Hi Guys,
Can you help me to assess these ANZSCO Codes?
262113 - Systems Administrator (ACS)
263212 - ICT Support Engineer (ACS)
313199 - ICT Support Technicians nec (TRA)

Ang skills ko is more on Apps Packaging and Deployment. Part of that nag Desktop Support din ako. More on SCCM/Installshied tools ang gamit ko.

At first tingin ko 262113 - Systems Administrator pero when I googled about Application Packager lumabas yun 313199 - ICT Support Technicians nec which is closest siya sa JD and R&R ko. Pero I'm also considering 263212 - ICT Support Engineer kasi nakapag deskop support naman ako until now.

For you guys anong mas okay na iconsider ko? As per thread limited ang opening for ICT Support Engineer and ICT Support Technicians nec (lalo na siguro ito wala akong thread na makita). Medyo cross out na sa akin ang 262113 - Systems Administrator dahil mukang mga Wintel/Network role ito and minimal lang ang tasks ko dyan.

Salamat sa magiging suggestions niyo.

If ang COE ay galing sa HR with complete details(JD, R&R, working hours, start/end date) no need for statutory declaration di ba?

@aJeff stat dec is only needed pag di ka makapag produce ng detailed COE from your employer/HR.

para ma match mo yung codes, I suggest compare mo yung details ng COE mo dito sa employment details kada code.

I've just registered in the forum but have been reading for some time now. We have started gathering the requirements for ACS accessment. May CTC na kami ng identification documents and educational qualifications. Nakakuha na rin ako ng COE from my previous employer sa Pinas. Ngayon, nagwowork kami ng wife ko rito sa Qatar. Gagawa kasi ako ng Stat Dec para sa current job ko. Medyo complicated kasi. Ang tanong ko po ay ito, sino po ba ang pwedeng maging witness para dun sa Stat Dec at sino po ang pwedeng mag-CTC nito?

TIA po para sa advise.

A Statutory Declaration or Affidavit written by a work colleague needs to describe the working relationship with you, the details of the duties you performed and with relevant dates of the employment. It is preferable that the work colleague writing the declaration be at a supervisory level.
An example of how to define a working relationship is as follows –
‘I can confirm that (applicant name) carried out the duties and roles specified in this document at (company name) as I was his/her (supervisor, colleague, manager etc.) who interacted with and witnessed his/her work on a regular basis throughout the employment. ‘
All third party Statutory Declarations or Affidavits must include one of the following as supporting evidence: (these must be in relation to you, the applicant and not the declarant)
 Certified copy of payslips – preferably first & last payslip for the employment period
 Certified copy a Human Resource statement or Service Certificate with employment dates
 Certified copy of a Termination Letter with employment dates

*Documents Certified Outside Australia can be certified by an equivalent authority within the country of origin. Sa Pinas yun yung mga Notary Publics.

@guenb Sir, thank you po sa response. Nandito kasi kami ngayon sa Qatar. Di kasi ako sure kung sino pwede mag-sign as Witness sa Stat Dec at kung sino ang mag-CTC.

ECE Grad po sya but currently working as an Incident Management Analyst. Di kasi kami masyado confident sa work experience nya kung pasok sa ICT Business Analyst. Salamat po. :-)

@nediBells what do you mean po na degree lng? If you're aiming for migration my required tlaga na experience, and for Business Analyst considering ECE sia they will require 4years experience for him to be suitable. Yung only time na nag-aassess lng si ACS for degree is yung for Temporary Graduate – 485 Skills Assessment. Pero dpat dun sa AU nkuha yung degree.
*You will require to have completed an Australian Bachelor degree or higher with a major in ICT which is closely related to the nominated occupation (ANZSCO) to meet the suitability criteria.

@guenb Hi po I appreciate your response. Lets say po for example mag pa assess ang husband ko for migration and then ACS will find his work experience not closely related is he going to still earn points for his degree (section1 yung school nya) and age? Thanks again!

May nababasa akong payslips dito. Unfortunately, yun payslips ko noong 2010-2011 di ko na mahanap. Okay lang kaya kung BIR 2316 naka indicate naman ang name ng Employer doon OR need lang ito if you have STATUTORY DECLARATIONS AND AFFIDAVITS?

Stat Dec at affidavit ay pareho lang.

but to be sure, it must be signed my your former manager na nadun pa or colleague na mas mataas sayo. as per guidelines.

ito lang need sa whole assessment.
1. Proof of identity - usually passport
2. Degree or Diploma or Certificate
3. TOR
4. Employment reference or detailed COE. if di makapag produce ng detailed COE ang former employee mo o HR, dun ka lang gagawa ng stat dec or affidavit na dapat mo ipa notaryo.

lahat yan dapat CTC.

Yung payslips/ITR alam ko magandang madagdag pero dun na sa mismong Visa application hindi sa submission para sa ACS.

Meron silang list of authorized witnesses dun sa Skills Assessment Guide. Baka makahanap kayo ng equivalent dyan sa Qatar. http://www.ag.gov.au/Publications/Pages/Statutorydeclarationsignatorylist.aspx

Pag dito kasi sa Pinas okay na sa Notary Public.

@auitdreamer Thank you, Sir. I think pwede sa Philippine Embassy magpa-Notary. Di ko lang sure kung pwede sila mag-CTC. I'll find out pag ready na lahat ng remaining papers ko and let you guys know for your info.

Kumukuha pa lang ako ng COEs. Yun aassessment ng ACS for number work experience and educational background yun ang gagamitin for Visa pointing system dba?

Kung sakaling AQF Bachelors makuha ko -2years ang work experiences, so nasa 4 nalang. Gusto ko sana umabot kahit 5+ years.

@aJeff Parang di naman ata lahat binabawasan automatically ng 2 years. Yun isang kakilala ko full 8 years work experience na-count niya towards points. Nakuha na nya visa grant niya.

@auitdreamer I see. Siguro not all, pero 1 year lang naman na 7years na ako. Tatapusin ko pa kasi itong contract ko overseas.

Medyo bago pa lang ako dito. ssshhh! haha.

Anyways, ayon sa signature mo may PTE - A Mock Exams ka, nag purchase ka online? Congrats pala sa PTE-A Exam mo.

Nagccollate pa lang ako ng reviewers dito sa forum.

As far as I know they will still assess yung degree, they will determine it as bachelor or diploma equivalent. If his work experience will be not closely related they will deem him unsuitable for migration. Take note yung requirements for skilled migration are:

*You might be eligible to apply for this visa if invited. When we sent your letter of invitation, you must also have:

*nominated an occupation that is on the relevant skilled occupation list
*obtained a suitable skills assessment for that occupation
*not yet turned 50 years of age
*achieved the score specified in your letter of invitation based on the factors in the points test
*at least competent English.

So if you're aiming for the following visas 189, 190 and 489 your husband is required to have a suitable result in skills assessment.
