Hello, ano kaya ang pwede iaaply nang boyfriend ko, He's licensed architect dito sa pinas, and 26 y/o. its good ba na architectural draftsperson ang iaaply nya sa SOL? I'm PR resident visa already as dependent ng father ko. registered nurse ako sa pinas.kya i'll undergo bridging program pa, hindi ko pa sya pwede makuha as PMV visa. I hope for your reply thanks!

Question po, medyo naconfused lang.. okay lang po ba na currently hindi ka employed at the time na magpa-assess ka sa assessing authorities and pag na-invite ka eventually? pero you have mor or less 8 years of working experience sa nominated occupation mo... tnx guys!

pero based sa mga nabasa ko, medyo mahirap magpa-assess ng Architech dahil iba nga po ang building code/laws ng AU..

kaya pinipili po ng iba ang architectural draftperson..
please double check.. goodluck..

welcome sa forum.. yes okay lang po na hindi ka currently employed... based sa DIACs points system, you can claim work experience if it's within the last 10 years..

no need, as long as the details required by the assessing authorities are already stated on the letter.
it should contain the period of employment, position, company details (it usually on the letterhead) and the job description.

hello po sa lahat, sana po ay may makapagshare ng tulog... una po ay nagsara na kasi ung dati kong company. 3 years nakong wala sa kanila tapos nalaman ko nagsara na pla sila this year lang. ung COE na binigay nila sa akin nun walang job description at ngayon di nko makakapagrequest ng bago. panu po kaya ang maiging gawin?
second na tanong po, my diploma was originally given in filipino, pero po nakakuha ako ng english translation nung nagwork ako sa dubai. pwede na po ba ung english translated diploma ang ipacertify?

Yes or a cheaper solution would be to provide a certification from your spouse's school that English as the mode of instruction.

1. We have the same education Accounting but not passed CPA board. He is working in 5 star hotel, he graduated from PUP. Ako naman working in a construction company as acctg supervisor and graduated from business school in Laguna. We both have extensive work experience in our field...mas okay po ba na si hubby ang maging primary applicant?
2. When I visited AU website...nakapost dun closed na ang general skilled since July 2012, does this mean we cannot apply na for this year? when po ang best application period?
3. My hubby's age is 42 and I am 41, do you think guys we can still qualify as PR of au?

required po ang ielts for primary applicants... both for skills assessment (to check your nominated occupation) and of course for DIAC's point system (english language requirements)...

1. Please check ung point system (see no. 3).. kung sino ang mas mataas ang points, sya ang mas okay na maging primary..

Hi guys! new lang po ako dito. my wife and I are planning to migrate. balak namin sya ung principal applicant, she a nurse here with more than 3 years exp and sa kilalang medical center dito. mas maganda din kasi ang acaemic background nya. ok ba na sya ang principal applicant? tia!

nothing wrong with having your wife as the prmary applicant; i know a lot (myself included) whose wife are the primary applicant to a visa application.

not familiar with the process for nurse but i think your wife needs to enrol first in a bridging course in australia as PH degrees are somehow not recognize down under. for further information, you can probably direct specific queries to the nursing threads here in the forum. i am sure the people there would be more than helpful to assist you in your queries and doubts.

Thanks @psychoboy! Mas maganda kasi ang credentials nya sakin lalo na sa school. so iniisip namin na mas ok pag sya. Will find the nurses thread para may maakatulong. right now IELTS ang pinaghahandaan namin.

Sa mga nakapag-submit na po ng docs sa DIAC under new system, puro scanned certified true copy po ba ang sinend nyo? I mean dapat may tatak na certified true copy?... before kasi scanned original lang ok na diba... parang may nabasa kasi ko sa skillselect info na dapat certified true copy... I'm not sure tuloy kung need ko na din ipa-CTC yung ibang docs like passport, payslip, etc.
