Teka summarize ko ulit with updates:
I worked for 4 companies. 2 sa PH and 2 sa dito sa SG.

PH Company 1 - HR will only provide a generic COE. So what i need to do is to either: 1. create an affidavit (with no letterhead) and have my senior ex-colleague sign. Tapos dalhin ko sa notary public. 2. Request my senior ex-colleague ng letter (with letterhead) and his coe and have it notarized. Tapos ang ipapasa ko both generic coe from hr AND either stat dec or ref letter from colleague

PH Company 2 - same with #1, generic coe lang din maproprovide ng hr plus another letter kung bakit di sila makakapagbigay ng detailed coe. There is no way din na makakaprint yung senior ex-colleague ko ng letter (with letterhead). So the only way is to create a stat dec, have him sign and ask for his coe and then have it notarized. Ang ipapasa ko are generic coe, explanation letter from hr, and stat dec.

SG Company 1 - under ako ng headhunter and deployed ako sa german company. Si headhunter will only provide generic coe. My senior ex-colleague from the german company can provide me letter (with letterhead). Ipapasa ko will be generic coe from my headhunter plus the letter from my senior ex-colleague.

SG Company 2 - where i currently work for. They are still checking if they can provide yung detailed coe.

Tama naman yung pagkakaintindi ko no?

@shobskie aw ang tagal na! Nagpa-assess ako nung March as Software Tester, wala pa atang 2weeks nakuha ko na. Ang tagal naman yata ngayon.

You advised pag via RPL route, work experience lang ang inaassess yeah? For proof of comparable australian qualification ang degree, nandiyan si VETASSESS to assess degree lang. I have 2 questions here:
1.VETASSESS will only assess degree if "COMPARABLE TO AU QUALIFICATIONS", regardless of related sya or not sa Job Code na plan mo?
Ex:
Psychology graduate sa Section 1 school pero ang lahat ng work experience is IT-Systems Analyst?
2.You also mentioned na hindi iaadvise ni ACS directly na magpaassess ako sa VETASSESS, pano ko malaman on the first place na ganun na need pala magpa-VETASSESS?

If studies will fall under minor IT, no need for RPL otherwise apply for RPL? May I know paano masabing under minor IT? and hihingan ka ba ng RPL pag kelangan nila?

guys good morning, tnong lang sana, napilit kong magbigay ng detailed coe yung isa kong company (though hndi tlga sila nagbibigay ng detailed coe kasi protocol dw ng company yun ska di nila nilagyan ng "fulltime" and salary ko sa detailed coe na yun) literal lng na nilagay nila yung JD, position at start and end date, pde ko pa rin po bang isubmit yun sa ACS? lagyan ko n lng ng contract ska payslip as supporting docs? thanks po ng marami and GODbless.

2. normally, you need proof about your claims sa Degree mo, pede ka ma subject for visa refusal if you claim points pero walang supporting documents.

just my 2 cents lang naman. :)just sharing what others did.

based on my experience, inde naman required ung salary details for COE sa pagpasa kay ACS.

although medyo concerned lang ako na walang word na "fulltime" dun sa COE mo since kasama un sa required info as per the ACS format. i would suggest that you try to ask ung company mo to add that minor revision else baka magkaproblem ka. better safe than sorry.

Nag-ask ng revision si ACS na COE na may full time.

Sana may ibang documents nalang na pwede ipresent pang substitute sa "Full time". hehe

para sa akin, you need the generic COE from all the companies containing the company letterhead, job title, duration of your employment and whether it was fulltime or parttime work. photocopy mo ung COE and then have the copies marked as "certified true copy" by the notary/law office to pass to ACS as proof of your employment.

then to prove ung job responsibilities mo is pasok nga dun sa job code na pinapa-assess mo, dito mo kailangan nung affidavit/stat declaration from your ex-colleagues. you don't need the company letterhead for this. but the document should contain yung name nung person, their particulars (identifiers like passport, driver's license, etc), how you know each other and then what they're declaring about you (that you worked together and what job responsibilities you were doing).

note that your ex-colleagues should present themselves before the notary/law office at dun lang nila pipirmahan ung document and swear before the lawyer/notary public about the truth of the document.

look up on samples of affidavits or stat declarations para mas may clarity ka about them.

pero kung bibigyan ako ng previous lead ko ng reference signed by him na may letterhead, di ko na kelangan ng affidavit diba? need ko na lang ipa-certify yung document?

hi all question lang po....ok lang ba kung ang COE nakalagay "regular employee" imbes na full time employee.... ayaw na kasi baguhin ng hr ang dami ko na daw hiningi detailed jd etc etc. ka asar

@agd & @studio719, thanks po sa pagsagot at insights. Yup, yun nga dn po worry ko. Pahirapan ko pa nman po bgo napapayag yung employer tpos kulang din yung info na nilagay nila. Nkakalungkot lang.

@rj09 you're referring to your PH company #1 right? kung printed with the company letterhead, that could replace yung COE mo from HR as long as it contains lahat ng info na needed ni ACS. so pwedeng un na lang ang ipa-CTC mo and ipasa sa ACS.

@sizzlingralph ICT content must be at least 2/3 of the requirement for a major. For a 4 year degree, ICT content myst be 25% to classify as major so 2/3 of that Lang ang requirement for minor ICT. Also, 65% of that content must be closely related to your occupation.

ang alam ko is end-to-end usually pag dumaan ka sa migration agency. inde cya limited lang to your ACS assessment. i-guide ka rin nila about the applicable visa type for you and the other steps.

though i also wouldn't say na "need" siya. a lot of people here (myself included) have chosen the DIY route para mas makatipid. depende lang kung may tiyaga ka mag-research at kung complicated ba ung case mo

guys just a question, kung naassess qualification ko as diploma lng since sec. 3 school ko, may pag asa bang maclaim ko points na 15 kung mag masteral ako sa IT? Tpos 2 years lng of XP ibawas nila kpg gnong circumstance? thanks sa sasagot. GOD bless.

@studio719 thanks for the info. parang hindi naman complicated yung case ng uncle ko since from the start nagwork sya pang third employer nya pa lang yung sa current job nya as System Analyst which is for 8 yrs na rin. Takot lang kasi sya magDIY since wala talaga siyang alam sa process kayo ako ang nagreresearch para sa kanya at humingi dito ng advice. Di biro din magagastos sa migration agency. Assessment pa lang 50k na agad. Tas if iavail nya yung promo $3600 lahat hanggang visa grant.
