baka pwede po ako ninyo tulungan about sa format or sample job descriptions na ginamit ninyo as a chemist or chemistry technician na match ANZSCO duties, planning to apply for skills assessment for chemist or chemistry technician next month. -examining grape samples to assess ripeness, sugar and acid content, and determining suitability for processing
-coordinating winemaking processes, directing workers in testing and crushing grapes, fermenting juices, and fortifying, clarifying, maturing and finishing wines
-blending wines according to formulae and knowledge of winemaking techniques

CHEMISTRY TECHNICIAN:

Tasks Include:
-preparing materials for experimentation such as freezing and slicing specimens and mixing chemicals
-collecting information and samples
-conducting field and laboratory experiments, tests and analyses
-presenting results in graphic and written form by preparing maps, charts, sketches, diagrams and reports
-performing routine mathematical calculations, and computations of measurements
-controlling the quality and quantity of laboratory supplies by testing samples and monitoring usage
-checking, calibrating and maintaining test equipment
-participating in fabricating, installing and modifying equipment to ensure that critical standards are met
-preparing experiments and demonstrations for science classes

These were direct quotes from ANZSCO. Just make sure na supported yung descriptions mo with evidence (like same details/description sa Cert of Employment).

@markier87 thanks po sir. Pero meron po kayo sample na paraphrasing for each job descriptions para lang i-match po yun sa COE ko? hehe. QC/QA analyst po kasi ako sa Pinas. At halo halo po yun job descriptions ko sa Chemist and Chemistry Technician categories. Gusto ko lang po makita yung mga ginawa ninyo na paraphrasing para i-match din yung job nyo sa ANZSCO descriptions.

VETASSES will deduct 1 year of experience from your employment. So if wla ka mkukuha na points for employment I think need mo masuperior yung PTE mo pra umangat ang points mo, if im not mistaken around 70-75 points ang need mo to be invitrd. > @chemistmom said:

Hi @chemistmom we also fell in love with the place! We just had our initial entry 2 months ago and i;ll be moving first by next year April. I'm not so sure sa job demands, I'm trying my luck and sending my resume na baka my mkuha before initila entry, pero prng mas prefer tlga nila andun na ngreside.

Under normal processing yung Vetassess ko, so was expecting actually for 8-10 weeks processing. My friend opt for the priority processing and She got her's in 10 days time. Positive na yan mam! Hehe All the best!

Wala din kami kamag-anak sa Aus, susugal kami ng asawa ko kasama yung anak namin na 4years old.

hi, ask ko lang since close na ang chemistry technician, pwede kaya na sa science technician nec ako mag paassess to apply sa SA? chem eng grad ako with license pero previous jobs ko ay junior lab analyst and chemist ang job title ko nasa quality control lab ako mga oil and gas but that was 2015 pa, nakapag shift ako ng job nung 2016 to engineering pero d ko plan kunin ung points since mas matagal ako sa lab kesa engineer. meron na bang nag paassess ng science tech nec dito? thanks!

@Hendro sa liquor industry ako. How much nagastos mo sa Visa niyong tatlo? Nung bumyahe ako twice, kasama ko na sila. Para na kaming nag initial entry. Haha. Based on my experience as tourist, mas mura sa Adelaide yet mas fresh ang feels. Siguro dahil sa weather at yung surroundings na hindi masyado populated. Sobrang dami ding playground parks for kids. Unlike dito sa Pinas, you'll have to pay to play in a decent area. Try linkedin, techstaff, seek apply, etc. Target score ko ay 75 kung ma-20pts ang English. Sa August pa ako magtake. Magreview muna ako. Same tayo ng points sa lahat. Sana mainvite pa din ako kahit less than 80 yung points. I read somewhere here na 80 is the new 75.

hi! saan ba mas swak ang job description mo for most of your experiences? chemist ba or chemistry technician? if mag-paassess as chemist, make sure na chemist level din ang nakalagay na job description para sure

Thank you. Pasok po sya sa dalawa kasi eh na title pero mas maganda ung chemist na title for nomination kasi open yung mga visa categories unlike sa chemistry technician na limited lang tlga. i am not sure lang if the job title affects the assessment. I had vetassess assessment already before last 2009 positive for chemist. But i guess its different now than before so im not really sure.

aghh okay. kaka submit ko lng sept 3 so malamang mga last week of october na yun of first wk nov hehe.. sanamabilis bilis naman pero balak ko after nov 16 na ako mag lodge if ever dahil sa more points..

ahh ok sept 3 ako nag apply so malamang mga last week of oct na yun. Sana mabilis pero plan ko kasi after nov 16 n aq mag apply for more points. Wala na ba silang ibang hiningi sayo?

Hello po, Meron po ba nakakaalam ng occupational ceiling and how it works? Sa atin po kasi chemist, 1000 po occupational ceiling for 2019-2020 and 7 pa lng po na-invite or grant ng visa. Does it mean 993 pa po iinvite nila? Or yun mga 80+ scorers lng tlga based sa trend these past months regardless of ilan pa kulang sa ceiling. Thanks po in advance!

Hi @bacolodhj , nagsubmit ka na ba ng EOI? Sa nagiging trend ngayon, parang 80 ang priority nila... Ilan ang points mo? May Vetassess na ako pero di pa ako nagPTE. Naging busy sa work for the past 2 months...
