    Hello po sa lahat.. Ask ko lang po kung yung CO na na-aasign ay normally nasa country of residence naten? Like, dito po sa SG, Sg based din po ba ang mga case officers? Thanks po..

    sa pinas nyo po ba gagawin? kung sa pinas, same format as affidavit lang po. :)

    Dito po sa Singapore. Hindi pa ako nakapag pa affidavit. May format ba yung Notary public or ako gagawa ng template =)

    dito sa Singapore, may kanya-kanya silang template for Statutory Declaration e. ako kasi sa Australian High Commission ako nagpa-stat dec dati. sinundan ko yung format ng Australian Statutory Declarations Act 1959. eto po yung template: http://www.ag.gov.au/Statutorydeclarations/Documents/Statutory Declaration PDF.PDF

    pero kung sa mga notary public kayo magpapa-stat dec, puntahan nyo na lang muna cguro to ask about their template. or baka pwede kayo magdala ng softcopy ng sample na ginawa nyo at baka pwede copy and paste na lang nila sa template nila. :)

    April 21- IELTS Passed (British Council Sg S$310)/ April-March -requirements for VETASSES, CTC 4 copies,DHL etc. (S$600)/March 19- Apply VETASSES online ($1150 aud)/June 06, 2012 - VETASSES (Architectural Draftsman) feedback positive /August 08- Apply EOI visa 190 at 70 points/September 11- Resubmit EOI (Was asked to change EOI form)/November 22- Apply for SS in WA (arch draftsman still available)/November 22- Resubmit EOI (changed the State from Victoria to WA)/December 05- Initial Contact by DIAC saying WA is interested./December 07- WA SS approved December 10- DIAC Invitation received (1 week down ecomm) December 14- Lodged Visa $3050aud (plus technical issues of ecom visa was "lodged" December 21 daw)/ Dec 28 - Medicals (frontload)/January 8 -CO Assigned/January 23-PCC/ JANUARY 23---VISA GRANT!!!!!!!!!!

    Nakakuha ako ng employment certificate from previous employers ko, kso standard lang iniissue nila walang job details na required ng assessing body. So yun naisip ko supplement nalang ng stat declaration =( By the way vetassess din ako, mahigpit ba sila sa mga requirements, any tips?

    @vhoythoy Ahhhh ako kse ako gumawa ng details tapos pinainput ko sa employment certificate. I suggest you do the same? (as in detalyado) pinirmahan naman ng employer ko as nasa jobscope ko naman eh.... medyo pinaganda ko lang at pinahaba. hehehehhe
    both jobs ko dito sa SG talagang nirequest ko na detailed employment certificate stating my achievements/projects etc. mostly sa kanila willing na ako ang gagawa tapos ilalagay na lang nila sa employment cert. maybe it will work as mahal pa notary. :) magaaditional page ka pa ng CTC. hahah

    Sa akin kasi 3 audit firms both pinas and SG. Yung SGV ok lang ready sila. Pero yung 2 eh gusto nila standard lang i issue wala ako magawa, di ko mapilit hehe. Tapos pla, sa vetassess yung "with points test advice" ba dapat ko kunin. 189 yung visa na process at balak ko apply.

    @vhoythoy to tell you honestly, nagpoint test din kme sa VETASSES pero in my opinion parang sayang sa pera lang kse correct me if im wrong may additional fee yun di ba? kung libre go, kung meron, its up to you.
    going back, sa akin kse even though nag paadvise kme re sa points, pag nagapply ka na ng EOI mo, yung immigration na ang magbibigay ng points mo regardless sa results ng VETASSES. (tinatanong lang yung vetasses number mo dun eh)

    Siguro for your own reference lang pero same din naman yung points nung nagmanual calculation kme. :)

Bakit pala 190 get mo. Ano difference at advantage at disadvantage pag 190 or 189. Ot na yata, by the way salamat sa info =)

    Na check ko na hindi required. Pwede ka mag vetassess kahit walang ielts. Need ielts pag mag process ka na sa DIAC for points

    @pringxoxo - malalaman mo kung saan ang CO mo. sasabihin pag nag email sila sayo.. and i think there are two main processing centers for Skilled Migrants.. Adelaide and Brisbane..

    If I may give my 2cents on this; before I used to believe that having your work experience assess by the skills assessment body is a waste of time, money and effort as at the end of the day, it will be DIAC who will be deciding how many points to credit you for work experience.

    BUT we you think of it right, these skills assessing body are expert in own rights with say accountancy, engineering, IT, etc. If you give them a schedule of your roles and responsibilities, they would be best to judge whether or not pasok ang work experience mo or not.

    Si Case Officer naman - walang kaalam alam ito as these blokes are generalist, they handle cases ng mga accountants, engineers, ITs, etc...

    So yeah, even if DIAC/CO has the final say, the fact that you get an opinion from the skills assessment body that your experiences are good to go, you would definitely have a very strong case for the CO to work on eventually as far as your work experience is concerned.

Hindi pa kse ako umabot sa CO eh. :) @vhoythoy well ganito lang yan e, para sure, kumuha ka na. think of it as an investment mo sa future mo kse iba iba magassess per tao. para you wont say na rin na "if I did this kaya mas mapapadali" . ;) Good luck sa atin!

    April 21- IELTS Passed (British Council Sg S$310)/ April-March -requirements for VETASSES, CTC 4 copies,DHL etc. (S$600)/March 19- Apply VETASSES online ($1150 aud)/June 06, 2012 - VETASSES (Architectural Draftsman) feedback positive /August 08- Apply EOI visa 190 at 70 points/September 11- Resubmit EOI (Was asked to change EOI form)/November 22- Apply for SS in WA (arch draftsman still available)/November 22- Resubmit EOI (changed the State from Victoria to WA)/December 05- Initial Contact by DIAC saying WA is interested./December 07- WA SS approved December 10- DIAC Invitation received (1 week down ecomm) December 14- Lodged Visa $3050aud (plus technical issues of ecom visa was "lodged" December 21 daw)/ Dec 28 - Medicals (frontload)/January 8 -CO Assigned/January 23-PCC/ JANUARY 23---VISA GRANT!!!!!!!!!!

    @vhoythoy to tell you honestly, nagpoint test din kme sa VETASSES pero in my opinion parang sayang sa pera lang kse correct me if im wrong may additional fee yun di ba? kung libre go, kung meron, its up to you.
    going back, sa akin kse even though nag paadvise kme re sa points, pag nagapply ka na ng EOI mo, yung immigration na ang magbibigay ng points mo regardless sa results ng VETASSES. (tinatanong lang yung vetasses number mo dun eh)

    Siguro for your own reference lang pero same din naman yung points nung nagmanual calculation kme. :)

    uu nga, additional S$150 kasi 3 employers ako. Tapos assess nila yung past 10 years employment mo. Di ko alam exactly benefits nya kung madadagdagan ba points ko dun. pagisipan ko mabuti. Bakit pala 190 get mo. Ano difference at advantage at disadvantage pag 190 or 189. Ot na yata, by the way salamat sa info =)
    If I may give my 2cents on this; before I used to believe that having your work experience assess by the skills assessment body is a waste of time, money and effort as at the end of the day, it will be DIAC who will be deciding how many points to credit you for work experience.

    BUT we you think of it right, these skills assessing body are expert in own rights with say accountancy, engineering, IT, etc. If you give them a schedule of your roles and responsibilities, they would be best to judge whether or not pasok ang work experience mo or not.

    Si Case Officer naman - walang kaalam alam ito as these blokes are generalist, they handle cases ng mga accountants, engineers, ITs, etc...

    So yeah, even if DIAC/CO has the final say, the fact that you get an opinion from the skills assessment body that your experiences are good to go, you would definitely have a very strong case for the CO to work on eventually as far as your work experience is concerned.

    Thanks sa advise. Well, sama ko na din kahit medyo masakit sa bulsa 150 hehe basta sigurado. Besides magulo din experience ko pero related parin sa audit naman lahat. 3 audit firms for the past 9 years from external audit, to IT and advisory to risk management tapos ngaun internal audit sa isang listed company to Singapore. hirap din madami employer dami needs na coe tapos yung iba gusto standard templates lang hehe. Goodluck sa atin lahat, kita kits nalang sa Australia soon =)

    CTC po ba? dun ako sa peninsula plaza...5sgd + 2sgd per additional page of the same document.

    @olrac183 Notary sa Philippine Embassy is $45. kung Certified True Copies lang meron sa International Plaza $5 Low Yeap Toh & Goon 62202666. pag madami kang papaCTC or notary magbook ka appointment para balikan mo na lang.

    Ako kse may kilala kmeng lawyer sa Pinas. mas mura. :) 4 na copies ang pinacertify ko tapos pinadala ko na lang dito. Sa Pinas is 60pesos lang ang average cost ata.

    kasi sya na included mga roles and responsibilities ko, walang letterhead tapos signed by my team leader.. paano ba ito? dapat notaryo ano?
