How to correctly scan your documents
- scan the original of each document – do not scan a photocopy or a certified copy
So meaning, yong mga sina-submit ko sa ACS na CERTIFIED copy ay hindi valid yon?
Dapat pala yong scanned copy from the original ang isa-submit ko sa DIBP?
