after BP, you need to re-apply again to AHPRA via AGBP-40.. When they approve, then you will become AU RN.. Make sure to get the student visa before your current tourist visa expires.. tpos while on student VISA, you may start looking for sponsorship (482) or apply for PR.. But while on student VISA, if AURN kana, you can try to find work as casual RN but being casual (not perm) I'm not sure if counted yan as experience in working in AU wc you intend to use for PR points.. if hindi din related sa profession mo then hindi ata yan magamit for points ng PR..

may iba nga didto, apply muna cla ng student VISA (enrol ng any related sa nursing sa uni).. tpos pag nandito na, nag shift ng kahit anong course na easier (kasi walang class everyday at mura yung tuition).. tpos after that, they will apply for leave ata, once granted they will start their BP.. so BP cla, naka student visa na.. that way, they can bring along their husband/wife to work din kasi may work rights din cla (20hrs per 2 weeks ata or per week bah yun).. medyo ok din yun magastos lang hehe

while doing all that, you are working as an AuRN already.
In regards to claiming australian work exp, u can only claim jobs related to your nominated skill sa skills assessment. As per mu case, i was working 40hours/fortnight as a medical RN in a hosp in Melby, once na complete ko yung diploma na course, i also achieved my 1 yr AusRN exp which i claimed 5 points. and 5 points for 2 yrs Aus study (bachelor 1 yr and diploma 1 yr)

I am currently working sa isang private medical center dito sa Oman. I tried to get my good standing this week kaso my employer refused kasi kelangan resigned na daw at wala na sa Oman. I told them I am willing to resign naman kung talagang ayaw nila ibigay eh kelangan ko talaga un document eh. However, iniisip k na hindi k na lang muna sya ilagay sa AHPRA application ko since hindi lang naman un ang working experience ko.
Hopefully someone can shed their light with regards to my situation. Thanks in advance.

Do you have written communication from your employer regarding this or just verbal? This is just an opinion and not based on experience.
Considering your situation, you can execute a notarized Statutory Declaration explaining the matter and attach Professional Reference(s) from a nursing supervisor, nursing director, or even a colleague. State something like:
1. you are employed as a _________ nurse with _________________ hospital from _________ to present;
2. COGS are provided by MOH for MOH run hospital and by the hospital itself if private
3. they do not issue COGS unless employee has resigned and/or finished their contract.
It would be helpful if in the professional reference(s), the referee can provide official communication channels like official hospital email (not yahoo or gmail) to facilitate should AHPRA deem it necessary to verify.
