@GeraldineValeriano Dont worry, If all is in place like the dependent is included in the employer's nomination tpos completo lahat ng documents, TSS subsequent entry should be less than a month. I'm sure you will receive the grant soon.. :)

@LovellaEllen mine as a subsequent entrant, hindi na include sa employer's nomination, but the requirement for the subsequent entrant as per posted sa immi is to prove in writing that the employer agreed to extend nomination to me as a dependent. Thank you may God bless us all :)

Hi @sal19515 most of the cases sa mga kakilala ko, if they're sponsored, hindi na sila hinihingian ng extra payment (employer lahat gumagastos sa visa monimation, visa application and even the ticket to AU). However, it depends on your agreement with your employer, if you think it's something that's not been agreed in the initial offer, you might want ask your employer first before paying any amount.

@ven_ven It really boils down to your specific needs... otherwise a basic coverage from any provider will suffice.

Hi @cucci! I noticed that you updated your signature and last month you received your employer nomination for 186. Congrats btw!

Question, I thought for temp visa employer can nominate employee for PR after 3 years of work (at least for 482). This isn't true for 457? I'm just curious.

    Regards :)

@a9entk Depende po kung nasa STSOL or MLTSSL ang occupation. Saw this in one of the MAs website:...

I applied for and was granted a subclass 457 visa after 18 April 2017. My occupation is on the STSOL. Can I still apply for the 186 visa in the TRT stream once I have been on my 457 for two years?

No. Those who obtained a 457 or 482 visa after 18 April 2017 must have an occupation on the MLTSSL to apply for a 186 visa in the TRT or DE stream.

@jefelin Hi, Actually yung partner ko yung direct hire. My partner was sponsored for his 457 visa. Kapag direct hire yata, kapag yung isang company is nakapag sponsor ng maximum of 5 individuals, hindi na kailangan ng agency. So if isa ka sa first 5 individuals to be sponsored no need na.

Just wanted to share that for Intra Company Transfer, this means that the same ang employer here in Pinas and Australia and you hold TSS 482 visa.

There is no need na po to secure OEC and attend PDOS.

Instead, pakita nio na lang ang mga docs na ito on your departure date sa immigration officer.

    Primary Holder:
    Passport
Visa stamp on passport if available
Electronic Visa hard and soft copy
    Company ID
    Health Card/Insurance
    COE
    Transfer Agreement
Departure Card - Filled up as Intra Company

    Dependents:
    Visa
    Passport
    Boarding Pass
Departure Card - Filled up Dependent
    Health Card/Insurance
    Vaccine Certs
