Tatanong ko lang sana gaano katagal niyo nareceive ang visa grant after magrequest si CO ng additional documents : like proof of functional English ability for dependent.

@hustinianohuse sa case ko, na CO contact ako ng Oct. 5, 2017 (form 80, medical, police clearance for me and my dependent). Then I received the visa grant after around 4 months on February 1, 2018.

Newbie question.
Ano po mga dapat ko iprepare nandocuments bago ko maglodge ng eoi for 190(Vic).
Sabi kasi don prepare documents kasi may 14 days lang to apply don sa victoria after mapre-invite sa Eoi. For ICT occupation po.

Hello po sa inyung lahat, meron po sana akong ikunsulta sa inyung lahat. Nag apply po kame ng EOI last year for 189 65pts tapos 190 AT 70pts NSW pero hanggang ngyn wala pdn po kame invite. RECENTLY lang po na PR ang kapatid ko so naicip po namen ang 489 family so ngng 75pts na po kame. Sa tingin nyu po ba ilang months po kme bago ma invite.

Wala na po ba sa list and ICT Support Engineer for NSW? chineck ko kasi sa website (https://www.industry.nsw.gov.au/live-and-work-in-nsw/visas-and-immigration/nsw-skilled-occupations-list) wala akong nakita na ICT Support Engineer ibig po ba sabihin di na pwede mag apply ng EOI + State Sponsorship?

Hi, itatanong ko lang kasi as of now freelance/self employed ako, pero yun assessment ko sa Vetassess positive naman, kasi ang include ko lang yun time na employed pa ako 7,5 years ang nacredit kasi ngbawas pa ng 1yr, then yun EOI ko ngaun same din til my last employment date. that was end of 2016, hindi kaya ako maquestion na 2017 til now wala ako employer? or kelngan ko ilagay sa EOi ko na freelance then click ko yun NO (not claiming points) at ireflect ko rin sa CV ko un freelance projects ko. Hindi ko na kasi nilagay baka hanapan pa ako ng payslips khit NO ang ilagay ko. Medyo nagworry lang ako. ok un previous work ko almost complete ang req. Any suggestion just to clear my doubts. Thanks

@archdreamchaser i suggest ilagay mo lahat ng employment mo. ilagay mo na lang na not claiming points.. kasi kapag nag lodge ka na need mo din ilagay yung mga naging work mo ss form 80.

yung sa form 80 ba. Dapat ilagay lahat naging work mo for the last 10 years na resulta sa assessment? or starting after graduation till present?

@atonibay kung nakalagay sa form 80 na lahat you need to put all your work experience.

Not quite sir. If I were you, I'll throw in some evidences of employment income even though you did not claim points for it. Why? Because it happened to me. And I've mentioned this before in my previous posts. I ended up being contacted by the officer and asking for evidence. I tried to reason out na I wasn't claiming points for it simply because I can't to provide them any longer. Wala din naman nangyari. Nag statutory declaration nalang ako and sss screenshot. Eto yung CO contact ko, attached. After 1 month of lodgement ng reply ng ganyan, then after 5 months na ulit.lol

Note: Nasa form 80 yung work experience na yun. Pero may tick mark ako sa application form na I did not claim points for it. The experience wasn't even in my skills assessment.

@King Tim Iba-iba yung process and list of sponsored occupations per state. Kailangan mong puntahan yung migration website of each of the 8 states and territories to check yung kani-kanilang list of sponsored occupations, application requirements, and process.

Hi good pm po sa lahat. I submitted my EOI last July 28, 2018 and I nominated for the state NSW. But since yesterday nagchange po plans namin and to nominate VIC instead, tanong ko lang po if I could just "UPDATE EOI" or should I withdraw my first EOI then submit a new one? Thank you!

@rjankhristiaan I think you can update your EOI to a different state. But to be frank, you should leave your options open, keep the NSW EOI and just submit another EOI para sa Victoria naman.

@King Tim the immigration website is the best way to go rather than just relying on members from this forum to feed you specific information. Need to work hard on readings and your own research as well (just like most of the people here in the forum)to get to your destination especially if you prefer a DIY application. All the best

Hello po, this might sound stupid but how can I submit multiple EOI's? I already submitted 189 and 190 but specifically to QLD.. May I submit po different EOI for different state? If yes paano po? When I log in to my skillsellect, I only have Withdraw, Suspend and Update EOI options.. Pasi check po screenshot ko.. Thank you ahead!!
