under 457 visa ako. Ive been in this company since 2012, nasa sg pako until i came back to ph under the same company as freelancer.
Gagawin ko, lalabas ako ng pinas as tourist sa sg then derecho na oz after that. Possible ba ito?

I know this is kinda weird question.. pwede na bang sa Oz na magpa-register? Like sa Sg, sa embassy na kami nagparegister nuon. Kasi by Last week december na ako papuntahin ng employer ko baka di kayanin sa sobrang tagal ng process dito. Gagawin namin, tourist sa SG, then SG to Oz na. Maraming Salamat po.

Yup. Ganun talaga yung process. Sa case ko dati, after the job offer, i waited for the contract from the employer, signed it then waited for the nomination to be approved. Then i lodged the visa. Pwede yata na maglodge na rin ng visa kapag nakapaglodge na ng nomination ang employer.

Im currently employed in one of the international firms here in Manila. I have an offer to transfer to Sydney Office by next year. Currently, nasa approval stage yung contract ko sa company namin.
Now I have a question regarding OEC processing. Though I think it's meant to protect us, the process itself is quite hassle for both employers and employee.
For Direct hires to work in Sdyney- Do I need to have my contract authenticated by POLO in AU? If yes, can it be done by consul in Sydney?
If yes, can I have the contract authenticated before the visa? I'm afraid that if I can only process it after receiving the visa is I won't have much time?

Patulong po sa mga naka pag vetassess na.
Am currently preparing my vetassess requirements and I find it hard to provide detailed employment certificate with (working hours, details of duties, superannuation and photographs at work and pay slips or bank statement sa previous employment ko. Pero sa current employment ko madali lang kasi maiprovide dahil pwede ko naman irequest.
Ang tanong ko po. Kailangan pa bang iprovide lahat ng requirement sa vetassess or ung typical employment certificate lang ng company ay inaaccept naman nila?
At magkano po binayad nyo sa skills assessment.
