@Pandabelle0405 tama.. and additional info for visa 190 need mo rin tumingin sa website ng kanya kanyang state regarding sa nomination process nila. Kasi may mga states na ikaw mismo kokontak sa kanila (need mo EOI number ibigay sa kanila) para sa application ng nomination mo. At iba iba ang kanilang mga requirements. Si NSW at VIC lang ang naiiba kasi sila ang nag iinvite at di mo sila pwedeng kontakin na dalawa na magpapa sponsor ka. haha

Sa ibang states may settlement funds rin and hindi lahat ng occupation is applicable sa lahat ng states. Makikita mo yan sa website immigration ng kanya kanyang states. Lahat ito base sa visa 190. Ang 190 rin ay pre-approved visa application so mas “madali” at mas “mabilis” ma-approved ni DIBP kasi ang certain state mismo ang nag sponsor sayo. (pero depende parin sa DIBP yan)

Pag 189 ka nman ikaw na bahala mismo mamili saang states ka magsesettle ang pinakaimportante ma approve ka kay DIBP.

Malalaman mo rin yan lahat basta search mo lang. At tanong ka dito. Marami naman matulungin dito.

Hi to all! I have some questions before I lodge our visa para lang sure na tama yun ginawa ko.
1. Sa employment part, hindi kasi lahat years of exp sa company ko naconsider, pano ko siya ibreakdown sa form? Kasi wala naman choices na nilagay dun kung related or not related. Meron lang dun kung ilan yrs of experience ang related.
2. Yun sa spouse emloyment, need pa din ba ilagay lahat? Kung yes, need pa ba maglagay din ng proof?
3. Pano i-attach yun sa health? Kung nagpamedical na prior to lodging? Parang meron kasi ako nabasa before na question, does this applicant has health examination? (parang ganito) pero hindi ko na siya mahanap.
4. Ok lang ba na ilodge ko na siya kahit may pending reassessment ako with Vetassess? Nagdagdag lang ako ng company, pero sa EOI ko, meron na talaga ako positive assessment with them.

@jap456 70 points Nurse (Medical) August pa ako nagsubmit ng EOI pero ang DOE ko kakabago lang nung November 14 nag retake ako ng PTE kasi nawalan ako ng pag-asa mainvite.

1. Sa akin nilagay ko lahat ng experience sa form nila. Kasi makikita rin un sa form 80 at form 1221 mo yung past employments mo within 10years.

2. Kung nagclaclaim ka ng partner points. Oo need mo rin ilagay lahat ng experience nya. But when you submit ng proof of employment ni spouse if nag claim ka talaga ng partner points yung pina assess niyo lang sa skills assessment ang bigay niyo na proof. (example 10 years experience with 3 different companies pero sa skills assessment two companies lang pina assess, yun lang ang iprovide niyo ng evidence)
Now, if hindi ka nag claim ng partner points. You still need to indicate sa online form nila but no need to provide evidence na.

3. Yung eMedical Information Sheet ang need mo iattach once na submit mo na ang online form. and Yes ang isagot mo doon sa tanong na “does this applicant have health examination” if tapos ka na talagang mag medical tapos sa details type mo “Health examination done by (name of clinic)”

4. Medyo tricky kasi you were invited base sa points na diniclare mo. Now if di naman makakaapekto sa points mo yung pending assessment mo sa vetassess dapat wag mo na yung iprovide kasi meron ka na nman pla positive assessment eh. Ano ba intention mo bat ka nag pa assess uli sa vetassess gayong meron ka na pala positive assessment sa kanila at may ITA ka na from Skillselect? hehe baka gumulo lang, Stick doon sa kung ilang points ka at yung pending assessment mo hindi na un mag mamatter kasi may ITA ka na. Remember ininvite ka base sa diniclare mo sa EOI mo at ang corresponding points nun.

Then yun sa vetassess, pinadagdag ko lang isang company na hindi nasama sa dating assessment. As per advice din ni Vetassess e hindi sila nagsusubmit kay DIBP so kung ano daw sinubmit ko e yun lang din daw ang pagbabasehan ni DIBP. Naguguluhan lang ako kasi same reference number, so baka lang maoverride yun existing.

@audreamer05 what do you mean ibreakdown? pero company experience naman ang need mo ilagay sa online form ng DIBP. If what you mean hindi kinonsider sa isang company lahat ng experience mo is ang naiisip ko na mean mo yung from vetassess? Yes ganun ata standard procedure nila either first year or second year mo sa first company na pinaassess mo is hindi nila crinicredit yun.

For me dapat hindi ka na nag pa assess uli kung may ITA ka na from skillselect. Now if hindi makaka apekto sa points mo at the same lang pwede mo rin gamitin yang bagong pina assess mo but if it will change your point score total i suggest wag mo na ipasa kasi gugulo lang. Like i said kanina you were invited based sa points score na diniclare mo sa EOI mo.

@OZingwithOZomeness Nun time na nagpa-assess ako, wala pakong ITA. Salamat ng marami. Siguro ganun nalang gawin ko, hindi ko nalang hintayin yun bagong assessment. Gamitin ko nalang yun luma.

Another question, ok lang kaya na gamitin ang old COE na ginamit ko for assessment? More than a year na siya, nahirapan na kasi ako kumuha ulit ng bagong COE na may job description. Plan ko is eto nalang gamitin then support nalang with the current payslips.

@audreamer05 ako ginamit ko yung lumang COE with description for visa ko pero humingi pa din ako ng updated generic COE sa company para lang may proof na dun pa din ako nagwowork, plus payslips,ITR at contract

Ginawa ko to for my current employer. Since medyo matagal ung gap from assessment ko at yung pag lodge ko na CO contact ako requesting for latest evidence for the said employer. so kung balak mo DG I suggest kuha ka nalang ng latest.
