most likely mag try sila mag apply for pr which means madaming competition, pero some may not b qualified na din for pr kaya nka 457

Mabilis lang ba mag-sponsor si NSW for someone with 65 points? Bale I'm targeting 70 points kaya I chose 190 hehe.

@Charlie_CPA2013 Accountant (general) ba yung nominated occupation mo bro? Medyo mahaba ata pila kay NSW and you need superior english para maconsider ka nila.

@misterV Yup general accountant. 3yrs pa lang kasi work experience ko and lahat yun under taxation so I can't have my work experience assessed kasi hindi talaga tugma sa na pang-general accountant. Bale assuming I can get superior english na yung 65 points (30 pts age 15 pts degree 20 pts english)

@lecia every state has their own list of skilled occupations for nomination. U need to search into their state nominated occupation list so u would know if ur occupation is listed.. once ur occupation is there u can apply for state sponsorship granted u can comply all the requirements.

Hi, question po. Nag fill out ako ng skilled migrant state sponsorship form sa immigration south australia today. After ko magbayad nakita ko na hindi pala ako naglagay ng cash in hand and assets sa financial capacity category. May chance pa po ba na maedit yung form and magkakaron ba yun ng issue? Hi guys.. ask ko lng gaano ba katagal dpat may result na yung visa application? Last week pa kc ng March yung sken under ng visa 190 nman ako. Ang mahirap kc nag agency ako kaya hndi ko ,atrack yung status ng application ko. Need ko pa mag email plagi sa agency pra malaman kung may update na.. Kinakabahan kc ako yung usual kc na nababasa ko dito sa forum more than a month lng granted na sila.. maraming salamat.

@cacophony application for nomination pa lang ba sir yung tanong mo? Yung sa SA po, 6-7 weeks processing period po sila. check mo po website ng state kung saan ka po magpapa sponsor. depende po kasi sa state.

Kung yung visa grant na po ang tanong nyo sir, depende rin po. Meron iba na 1 week lang from visa lodgement may visa grant na. Pero normally 1-2 months. Yung iba mas matagal. Depende po kasi kung complete na lahat ng docs mo upon lodgement and walang problem sa medical. Minsan po kasi pag kulang ang docs, makakareceive ka ng additional request from CO. and depende sa CO kung kelan nya babalikan ang file mo. Kaya as much as possible, dapat ensure na complete na ang docs pag naglodge para wala ng additional request from CO and visa grant na agad.

Hello !

I am in the process of applying my EOI and have a few questions.

PTE scores are L-83, R-79, S-76, W-75 with an average of 77.
I have recvd a positive response from VETESSES for my application to them.
My total points structure :
Age - 30
English Exam - 10
Education - 15
Work Experience (total of 4 years till date) - 5

1. At the time of submitting my application to VETESSES, my work exp was 3.7 years. They assessed 1 year under the skills category and 2.7 as work experience. However, now I complete 2.7+5 months with the same organisation and same role. Will I qualify for 5 points with an experience of 3 years or do I need to give a re assessment to VETESSES?

2. While I leave the 'till date' blank under work experience (since I am still employed in the same job) will the EOI consider 5 points ? Is it fine to do so or do we need to specify the information as assessed by VETESSES?

3. Considering the above points, EOI before submission states a claim of 65 points, while I am claiming 60 to the best of my knowledge. Does it include 5 points of SS?

What are the chances currently for an SS to be recvd from SA where my job is listed under CSOL under special category?

1. just put the date when the start of your experience are considered by vetasses and leave the end as blank. System will count it automatically. you need not to claim how many years the system will do it for you.
2. refer above. and last assessment will be enough.
3. at the end of the EOI it will tell you how many points you earned based on the data you gave.

@pink yung sakin naglodge na din ako last June 2 pero yung form 80 hindi ko pa nasubmit wala pa din kaming medical and police check. antay ko pa CO. sana kontakin na din kmi. 190 NSW din ako.

I recently decided to pursue my application for permanent residence in Australia, specifically NSW. Unlike most of you on this forum (from what I've read in the last 2 hours) who are Engineers, Accountants, and Nurses, my occupation is a Public Relations Professional. It's not under the priority list of NSW, so I'm considering applying via Stream 2. I've tallied my points, and at the least, I'm assuming I'm at 65 points (if I'm able to receive SS), and at most (if I score close to perfect on my PTEs), 75. Can anyone share any relevant experience on their application in a similar field (i.e. Marketing-related)?

I'm currently compiling all requirements for my initial assessment with VETASSESS. I'm hopeful it will be positive.

Also, I've spoken to 2 different migration agencies, who each have their own recommendations on how I should proceed. Honestly, they were both saying different things, which led me to conducting my own research. In the end, I've decided to proceed independently. If you also have tips on how best to move forward, I'd greatly appreciate it.

hi guys, we are planning to apply for visa 190 and made some research on which state we can go to and what are the requirements for those states. one of our option is victoria but you need to have a show money of $40k aud if you have 2 dependents, question po how sure kaya ang chances maapprove s state sponsorship? is ths better than 189? by aug 17 our score will lower down to 60 points due to age bracket, but by july 2018, we will have 65 points again since huby will have a total of 8 yrs exp. kso by that time we are not sure bka iba n dn ang visa processing since nggng strict n ngayon s au and mostly ng pnprocess for 189 is 70 points nowadays. thanks guys in advance s advice

Meron po ba dito na managerial position ang nominated occupation pero walang subordinates? Possible pa rin ba ma-approve ang skills assessment kung walang under sa akin? I mean, maliit lang kasi yung company at 1 headcount lang ako sa department ko, kaya wala akong hawak na tao. Ok lang ba yun sa Vetassess?

@cp101030 hi try kong sagutin yung post mo,

1. Wala pong assurance kung maapprove yung state sponsorship, depende sa qualification, employability and commitment to Victoria.

2. Yung $40k aud I guess realistic estimated fund you needed to settle in Vic lalo na pag may dependents, alam ko wala kasi support ang gov sa 190 and you have to stay in Vic for 2 years. Pero no-harm tyring kasi wala naman bayad ang SS application sa VIC and if you need extra points

3. Better ang 189 in my opinion kasi pwede kng mamili ng state na pupuntahan mo, provided na yung points needed sa nominated occupation mo is enought to get invited. Marami pa din kasing waiting ng ITA ng 65 points.
