@raspberry0707 hi there! just wanna ask, since u stated that u have work experience as med tech sa singapore...ung COE mo ba from singapore sa pinas mo pa din pina notarize? kasi sa case ko, I have worked here as med tech sa abu dhabi, pero plan ko na sa pinas ko ipa-notarize lahat ng documents para mura. Do I have to acquire some additional requirements from the UAE to support my COE there? or okay na hung basta na-notarize sa pinas? hoping that you can shed me some info on this! thanks in advance po!

@ska1119 thanks for answering! Mas makakatipid nga if sa pilipinas na magpa notarize. Pero since na dto ako now UAE nagwwork, may kekelanganin pa kaya na ibang documents aside sa COE? Okay lang ba ang COE for AIMS assessment? Kc may nabasa din ako while back reading, ung about sa job description... need pa ba un? Sa assessment ng AIMS or sa pag lodge na ng application?

Sensya na po ha... im a newbie here, plus from the start palang po ako... eh plan ko umuwi sa pilipinas pero need to know kung ano ung need ko i-secure na documents from here sa UAE bago ako umuwi. Thanks po ulit in advance...

Tsaka...need po ba ung police clearance if nag stay at work sa ibang countries?

For Coe po: ni require ng aims nakalagay ang job description pero in my case may isa akong coe na walang job description. Nag email ako sa aims, ok lng daw as long na indicate ko sa application form yung mga assigned task sken.

Aims assessment po muna kayo. Dalawang stages yun. First stage submit ng supporting documents na naka state sa website nila. Plus yung ielts result mo po na atleast 7 sa lhat ng areas (para accepted na din for visa app). And 2 yrs exp. After mo ma submit lhat ng yun, mag rereply sayo ang aims if assessed ka as med lab technician or hindi.. kung successful assessment as lab technician, possible invite ka nila to take the exam pra maging scientist nman which is the 2nd part of aims assessment.

Pag ok na ang aims mo then time nman for visa application. Sa immigration site ka nman dapat mag search regarding visa app

@ska1119 thanks po! In ur case po, how long did it take from the time na nagsubmit ka for AIMS Assessment until na receive mo ung result & invite to take the exam?

Plus, may isa akong work experience na as lab coordinator. Di ako nabigyan ng COE nun kc less than a year lang ung work ko na un at nag resign ako. Sa tingin mo need ko pa ilagay un sa application form o wag nalang?

After 2 months bago mo mareceive yung result & invite to take the exam.

Pwede mong ideclare ung experience na un pero wag mo ilagay na 'relevant work experience' para hindi siya ksama sa years of work experience na iki-claim mo as Med Lab Tech/Scientist. Tapos inform mo na lang AIMS and future Case Officer mo na policy nung company na hindi magbigay ng COE pag less than 1 year. As long as hindi ka naman magclaim ng points for that experience.

Pag hindi mo kse dineclare, kelangan sa lahat ng documents mo consistent na hindi ka working nung time na un. Isa kse sa documents na hinihingi during Visa Application yung Form 80. Pati years na unemployed kelangan nakalagay dun at ideclare mo san ka kumukuha ng financial support that time at ano ginawa mo sa period na unemployed ka.

So from AIMS to Visa Application dapat consistent lahat ng info. Kaya for me better na i-declare tapos wag ka mgclaim ng work experience for that at points during visa application. Kung hanapan ka man ng proof for that employment, at ayaw tlaga ng HR mgbigay kahit confirmation letter, you can submit your contract and payslips plus Statutory Declaration na nakalagay ung period of employment mo.

Kasama yung hubby ko sa Visa Application namin at Permanent Resident na din siya. Pero ako nauna dito sa Australia kse may tinatapos pa siya na project sa company niya at wait pa daw niya bonus sa March bago pumunta dito.

It's a long journey simula AIMS assessment hanggang Visa Grant. Just take one step at a time para hindi ka ma-overwhelm sa dami ng documents at preparation na kailangan. Worth it naman lahat yan.

@raspberry0707 thanks so much sa info! Very helpful as in! Pwede na kaya mag download nung form 80? San un nakikita sa immi website? Meron ba dun? Para sana matingnan ko na if pano un ififill up later on para consistent ako sa mga declarations ko. Tama ka, dpat consistent para di din confusing sa part nila.

Ang nangyari kc sakin, 2004-2011 working medtech ako dto sa abu dhabi. Then 2011-2012 (which is 8 months lang), nagwork din ako dto as lab coordinator kaso nga di ako bigyan ng COE since di umabot ng 1 yr ang service ko. Then 2012 umuwi ako sa pinas at nag masters (masters of science in public health (Microbiology)). Jan 8 2016 ako gumraduate since may thesis kc at hirap madaliin. Pero in between that actually (mid 2014-mid2015) nag pahinga din ako kc nabuntis at nanganak. So basically, nag stop ang employment ko 2012 pa. Now, still unemployed at mahirap na maghanap ng work dto sa Abu dhabi. Bale fulltime wife & mom ako now. Pero plan ko na talaga uwi muna kmi ni baby sa Pinas this coming March para maayos papers for assessment sa AIMS, plus mag aapply ako ng work pra actively working as medtech ako ifever makapag lodge ng application for Aussie visa.

Sensya na sa napaka habang talambuhay. Hehe. Para din maintindihan mo ung situation ko, at baka may additional info pa akong makuha sa inyo na makatulong. Iniisip ko kc, magpasa lang ako ng mga needed documents for AIMS assessment and then will hope na sana mainvite nalang to sit for the exam. & from there, i think tuloy tuloy na yan...one at a time.

Since kasama mo c hubby sa application mo & permanent resident narin sya, during application nyo, hiningiin din ba sya ng ielts? Kc dba parang may contribution din ang spouses sa point system...? Tapos, nakapag entry narin ba sya jan sa Australia? Or di pa? Kc ung hubby ko, iniisip nya na ifever daw later on na ma grant na visa, ako muna daw pasok australia tpos saka na daw sya & baby sumunod pag may stable work na ako. Kc sayang din daw na bitawan nya ung stable job nya dto sa UAE while di pa ako stable sa Australia ifever. At least daw may isang may stable income.

@anne_ning search mo sa Google.. Form 80 Australia Immigration.. tgnan mo ung results from www.border.gov.au yung website ng immigration nila.

Basta consistent k lang sa lahat ng declarations mo.. kse pwede ma-deny ung visa nio kung hindi.. sayang lang binayad nio.

Permanent Resident na din si hubby.. kelangan ng functional English pag dependent.. so may IELTS sila pero mababa lang required na points..

hindi ako ngclaim ng points from my hubby.. kung magki-claim ka ng points from your hubby.. kelangan niya rin magpa-assess ng credentials nia at kelangan ng IELTS depende kung ano required na points sa profession nia.. may thread dito for visa application.. basa ka din dun para malinawan ka sa procedure.. or punta ka s website ng Australia Immigration..

Nag-initial entry na ung hubby ko.. pero hindi pa siya susunod.. intayin daw muna nia bonus niya kse sayang matatapos na ung taon..

Yun din ang naging plan namin.. ako muna ang mauna para may isang stable income pa din.. mahirap ung pareho kaming walang stable income kse may mga umaasa sa amin..

@kolczatka it is by mail not by email. If you dont receive it in 2 months, email them and check with them the address where they sent the results.

Hi guys! Am always reading the comments here pero ngaun lang nakapagregister. Thankful ako at may thread na ganito, sobrang helpful lahat ng comments nyo.

Question lang sa mga nag aims exam nung Sept 8, nareceive nyo na ba ung results nyo? And dun sa mga nagexam na dati and nakapasa na, may bnbgay po ba cla na tracking number? I sent them an email two days ago but didnt get any reply so far.

Wala prin ako na tatangap na letter from aims for the result ng exam.. pero di prin ako nag eemail sa knila. Maybe nxt week nov 23 pag wala pa din. Mag email nko. Konting tiis pa... -_-
