    @J_Oz: Hello po. Wala kami superior dito e pare-pareho kami ng level. Direct kasi kami sa US. Meron isang Acting Team Lead pero sa Org Chart same ko pa rin sya ng position. Actually twice na kong nag-ask ng help para pumirma sa Stat Dec ko kaso laging sagot sa kin sabihin ko na lang daw kasi sa boss namin sa US kasi kung pipirma sya magpapaalam pa din daw sya sa boss namin sa US. Mahirap na daw kasi baka magkakaso pa sya. :( Dalawa pa naman career episode na gagawin ko sa company na ito kasi almost 6 years na ko dito (2 years contractual at 4 years regular). So affidavit pala dapat yun gawin ko? Need your advices po.. thanks much..

    ndi ko na nga sana problema ang paggawa nito kasi nakahingi ako sa friend kong HR ng bond paper na may letter head ng company kaso nga lang itong acting team lead namin ayaw pumirma. :(

    Pwede ba kayang kausapin yung boss nyo sa US na pumirma. Sabihin mong apply ka lng bka sakali family migration. O fax copy n lng. Kasi pg pina CTC mo yan stat dec. sa attorney photocopy lng din nman ang i-certified true copy. Hindi yun original.

    up for this post... ung dating manager ko kasi, nasa US na, ok lang ba na papirmahan ko ung stat dec sa kanya after sending him via email, then he will just scan it and send it back to US then have it certified here? tapos saka ko i-scan ulit para isend sa ACS?

    so far from ACN, di nga nagbibigay ng detailed COE, pero magbibigay nalang daw ng letter of explanation why di sila nagbibigay. ung ibang companies na hinihingan ko ngaun ng COE, wala pang updates. haha.. puros followup palang, pero ang maganda dun nakausap ko naman sila. waiting mode muna ako sa updates nila. :)

    I have mine signed by the HR since I don't want my boss to ask me why I needed it. Baka pede nyo din pa sign sa HR na lng instead of your boss. What I did was to just copy the job description in my employment contract which is detailed enough and asked HR to sign it. For my past companies, I created my own detailed COE, included all my job responsibilities and have my ex-manager sign it and the HR.

    may question po uli ako, pasensya. i'm under agency payroll sa current job ko, naka deploy ako sa client nila. plano ko magpagawa ng generic coe sa agency at magpapagawa ako ng testimonial from my co-worker about sa job description. kailangan pa po ba na notarized yung pipirma sa job description meaning may statement na '..the statements above are true and correct..', at dahil sya ang pipirma, sya rin ang magpapanotarize? or ok na kunin ko na lang sa kanya yung copy at ipa-certified true copy of the original ko na lang?

    @ash may sample ang acs sa website nila.. Someone emailed a copy to me pero di ko na makita sa email ko.. Sa coe, i believe you must check your aanzco code and it should match the job description from your coe.. Goodluck! :)>-

    letterhead is strict requirement for every COE. Otherwise make statutory declaration and explain why Reference letter or COE is not written on official company paper.

    Statutory declaration should be supported with (and not limited to): pay slips, contract, role assignments, company memo related to you, etc., or any proof of employment that will satisfy the case officer.

    Tips to new applicants. Be honest with your application. Make statutory declaration if needed. There are some instances that assessing body and DIBP do random external checking on the documents you provided.

    Kung kayo ang gumawa at pinapirmahan nyo lang, make sure hindi kayo ilalaglag ng pumirma at alam nya ang details na pinirmahan nya. Kasi baka "nganga" sya pag tumawag ang case officer.

    Hi po, uubra po kaya sa TRA to o kaya sa Vetassess kung sakaling hindi ako makahingi ng detailed COE sa huling company kong pinasukan?

    Ang meron lang ako ay:
    1. Contract ko nung probationary ako, nakalagay yung start date tska working hours ko (nung naregular ako wala ng pinapirmahan sakin);
    2. Employment certificate na may job description kahit papano, may start date kaso iba dun sa probationary contract ko (mas maaga ng 5 days), tska ang purpose eh para sa pag take ko ng RME ang nakaspecify.
    3. Clearance certificate na nakalagay yung effectivity ng resignation ko tska na cleared ako sa company. Naibigay nila kasi agad sakin, sa kasamahan ko nakahold eh.
    4. BIR 2316 for 3 years
    5. Bank account statement from BDO (parang notepad lang, DOS p ata gamit nila) tska mga payslip ko pero di kumpleto.

    Yung first 3 pirmado ng VP namin tska naka letterhead, pwede na kaya tong mga to as paid work tska relevant experience evidence? meron din akong photocopy ng ID ng VP namin na may specimen signature nya. Wala akong business card nya pero pwede ako magprint, may template ako.

    3 yrs. 5 mos. ako dito pero di naging maganda pag alis ko (mali ng company). Ano bang pwedeng gawin kung sakaling manirya yung mga yun? Naghihintay pa ko hanggang May, isasabay daw sa last pay ko. Kung sakaling may mag verify di naman nila ako pwedeng ideny dahil resigned naman ako.

    Hi all need help on VETASSESS assessment for general occupation. I foubd the employment evidence on their website below:

    For each position, you need to provide official evidence of your employment detailing the employer's name, the period of employment, the position held, the main tasks and hours of work for each position.

    In addition to evidence of a Statement of Service from your employer, you are required to provide official evidence that the employment was paid, such as payslips and taxation records. VETASSESS will only assess listed employment positions supported with complete documentation.

    Please note that you are required to provide an Organisational Chart (on company letterhead) highlighting your duties, if nominating a managerial occupation.

    Evidence of employment includes, but is not limited to, the documents listed below.

    If you worked for an employer:

    a) Evidence of tasks performed at the skill level of your nominated occupation

    a Statement of Service or Reference Letter from your employer for the required information for this document
    a Statutory Declaration if you are unable to obtain a Statement of Service as described above. This should be verifiable and supported by other evidence such as Appointment Letter, Official Position Description and evidence of paid employment. A Statutory Declaration on its own will not suffice as evidence of tasks performed.
    an organisational chart if nominating a managerial occupation.
    b) Evidence of paid employment - at least one of the following:

    payslips
    payment summaries for taxation
    taxation records of assessment which show the company name
    superannuation records.



    I am really confused how or what items to get. Both my employers are in PH and SG. My dilemma is:
    1. My PH employer 1 already died and i do not have copy of payslips through bank bec. It was an ojt paid training by cash. I can always ask for COE from his wife etc. Can we reproduce payslips and have it signed instead?

    2. My other employer is based in PH and our boss is an architect from SG. He is not registered in PH only in SG and i am confused how to present evidence of salary as well bec. I do not have payslips and some payments were initially paid thru cash prior to a bank payroll. I can present bank statements for some but not all.

    I am really confused how to have these evidences. Can anyone advise who has applied from VETASSESS?

    Hi! Newbie here. May ask lang po ako. Kasi I don't know what to do. Un company na napasukan ko for my first job already closed. Pero un boss ko dun (one of the directors) formed a new company.

    3 years ako sa first company na nagsara na and 2 years ako sa kanya nagwork. So total of 5 years un service ko sa kanya as her staff. So pwede bang gamitin un current company letterhead for my 5 year experience sa kanya?

    Nakagawa na po ako ng reference letter stating all essential infos and such with co. Letter head. Bale papipirmahan ko na lang sa visor ko, ang alinlangan ko na lang po ay:

    Need ko pa po ba lagyan ng date?

    Resign na po SV ko 2years ago
    Ano pong eadd ilalagay ko?

    Need pa po ba ipanotrayo?

    Tips po if how can I make this letter be very acceptable by CO

    Hi guys! Do you think acceptable na ang detailed job description printed on company's letterhead signed by direct superior? I have a separate COE issued by the company but hindi nya nasatisfy yung information na hinihingi ni CPAA.

    Hi to all!

    New member here. Magtanong lang po ako regarding sa COE, nangyari din po sa akin kasi na ung employer nagalit sa akin, in effect ayaw din ako bigyan ng COE, and worse, lahat ng co-worker ko pinagbawalan na bigyan ako ng help like recommendation letters, or anything to testify for me. Ngayon po ang plan ko is I will make Self-Statutory Declaration, with the following supporting documents:
    - Bank Statement
    - Company ID
    - Payslips (even though I am the preparer si I assume weak evidence siya)
    - Employment Contract
    - Form 2316 (ITR, again, ako ang nkapirma on behalf of my boss)
    - BIR Form 1604CF (again, ako ang nkapirma on behalf of my boss, even though may attachment ne BIR acknolwedgement receipt from email), with alphalist
    - SSS, PHIC and HDMF Contributions List (to prove na nging employers ko tlga sila, PHIC and HDMF still pending)
    - Resignation Letter
    - Summary of Compensation and Allowances (self-made reconciliation since ung amount per bank statement n nka-reflect is may kasamang allowance, so kelangan ma-trace ung part ng salary per payslip)

    When I inquired sa notary (ung sa Cityland sa likod ng PBCom), usually daw ang stat dec is prepared by someone and usually daw co-worker. I am having issues with this as I said, mhihirapan ako mg-ask ng help kht sa former co-workers ko.

    Hi Yes ung stat should be gawa ng co worker mo. mas maganda ung superior mo. eto kasi ung document na tumetestigo na nagwork kasa company na yon.

    @Admin thanks po sa input. what if hindi po ako mkakuha ng stat dec from co-worker since pinagbawalan nga sila? 10 mos lng kasi ako dun sa company. can I do self-stat dec stating na i cannot obtain coe and any stat-dec/letter from them? tpos i will to provide other documents to prove my employment? Or can other people make a stat dec for me? pde ko din sana wag na i-declare kaso I had it declared in my application for membership in CPAA.

    Impt may mag testify sayo na ibang tao. Hindi pwede ikaw ang mag testify sa sarili mo. Kung may friend ka s company kahit sinu pwede na yun. Impt ibang tao sa same company who knows what u r doing can testify sa sayo.
