I currently submitted my EOI, and waiting for ITA. Is it adviseable not to change company. Coz currently there are some companies who are interested to hire me which is a good opportunity while waiting my migration plans. Im not planning to migrate soon, I just wanted to get visa approval because of age. Plan to migrate in maybe 2 yrs time.

@boky dko alam kung dahil sa caveats last April 19 for my occupation. Let me know how it goes for you.

Hi everyone. Sa immiaccount, kelangan ko ba ilagay na nagpunta ako sa Japan in since 2004 to 2015 in separate periods (live in other country other than the Philippines)? Does that mean I have to have a police clearance from Japan too?

@jacjacjac If you had stayed in a country for more than 12 months, then yes you'll need a police clearance from said country.

@jacjacjac Here's the official text from DIBP

"For the Australian Government to determine whether you are of good character, you might be asked to provide police certificates for each country you have lived in for 12 months or more, over the last 10 years (calculated immediately before the time the visa application is lodged), since turning 16 years of age."

It doesn't exactly say consecutively, but my gut tells me you're going to need one. On another forum, a MARA agent advised someone with a similar case to get a PCC.

@Noodles12 Thanks! I'm not sure din sa scenario 2 if an assessment is required. But i think that would depend on the occupation cguro. For the case ng mga engineers, may mga members na hindi na nagpaassess ng skilled employment relevance especially for those na ang nature tlaga ng work and even the title is engineer already. Although may assessment sila ng degree and nominated occupation. As for ACS, tingin ko din need tlaga magpaassess ng new employment before iclaim sa EOI.

@jacjacjac @jiomariano I have read sa border.gov na even if it is separated, when the total stay accrued is 12 months or more, a police clearance is required.

Pero may mga nabasa din ako that a penal waiver is provided by the CO which is subject for approval para sa mga cases na hindi makaacquire ng PCC due to hindrances and difficulties. But it's subject for approval meaning you have to provide evidences that you have exerted all your effort to acquire the PCC but failed to acquire.

Hello po, meron po ba dito nag renew ng passport bago mag big move? Meaning old passport gamit sa initial entry tapos new passport na sa big move? May proseso ba na dapat gawin? Yung visa po ba ay naka tied un sa old passport? Thanks po sa sasagot

Hello, question po ulit. Mag claim po ako ng 3 years experience Which inacknowledge naman ni ACS, kaya lang hati yung duration. Bale 2 years nasa ibang bansa ako then connected sa current role ko ngayon dito sa pinas kaya nabuo ko yung 3 year requirement. Same company lang naman, bale deployment lang yung sa ibang bansa. Sa declaration po ng work experience, ilalagay ko pa ba pareho? Parang yung current ko lang kasi narecognize nila.

Hello @PMPdreamer though di pa ako nag-initial entry, nagrenew na ako passport due to lack of pages, then via ImmiAccount meron dun link "Update Us". Then I re-validated via VEVO, sa VEVO naman nagreflect yung updated passport number ko. Nakapaglodge ka na ba and waiting for visa decision? Or which stage ka na?

@PMPdreamer same name pa rin ba at passport number lng ang nachange?if yes, nakatry na ako. ung process ay ung sinabi ni @SAP_Melaka . yes, ung visa is tied to the old passport but if mgupdate ka through immiaccount, ur visa will also be tied now to the new passport.

Kung name change naman, there is a different process that includes CTC of old, new passport and other docs. I'm about to try it in a few days.

@rosch same name lang po, bagong number lng. It sounds simple lang naman. Mga gano katagal bago mag travel ko po dapat iupdate? Eh ang galing kasi ng DFA until End of Dec walang sched sa megamall for renewal. Buti na lang next year pa ma expire passport ko

@PMPdreamer dko alam. ang alam, at least 6mos ang validity ng passport upon entry. share ko lng experience ko sa passport renewal. Sa cebu, wala na rin available slots so tacloban DFA na lng ang pinili ko. Pero ng pumunta na ako sa tacloban, ngtry lng ako sa guard kung puede ba akong makainsert kahit na hindi ko pa appointment, ok naman kay guardian as long as mayrun akong dalang online appointment at walang masyadong tao sa dfa. so ayun, pinapasok niya ako.

@rosch swerte, buti napasingit ka, mahigpit kasi sa megamall. Dun sa question ko, kunyari ang travel date ko is June 1. Ilang araw po bago June 1 ko dapat iupdate sa immi account?...

@PMPdreamer sasabihin ko sana na kahit na 1 day before kasi nauupdate naman kaagad ang immi at vevo minutes lng. pero hindi natin alam baka may mga factors beyond our limitations kaya weeks na lng..

@PMPdreamer when I updated my passport info, it reflected realtime sa VEVO. So I think day before your travel is fine. I would recommend since maglodge ka pa lang, wait mo na lang yung decision before you renew your passport. Afaik, there's a note when you changing the passport details:

"If this passport update is being made against an un-finalised application, attach a copy of the passport particulars/photo (bio-data page) after this request has been submitted.

Hello Mam, Ser,

May tanong po ako about sa settings ng EOI.

Nakapag submit na po ako ng ACS and favorable naman po yung result.

Meron po ako work dati na irrelevant sa nominated skill ko and hindi ko na cya diniclare sa ACS. Bali concurrent job ko po cya during that time.

Ask ko lang po, need ko po ba ideclare ito pag mag file na ko ng EOI and mark ko nalang as unclaimed? no issues po ba kung naka declare cya sa EOI pero di ko isinama sa ACS?

Easy way out po sana is di ko nalang cya ideclare. However, nung nag apply ako noon ng tourist Visa sa Australia, kasama cya sa sinend ko na COE, so, possible na may record sila nito.

So to summarize,

1. Need ko po ba ideclare sa EOI yung work ko na hindi ko dineclare sa ACS?

2. Wala po bang issue kung mapansin nila na wala sa ACS pero nasa EOI?

Guys, may problema ba sa immiaccount? Coz when I checked mine today, NO RESULTS FOUND sa list of application ko. Pero dati ang nakasulat is Assessment in Progress yun.

**I know my system maintenance sila lately. Just making sure na hindi lng ako nakaka experience nito. Baka kasi may napindot ako dati at na erase application ko. Wag nman sana.

Sa PTE ko married name ko na yun ginamit ko but sa EOI and ACS, ginamit ko yun maiden name ko kasi yun pa rin ang nasa passport ko. Then nag-renew ako ng passport last month bearing my married name na. Kapag maglodge ako ng visa, ok lang ba ilagay ko yun married name ko na, even sa forms 80 and 1221? Since meron naman akong marriage cert and new passport?
