Hi po kakaapprove lang ng Visa 482 ko I went to Australia on a student visa. Thank you

Good afternoon! Ang problema, group kasi kami under the same company. Lahat sila nakapagmedical na. Ako na lang yong walang referral. 6 kami in total. Minalas lang ba ako? Subclass 482 kami lahat.

Chef ako and nakapirma na sa contract on my new work kaso bago kasi yong restaurant. Complete na din lahat ng requirements ko. Nabayaran na rin lahat ng fees apart from the medical and POEA fees.

    Any comments regarding this matter?

Pwede naman mag generate ng HAP ID for referral to medical.

You can ask your agent to generate a HAP ID for you.... no need to wait for letter from DoHA. I think you can even generate a HAP ID yourself and just refer to the HAP ID in the lodgement.

@abbie0804 Kung within the timeframe pa naman ng employer, better to wait na rin kasi sometimes there are specific tests required sa visa depending on the profession and visa type.

Hi All, I posted how I got my visa here, now going to post how I got my OEC as direct. The most important document to get OEC is the red ribbon (not the cake) POLO authenticated contract. My employer handled this, there will be exchange between both office primarily to get correct wording on the contract. In my case ginawa ni employer is 2 pages of addendum na lang. My document was directly fedexed to me by POLO, all in all this took 1 month. Next is prepare the ff: resume, authenticated passport page by lawyer, affidavit on how you got the job, autheticated diploma/TOR by lawyer (not deped), company profile, certificationn of employment from a previous employer (kahit isa lang), waived medical since AU, visa grant, insurance with repatriation benefit, PEOS certificate (you can do this online). Punta kayo sa 2nd floor ng POEA sa ortigas, be there 730am, they open at 8am para una sa pila. Also make sure you have 2 duplicate copies of all the docs. Assuming walang kulang (pag marin they wont process your papers), they will accept the docs and tell you to wait for 3-5 days for approval. This approval will appear on POEA site on the approved direct hire list. As soon as lumabas, print this list (again 2 copies), you need to go there (with all your docs with 2 copies) for PDOS, now if I remember correctly, AU seminar is done only on Tuesdays and Thursday at 9AM. Do not be late! You will need to pay a little over 6K, the payment receipt is the OEC itself. If you do it right, you only need to make 2 appearance, one is submit complete docs and 2nd/last is to attend PDOS and payment. Hope this helps you get prepared.

Hi! Anyone here whose nominated occupation is Technical Sales Representative for visa 482? How are the chances of getting visa approved under this occupation and how are your career background? Nasa Short Term List po kasi siya. I have a job offer from an employer in Sydney and they would like to get me as they technical sales rep under this visa. I heard there were a lot of visa denials for 482, and I’m afraid that I might get a record of visa denial kay immi and would prevent me to apply for partner visa in the future (my partner will be studying in Melb). Thank you.

Interested to apply for visa 489 with this nominated occupation as well but my background is pharmaceutical and telecommunications industry. So contemplating pa ako if pwede ako dito.

If so, pwede nang magpa-medical anytime. With ours last year, it took only 2 weeks after medical for the grant.

Hi, I already have my TSS visa. Anyone here na nagtry mag entry to Au as tourist from Pinas? I have a valid tourist visa pa nman na issued last yr in Singapore(ex ofw po ako from SG). I was thinking I’ll fly in as tourist pra mas mapabilis. Pwede naman yun tama b? I have read kasi na others are doing like from Pinas they’ll fly to Sg then exit from sg to Au? Naisip ko maybe I can go direct to Au as tourist since may valid tourist visa pa nman ako? We are having delays kasi sa documents for the OEC/PDOS processing. I have to be in Au na within this month. Any input about my situation will be appreciated. Thank you!

if your TSS (482) has been granted, your visitor (600) visa is no longer valid.

To verify your vIsa validity and restrictions, visit VEVO or download the VEVO App to your phone.

Yes, pwede po magsama ng de facto partner and same working rights. However, inorder to practice the nursing profession, your partner must also comply with AHPRA registration requirements.

2 po ang required insurance for nurses on 482, first is yung medical insurance at yung professional indemnity insurance. Both can be availed when on-shore already.
