Hello guys..

I'm planning to pay my visa this weekend at upload ko yong mga documents na meron ako pero I'm still waiting for some my documents na eco-collect next week sa pinas.

I could still upload documents after few days or week while CO hasn't visited my application? tama ba?

@luciano yes you can. Saw someone from expatforum who uploaded his PCC a day before he got his grant.

@luciano pwede ka pa din magupload ng documents after payment. madame din gumawa nyan at DG din sila. current trend is after 5 to 6 weeks ung outcome ng visa application nila pero give allowance at dapat try to upload all evidences 3 to 4 weeks after visa payment. always aim for DG kasi nga mahirap kapag naCO more hintay pa! Goodluck.

@Heprex @akoaypinoy salamat! 8 different companies na related kasi meron ako kaya dami kong evidence of employment na hahanapin.

Another question nga pala, total experience kasi na claimed ko sa ACS is 13 years. May isang company ako na hirap hirap akong kumuha ng evidence.. fulltime homebase(2 years) kasi yong setup namin at hindi na sila nag re-reply sa email ko. In case, hindi ko talaga ma provide yong other evidence nila kasi COE at Contract lang meron ako.. CO will deduct 2 years sa 13 years diba? so bali lagpas pa rin ng 8 years ang claimed points ko sa experience.. tama ba?

@luciano naka-declare po ba sa EOI nyo na nag claim kayo ng points for that particular employment during your invite? If yes, I believe CO will look for evidence.

Question po ulit sa pagupload ng documents, yun Standard COE under which category? Then kung meron separate na job description, san sya ilalagay? Icombine lang ba into one file nun COE?

Yes, naka declare po cya sa EOI.. COE at Employment contract lang kasi meron ako. Hindi kasi sila nagbabayad ng tax, sss dahil sa homebase setup namin at yong salary pa is in cash yong tauhan nila sa pinas ang nagbibigay.

@luciano The best thing you can do is provide an affidavit stating your situation. Since nag claim ka kase ng points dyan sa employment na yan, most likely mag hahanap ng evidence si CO. Kung kaya mo habulit yung tauhan na nag bibigay ng salary in cash, mas better if they can also provide an affidavit as well.

ayos @Heprex! cge gagawa na ako ng affidavit sa situation ko. Btw, pupunta ako ng attorney's office nyan diba? ako lang ba ang pipirma? Medyo naka hinga na ako hehehe!

Edit: ang problema din kasi yong nagbibigay ng salary in cash is pumunta din sa ibang bansa kasama yong may-ari ng company

@luciano Nov 13 ako naglodge pero until now naguupload pa din ako ng mga documents. Received pa din naman status ng application ko kaya may pag-asa pa sa direct grant.

Thanks @rj09. Uuwi kasi ako ng pinas next week.. tra-tabahuin ko yong mga kulang na docs ko.. Ano ba ang maging status ng application kung hindi kana pweding makapag upload?

@audreamer05 when you say category, do you mean which part ng immi sya iuupload? if yes, under ng Work Experience - Overseas, Evidence of>Work Reference.

If may separate na JD, yes icombine sya as one file ng COE. COE first page with header/company logo. JD ok lang kahit walang header basta signed by a previous manager with contact details. But if possible, with header sana lahat.

guys.. may tanong ako sa elodgement.. sa ACS na claimed ko number of years is around 12 years pero sa immi account elodgment is 8 years ang maximum.

@luciano dapat same sa EOI ang ilalagay mo sa visa application mo.. 12 years yung sa ACS? wala kang deduction from ACS?

@Hunter_08 yap same lang sa EOI yan.. may 2 years deduction cya.. bali naka lagay sa ACS assessment ko.

The following employment after May 2003 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level ...

Lahat ng work experience after May 2003 na claimed ko lahat.. kaya ako nag tatanong ako sa duration of overseas employment kasi maximum of eight years lang ang naka lagay.

@luciano pwede mo naman ilagay lahat katulad sa EOI mo ang pagkakaalam mo yung point kasi is max for 8 yrs na 15pts kaya yun ang nakalagay. pero pwede mo ilagay lahat ng work exp mo tulad ng sa EOI.

Itatanong ko lang po sana kung pede na kami magpamedical ni partner kahit wala pang ita? At saka pano po ba ang pagschedule ng medical sa Nationwide? TIA!

@gillianLeoh2017 Yung medical kailangn lang kapag may ITA kna at nakapaglaodge kna. From there Health (HAP) ID number/ referral letter hihingin sa Nationwide before ka pede magpamedical. It costs P6.6K and first come first serve ang policy sa Nationwide.

@gillianLeoh2017 pwede ka pang magpamedical if may ITA ka na from skillselect, and do it before ka mag lodge ng visa para aim for direct grant. pwede ring after lodge but not more than two weeks para safe before commencement of your assessment. Overall much better before lodge para walang aberya.

@l0ki yes. i submitted my volunteer CoE in Ph pra consistent yung paperwork ko. sinabi ko kasi ng volunteer ako as RN for 2 years in PH. Pero tinick ko yung not claiming points. ng submit lng ako CoE and prof ref for that job and direct grant. wla na CO contact
