    1. Normally ilang weeks bago mka receive ng invite?

    There's no exact timeline for the invite, and I believe it really depends on a lot of factors like workforce needs in NSW, total points, english skill level, etc.

    2. Ung pag pili ba nila ng pinka mataas na points by skills ba yun? Or overall?

    Per NSW website:

    The selection process is competitive. Candidates are selected and ranked in the following order:

    Occupation
    Australian Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) points score
    English language ability
    Skilled employment

    =============================================================

    As stated above, biggest factor is the workforce needs of NSW, so kung walang demand para sa isang occupation, then kahit gaano kataas ang points nya, di sya maiinvite.

    3. And after ka ma invite then ilang weeks mo matatanggap ung nomination, once completed na ung documents mo?

    Standard processing time is 12 weeks.

    4. Then pag na approve na nomination mo, ilang weeks ma aprrove ung Visa?

    Honestly, parang sabog yung DIBP ngayon, before, you can get approved within 2 weeks time but now parang sasagadin nila yung standard processing time nila na 8 months.

    @misterV hello po question lang po for NSW state sponsorship maghihintay muna po ako ng ITA after ko mag submit ng EOI sa skill select before ako mag apply ng SS sa NSW? Naguguluhan po kasi ako dun sa NSW website para sa visa 190/489. May 7 regions pa hindi ko sure paano mag start.thanks

    @jhazz01 Hey. 190 is a state nominated Permanent Resident visa while 489 is a regional area sponsored Temporary Resident Visa.

    For 190, you need to lodge an EOI first then wait for their email invitation to apply for nomination. I'm not sure about 489/regional. Goodluck!

    Hi guys, may kilala ba kayo or naka-experience maglipat ng state bago pa matapos ang 2 yrs? Sa nabasa ko, wala namang magagawa ang state kung hindi ka titira sa kanila, pero curious lang ako kung may gumawa nga nito at kung may consequences nga in the long run. Wala naman akong plano, pero sa nabasa ko wala naman talagang pinagkaiba ang 189 at 190 eh.

    @shielalables hi sis paano mo alam? kaya pala wala pang naiinvite na accountants sa NSW di pa pala open ang 2017-2018 nya.

    @Diana__Jane nabasa ko dun sa isang forum sis pero hindi naman siya official. Ang sabi dun, may 3rd party na nagka-conduct ng review ng mga job demands sa AU tas expected daw ng Dept of Employment na matatapos by Sept 15. Bali parang nag-aantay pa ang NSW ng results nun bago sila magrelease ng SOL nila then saka sila magstart maginvite. Horefully, may balita na this Friday.

    Hello mga kabayan, sino na po nag lodge dito at apparently nag fill up ng Form 1023 to correct mistakes sa visa information? Ano pong nilagay niyong sagot dito sa "Lodge at"? Thanks!!!
