    1. One immi account can be used for many persons. You can create a group within that account for persons traveling as group with the same iteneraries.
    2. Seniors above 75 can only apply visa via VFS Global... medicals are required via panel physicians.
    3. Form 54 can be used as proof of family ties... witness can be any person.

@Aesin what you mean sponsor you, to visit or to work?

*Processing times range from 48 hours to more than 20 days depending on factors such as peak processing periods in a particular location.

@Aesin if work, subclass 600, is not the correct visa to apply. Kasi you are not allowed to work with this type of visa. Let him apply for you the proper visa. You can withdraw your visit visa 600 application.

A yes po, not subclass 600. But the thing is i already applied my subclass 600 earlier last aug. 23 kasi wala pa pong proposal si boss before regarding sa punta ko dun for a month to help with our current project, planned lang namin sana ni partner to have a short vacation in aus kaya nagapply kami last last week. He’s wondering if we can apply for another type of visa which is subclass 400 sponsored by our company?

Good day everyone! Just wanted to ask, it’s my first time to apply for a tourist visa (lodged August 30, they asked for my biometrics and I’ve complied as well). I have attached an intent letter explaining my main purpose of visit which is to explore Australia. Furthermore, since I will be visiting Brisbane and Gold Coast, I have mentioned in the said letter as well that I will be visiting a close friend who is an Australian citizen who resides in Brisbane. My question is, is it a requirement to have my friend’s invitation letter even though my main purpose is for tourism; and I will be shouldering all my expenses from airfare, hotel accommodation, and other miscellaneous expenses during the duration of my stay in Australia (less than two weeks only). I have mentioned as well in my application through immi that I am an aircrew and have been to Australia (SYD, CBR, PER, ADL, MEL) countless times on a layover sans any Australian visa. And have attached everything (out of the limit of 60 files, I have attached 60) from entry/ exit stamps from my travels (3 old passports, and the recent one), various visas (schengen, US, chinese, turkish visa etc.), my savings account in the PH, my payslip, COE (been employed since 2010), title deed of my car in PH, 6 months bank statement of a bank in the current country where I’m in, family photo (proof that I have my parents and bros living in PH), insurance certificate, airline ticket (return), itinerary (just an overview but not that detailed) etc. Hopefully you can shed some light concerning my predicament, cheers! Apologies for the long post.

    (Continuation)

Note: I did not attach a letter of invitation from my friend because like I said, I will be funding myself. And regarding the letter of approved leave from the company that I am currently employed with, I have not attached one for but I can always provide one in case they request for it.

@flying_lime they don't usually request per personal experience they make decision based on what you have submitted. Kasi yung mga cert of employment parang sop na isama yun kong employed ka.

@flying_lime Seems like you've got all the bases covered already. I suppose your CoE also includes a portion indicating that your current employer allows you to be on leave during the period of your intended stay in Australia.

@cucci no, it just mentioned there my joining date and current position cos for airline crew it’s a bit different when processing for leave dates, it’s through a bidding system but I can always request one if needed pero the thing is I have submitted my application already, and it is under “further assessment” status.

@flying_lime just wanna share mine. The approved leave is one of the required attachments. I have attached one. But the things is they still requested for a travel authority which i understand because i am a government employee. And processing of travel authority is 30 to 45 days. So i just attached a certification to prove that my TA is on process. That was august 25 when i updated my application. But til now the status is still on further assessment. But i guess i have a different case, and so its taking them too long to process. Submitted mine last august 9(received). From august 25 up to this time- further assessment pa rin. Sad.

@flying_lime ImmiAccount generates the required/recommended documents per each application... It didn't require me to submit proof of leave nor even recommend it.

Hindi rin required na mag-submit ng invitation letter UNLESS you claimed and you've focused on being invited by your friend.

@heewon I see, let’s just be hopeful :). My story on the otherhand is I lodged my application August 30 (status: received to initial assessment), and they immediately asked me to do biometrics which I complied the next day August 31, since then the status changed from “initial assessment to further assessment” up until present. Kept checking my emails actually thinking they might ask me additional requirements/ proofs.

@Mia oh I see, thank you for sharing. So I guess the COs take each application uniquely ☺️.

Hi! Just wanted to ask a few things before I lodge

    1. Is the approved leave letter needed?
    2. I have a boyfriend in au pero di pa kami nag memeet. Can i still provide his invitation letter and funds? He will fund everything naman talaga but I’m just worried na ma question kasi di pa kami nag meet. On another hand, I can fund myself too since I have a stable job here and my bank account is okay naman. I’ve also been travelling in asian countries including korea and japan which are oecd countries. So baka plus naman yun? Idk hehe. Assuming lng. Can anyone help me kung what’s the best decision para mas malaki chance ma approve? Hehe.

    Hello!
Tanong ko lang... I need to apply a Tourist Visa for may father.
Can i do this via my own immi account?

I already have an active tourist visa (granted last May).
If ma-reject yung application ng sa father ko, will this affect my visa applications for myself in the future? say if I apply for visa 189 in the future.
