ba nun may bayad, mga magknu kaya? tsaka may expiry ba yung paper na un or pdeng kumuha n muna aq ngaun tpos gmitin q sya after a few months?

@MuseSG no wala pong bayad walang expiry date. Basta sabihin mo lang sa visa application. Just have your SSS number with you.

@Kirk you need a positive skill assessment outcome and at least a competent english test result para makapagsubmit ng EOI. try to get at least 10 points sa english para visa 189 na ipasa mo. medyo mataga maginvite ang NSW for 312212.

@rina74 ito po ung mga conditions to get additional 5pts for partner:

You can receive five points if, when you are invited to apply for this visa, your partner provides evidence that they:
-were under 50 years of age
-had at least competent English
-had nominated an occupation on the same skilled occupation list as your nominated occupation
-had been assessed by the relevant assessing authority as having suitable skills for the nominated occupation.

@rina74 pwede kayo sa partner skills +5 points. Bale pa assess din kayu & english exam, dpat parehong under CSOL or SOL yung nominated occupation nio ni husband.

Hi po sa lahat

Newbie lang po, Question lang po. Ung NZQA PAR po ba sa NZ at ACS magkamukha lang po assessment?
Sa PAR po kasi level5 lang ang nakuha ko, hindi aabot sa 140 dati na 160points req s SMU na ngayon sa NZ.

Medyo mahirap na kasi sa NZ and 2nd option is AU kung magkakaroon ng pagkakataon.

@rina74 need nio tlga mgpa assess kung gusto nio yung 5pts, wala nman issue if ng stop kayu sa work as long as yung former work nio related sa nominated occupation nio.
also my state nomination din nman, +5 points din yun

Mga peeps, good morning. Quick question lang po. If let say ang tinapos nung college is Engineering pero all the professional work experiences ay under ng IT saan po ba ang assessment, sa ACS ba (based sa work experiences)?
