@Heprex as per my agent, he needs daw po to edit my EOI then submit it to other state then mawawala na yung EOI ko s NSW kasi nga daw po hindi pwede yung multiple submission of EOI, we were arguing po regarding this kasi nga po nabasa ko na before sa forum na to na possible nga po.. ng aask lang po ako ng additional info.. Sir paanu kaya gagawin ko kung ayaw nila makinig and they are insisting n hindi daw pwede

Ikaw dapat masusunod, kase ikaw yung client. You have your rights. Yan ang sa tingin ko. Pero kung hindi alam ng agent mo yang ganyang info, i will doubt na legit sila. Ano agency mo? Chrck if they are registered.

once inedit nila ung eoi mo and submit, mawawala ka nga sa nsw they can submit a new eoi, exactly the same as the first they submitted except that they will choose a different state. dapat alam nila yan.

pakilinaw lang po sa agent niyo ang gusto nyo mangyari (basta walang extra fee ha).

Una po tama po ang agent na BAWAL or WALANG capability ang skillselect na mag allow ng multiple submission ng EOI. pero sa pag kakaintindi ko po sa gusto nyo mangyari eh isang EOI lang ang susubmit nyo pero multiple STATE NOMINATION. magkaiba po yan.

yung 1 EOI = multiple state nomination is allowed. meron nga pong tanong anong preferred state nyo gusto tumira, then multiple choices are allowed. Althought this is allowed, its not 'recommended' especially kung ang tanging path to perm visa nyo is 'state nomination'. Pwede po ma question ang loyalty nyo sa state na mag ssponsor sa inyo.

Pakiconfirm po sa agent nyo, baka rin po mali ang pag kakaintindi ko.

Hi. Mag-aask lang po if sino pwede makasagot, kasi magsusubmit na ako ng EOI kaya lang yung name ng school ko sobra sa 40 characters? Ano po ba dapat gawin? Dapat di ba same yung nakasulat na name ng school na ikey-in sa EOI sa mga diploma at skill assessment. Pwed eko ba siya ishorten like eemove ko yung "the" or "of" sa name ng school? Thanks po sa sasagot.

@Heprex to a point you're right, the final decision lies on the client. As MARA agent, we're here to guide our clients and also act to their best interest, this also means to advise them against something if we think it's not going to be good for the client's case. So in the end, if a client still insists on doing something which I don't think would help the case, I don't hesitate to terminate my services with the client due to lack of trust kasi ako naman yung mapapahamak, I also need to adhere to our Code of Conduct set out by the MARA. In my own opinion, coming from my experience of getting an agent myself when I migrated to Australia many years ago, it's more of nag agent ka pa hindi ka rin naman makikinig sa advice so sayang talaga yung binayad mo.

If closed na yung nominated occupation ng state, pwede padin ba magsubmit ng EOI to that state and would it still be valid when the nominate occupation opens again?

@RheaMARN1171933 I think @Blackmamba just wanted to be in queue just in case mag open ulit ang code. If he is referring to occupation which has been closed due to quota limit not because its closed permanently.

@mfvquines I think its safer kong I follow mo ang assessment result mo. kasi yung din titingnan ng CO mo as basis not your personal claim. para kasing your challenging the vettasses assessment outcome. which supposed to be address to vetasses. si CO mag rereview lang ng documents at evidence presented base on the DIBP procedure. while si vetassess kasi assessment talaga sya. just my opinion. I could be wrong. try mo consult professionals what you think @RheaMARN1171933

claim work experience lang after ng deduction. nkalagay po sa vetassess result na considered skilled ka only after that date kaya di mo din maclaim for points ung 1 year,. kahit related sia sa work mo, it is used to meet the vetassess requirements

Hello, pasensya po madami ako itatanong, just want to make sure that the details na ilalagay ko sa EOI is correct para wala na aberya

1. Education History:

kapag po ang nakuha sa assessment is:

Your Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Mapua Institute of Technology
completed ** has been assessed as comparable to an AQF Bachelor Degree with a Major in computing.

anu po ang dapat ilagay sa education history sa EOI? Bachelor Degree in Science o Bachelor Degree (other)? tapos ang course po na ilalagay is still Information Technology? tama po ba na dapat magrefer ako sa assessment ni ACS?

2. Education History:

kasi di ba hinihingi dun kung kelan kayo nagstart ng college? wala kasi akong makitang document indicating when ako nagstart. sa diploma naman e kung kelan ka grumaduate lang. kayo po ano nilagay nyo? pwede ba yun anytime between june? hehe

3. Work History:

Dun sa unang work na iindicate, dapat yun start date na ilalagay mo po is yun date na binigay sayo ni assessing body? "the following employment after July 2008.." so dapat sa first job ko, July 2008 ang ilalagay ko po?

@batman Thank you! So tama po ba na ang ilalagay ko sa education history is still Bachelor of Science. Then ang course is Information Technology?

also, meron po ba sa inyo na nagfile to both 189 and 190? if so, 2 separate accounts po ba ginawa nyo? or chineck niyo lang po both in one account? Thanks!
