@extremestyleman yes, if walang ITR pwede naman ang SSS, Pag Ibig. In my case wala akong itr for year 2014, so ang pinasa ko is yung sa SSS.

I think if you want your experience to be recognized or validated for future applications in Australia you should take CDR + RSEA. For those who have more than 8 years of work experience, it is only a plus for you as it could help you in applying for NER / RPEQ / Charter if you want to practice engineering. Opinion ko lang naman

hello po mga ma'am and sir. mag aapply po ako ng PR visa on my own, ngayon, sinisimulan ko na po yung CPD. Tanong ko lang po kung saan ako under, Aeronautical Engineering Graduate po ako. Pero wala kong PRC license at ang work experience ko is under Production Planning and Reliability Engineering. Binasa ko po yung guide ng MSA parang under ako ng Associate or Technologist.

Regarding RSEA:

I actually see it this way.

The whole visa process is already not a cheap one. We have to allot good amount of money for IELTS, EA assessment, Visa application, NBI, medical, etc. Looking at the whole picture, it should not hurt us anymore to allocate few more hundreds of dollars for RSEA.

It's for our peace of mind, as many rightfully said. The whole process is already mind-torturing and we may become too anxious while waiting for that approval. Having RSEA is simply one less reason for being paranoid.

@czianczia28 I can only comment sa experience ko, during EA assesment mabilis and hassle free yung validation nila. In my case since visa 189 inaplyan ko, i need to show atleast 8 yrs of work to get 15 pts. 3yrs 5 pts, 5 yrs 10 pts, 8 yrs 15 pts. Pata mataas makuwa kong total pts. Since rereviewhin nila experience mo, it is alsoplus on your side na they creditted your experience sa field na inaaplyan mo. Kung mag aaply ka rin sa national engrs regstr or as charterd engr sa future kakailanganin din mag pa RSEA so better ng gawin sya for me ngayon. For the visa application naman, you can ask the people na nabigyan ng positive outcome kaht CDR assesment lang ang inavail, case to case basis pa rin kasi pag assess ng EA. Again opinion ko lang po ito

@czianczia28 take it this way, RSEA is not mandatory - and we have had success stories here na na grant ng without availing RSEA.
I’d say it is more on a personal preference, kasi RSEA backs up your claims for the work experience. RSEA = Peace of mind and you know, clear evidence about the points na ni claim mo for experience. If you have no problem funding it - I recommend na you take it.

@czianczia28 tama si @ms_ane, RSEA is more on personal preference. I had my grant without availing RSEA and claimed the maximum points. No questions asked or any employment verification. I think depende din yan sa CO.

RSEA is for those applicants who want to offload from the CO the task of reviewing claim of years of experience during visa application. The happier the CO, the smoother and faster the visa grant.

Meanwhile, RSEA requires the applicant to collate employment evidences early in the process. This eases some pressure to the applicant during lodging of visa application - when we all need the sharpest focus and utmost care.

+ RSEA for me. You just need to provide the primary and secondary documents needed. It should be ALL as stated in MSA.

@zirko very well said - sobrang agree ako.

and by doing RSEA, ma ensure mo na matapos mo na lahat ng leg work sa pagcollect ng work evidence mo at the earlier stage of your journey - unlike kapag wala then sumakto na hinanapan ka during CO contact, I don’t think 28 days will be enough to comply (medyo stressful ito nakikita ko lang)

In my opinion, lahat ng hinirap naten happens before or during our skills assessment phase. Kapag naitawid mo na ito, e free ka na from worry. Ito lang naman ang advantage ng RSEA pero syempre we don’t dismiss the fact na pedeng pede din naman na wala nito.

Question po for overseas exp.. Sa COE ko ayaw po ilagay ng HR yung sahod at no.of working hours ko, pero sa labor contract ko available po yung information na yun ok lng po kaya na ipasa ung COE without these info.. then secondary document ko naman is ung labor contract ko?
