@ultimecia25 Affidavits from your friends and family will help too. Tapos things like invitations na nakaaddress sa inyo, gym memberships, social media interaction, phone call logs and all that. Kaya nyo yan :)

@lock_code2004, @Xiaomau82 or sino pong makasagot.

mas madali kun kasal na, then lodge the application. mas hassle sa requirements kun de facto

Which is yung result daw is 3-4 months.

    Question:
    1. Kapag kinasal po ba kami within a month, kailangan ko po ba mag palit ng passport kasi iba na apelyido ko?

    2. Papano po kung ikasal kami after lumabas ng result ng skills assessment, what should I do po? Kasi yung skills assessment naghahanap ng certificate of change name eh that time N/A po sa akin.

Hehe

    Thank you in advance po!

@joseflim Hindi sya hard rule, lalo na kung majujustify nyo why di kayo magkasama like dahil sa work or if in cases like in the middle east, bawal magsama yung di kasal.

@jiomariano Thanks for your response. In our case kasi the reason is simply because we are not married yet. However, we have a joint bank account and condominium under both are names that we are both paying for. Is that sufficient proof of a partner relationship?

@joseflim I'd say those are very good evidences pero sufficient, tough to say. Check out these links para makita which other documents you can provide:

If nabackread mo na tong thread, you'll get an idea sa binigay na documents ng mga successful applicants. Kapag nagrant kami, I can share with you too kung ano documents binigay namin pero basically ginaya lang namin yung mga napost dito, and then some :) All the best!

    Hi Everyone,

We are currently gathering evidence for Visa 189. We are planning to use the following as evidence:
    • certificate of residency from our condo corp
    • airline/travel itineraries of our trips
    • email threads of BPI fund transfers (wala kasi kaming joint account)
    • credit card statement, kasi supplementary ko sya
    • statutory declaration from her parents, our friends that we are in a continuous relationship and are living together
    • supplier contracts for our wedding (next year pa kasi) e.g. photo/video, events place, etc
    • pictures together

Hope this helps:

STATUTORY DECLARATION – DE FACTO PARNERSHIP

    Dear sir or madam,

I am writing this statement to declare that ___________ (XXXXXX) is my de factor partner since July 14 2016.

    History of our relationship

I had my first contact with XXXXXX on 12 January 2010. I got her mobile number thru a common friend. I was looking for someone who I can connect with during that time and maybe exclusively date. After we found out that we have lots of things in common, we set up a group date with our common friends. We hit it off immediately and by 11 February 2010, she agreed to be my girlfriend.

We enjoyed doing things together. As you can see in the attached pictures, I influenced her to love traveling. We would make it a point to travel on our anniversary (every February) and my birthday month (every June).

Apart from minor disagreements, our relationship is very stable. When her apartment unit was damaged by rainwater on the 1st week of July 2016, it was an easy decision on my part to ask her to move in with me in my condominium unit instead of looking for a new place to live. On 14 July 2016, she officially moved in with me. Attached here are certificates of residency from our condominium corporation.

    Financial aspects

We don’t have a fixed agreement on our financial obligations but we support each other financially on a best-effort basis:

    1. When traveling together, I’m the one in charge of booking flights and hotels, as well as planning the itinerary. I would pay for the costs and then she would pay me back once she receives her next salary.
    2. When XXXXXX moved in with me:
    a. In 2016, she would sometimes pay the homeowners association dues using her credit card on my behalf
    b. In 2017, I paid the association dues for the whole year in advance so she just opted to transfer money on my account
    3. I have been a Citibank credit card holder since 2011 and XXXXXX has been my supplementary card recipient ever since. I normally pay the amount due every cutoff and she would pay me right away on her next payday.
    4. We share expenses when we buy new appliances/furniture e.g. Sofa, water heater, exhaust fan. We take turns in paying for the groceries.

Attached here are travel itineraries, credit card statements, and email exchanges that would support the items above.

The Nature of our commitment to each other

I would like to state our commitment to each other is 100%. After 7 years of relationship, I proposed to her during our Sydney trip last 16 April 2017 and we are already planning for our wedding. The wedding is scheduled on 11 February 2018 which will coincide with our 8th anniversary as a couple. Attached here are supplier contracts and receipts that would support this claim.

I thank you for taking the time to read this statement. I trust that we have been able to provide sufficient evidence that we are in a genuine and continuing de facto relationship.

    =====
Basically yung History, Financial Aspects tsaka yung Nature of Commitment yung mahalaga. Iba-iba naman tayo dyan so feel free to write kung ano talaga yung sa inyo ;)

Hello, tanong ko lang po in terms po sa Statutory Declarations iba iba po for family, then friends then yung amin (couple)? so parang madaming Statutory Declarations na notarized yung isasubmit namin?

Hinihingan pa po kasi kami ng additional evidence kasi ung joint account namin was opened less than 6 months.
