@aron_drn oh i see. I just got confused. Thank you for enlightening me. One more question po. I put my daughter as accompanying pero dko po ma obtain ang signature ng ex hubby ko ayaw nya mgsign sa form pra madala ko un daughter ko sa oz kya ngaun ngfile ako ng child custody sa atty ko. We're already annuled and 8 yrs old n kc un daughter ko at hndi nasama
Sa pgfile ng annulment ko un child custody. Need ko prin b byaran visa fee nya at ipa medical sya pra sa visa lodge?

@updil99 Hi I can only ans regarding the VIsa log, if you include your child in the applications, therefore she need to undergo medical and payment must be made so that she willl receive same visa you apply.

I think you need to read or include the form 1229 when you log your visa.

this is what written in the form:

Who should use this form?
Where children under 18 years of age intend to travel to Australia,
their non-accompanying parent(s) or person(s) with parental
responsibility (anyone who can lawfully determine where the
child/children is/are to live) may be required to sign a consent
form to give permission for the child/children to be granted an
Australian visa for the purpose of travel to stay temporarily or
permanently in Australia. If one parent, or person(s) with
parental responsibility, has lawfully been made solely responsible
for making decisions as to where the child/children is/are to live,
then only that parent or person needs to sign the consent form.

If in legal you have all documents that your the a person with parental responsibility then i think you can include your child , provide all document like what you have said the annulment letter or decisions letter from court.

You may ask also MARA agent which have some similar case like u.

Hi po, kapag po ba naglodge ng EOI sa SkillSelect sa VIC for Visa 190/489, may need na ba agad ifill out na form sa website nila or wait muna ng invitation kay VIC bago mag fill out ng Nomination Form?

@clairegreen 65 na po ang minimum points required for skilled migration. But that is only the minimum, depending on the occupation and state, some may be invited but the higher the points, the better the chance of being sponsored and invited.

Hi, im new in this group. Ask ko lang po i’m currently 70 pts for visa 189, and 75 pts. For visa 190. May chance po ba akong mainvite? And gaano katagal, Is it also advisable to try in other state. Thank you po sa sasagot.

Hello po, c hubby ko po is pasok ang occupation sa victoria which is 233914 65pts w/o ss. May chance po kaya kame makakuha ng invitation sa pts namen or need ko pa po ipa asses ang occupation ko. Para additional 5pts to make it 75pts.

Hello 65 pts po ako if with ss. Kapag employment history po ba ang ilalagay yung mismong start date ko or yung nacredit lang po ng assessing authority? Actual start date, june 2014. Pero - 2 years po based sa acs. June 2016 lang ang macredit, so alin po ang dapat ilagay sa eoi

For me better put kung ano yung assessed ng ACS kasi yung document from ACS din yung magiging proof... pero antayin natin yung comments ng iba...

Yes po. Within 2 weeks need nyo po magpasa na at hintayin ung invitation to apply. In our case po sa financial, wala naman po kami pinakita or binigay kay Victoria, altough ang sabi po sa website eh dapat may amount kayo na ganito ganyan. Siguro po kung hihingiin ni victoria saka lang po kayo magppakita.

Hi Guys! Tanong ko lang..

Sa EOI ichecheck mo ba both 190/189/489 sa options?
Tapos "ANY" sa territory?
Ano nga yung ITA?
70 ako sa 189, 75 sa 190 at 80 sa 489. Pero 189 at 170 lang yung select ko sa options if anong VISA. Ok lang ba to?
After "SUBMIT" waiting na ba or may email kang marecieve agad?

1. Kung pwde ka magseparate EOI for 189,190,489 the better.
2. Specific k dapat sa state na aapplyan mo.
3. INvitation to Apply ( pag meron ka nareceive na ITA, means maglodge ka na ng visa)
4. Ok lang naman, pero mas preffered ang separate na application/EOI sa bawat visa.
5. Makareceive k ng email galing SkillSelect.
