Hi! i would like to ask nagapply kasi ako ng ACS then ito ang result..

Your ICT skills have been assessed as unsuitable for migration under 263111(comp network & systems engineer) of the ANZSCO code.

work experience
Company A- 0 year (tech head)
Company B- 2 year & 6 months (IT head)
Company C- 3 years & 9 months (IT head)

it means ba hindi talaga ako nakapasa for their assessment? or i should try another code? thanks!

first question, have you checked that your job description/s (in your COE) matches with the ANZSCO code job descriptions you nominated?

2nd Q, is your degree an IT degree?

wla syang nakalagay na reason why it is unsuitable. then I realized na baka mali ang ANZSCO code na inaplayan ko. computer network and systems engineer ang inaaplayan ko na dapat siguro network admin which is un ang work skills ko.

2nd q, it is an IT associate degree and I have IT certificates and work experiences.

q1, should I apply for ACS assessment again? q2, what is the diff between SOL and CSOL?

a) pag mali ang nilagay mo, normally nag susugest sila kung anu dapat.. i've seen cases na sinabi ng case officer na dapat iba ang inominate mo..
b) bago ka mag-apply ulit, make sure na check your job description = Anzco job description
c) SOL - you can apply as independent skilld migrant (visa 189) pwede ka magstay khit saan sa AU. CSOL Sched 2- sponsored ito, kung nandito ang ang occupation mo, you need state sponsorship..

Guys, may tanong ako.

May invitation na kasi ako mula sa DIAC na maglodge na ng application. Ngayon tanong ko lang kung enough na ba yung CoE as proof of my employment. para kasing may nabasa ako na kailangan pa ng employment contract, payslips, etc.

Ang problema lang, nawawala ang mga payslips at employment contract ko sa first two employers ko. Pero meron ako nung sa latest two employers ko.

Paano kaya yun?

normally sa skills assessment hinihingi ang mga extra documents to support your claim of relevant work experience.. since meron ka na naman positive EA assessment... okay na yun..

kung anu ang sinubmit mo sa EA, yun na din ang isubmit mo..
sasabihin naman ng CO kung kailangan mo pa ng other documents..
may mga cases na naghihingi pa rin ang DIAC CO, yun eh kung hindi nila ma-verify ang work exp mo..

Ahh ok, thanks lockcode.

baka kasi manghingi ng additional document sa former company ko sa Middle East. mahigpit kasi yung compnay ko dati dun, yung CoE ko, scanned copy lang, ayaw ipadala via courier. kaya in doubt ako na ipapadala pati copy of payslips, employment contract, etc. Pero meron akong Saudi VISA sa Passport ko, baka ipa-scan ko na lang yun at saka ipa-certify.

@Sungsung - mostly hindi naman nanghihingi ang CO, kasi may basis na sila from EA kung relevant ang work experience mo.. ibig sabihin na verify na ng EA ang company..

importante talga na itago ang mga employment documents.. you'll never know kung kelan mo magagamit yun..

eh bkt naman kasi wla kang original copy ng contract mo dun dati?..
so pano mo pina CTC ang scanned copy ng COE mo from saudi, buti tinanggap ng nag CTC? hahah..

hindi certified yung CoE ko from saudi, ang ginawa ko, Statutory Declaration. kasi ayaw talagang ipadala ng company namin via courier yung CoE. pero yung CoE completely detailed talaga, at andun yung phone number at email ng company namin kung gustong iverify.

Di ko alam saan napunta ang mga payslips ko at employment contract copies. na misplace siguro nung naglipat kami ng bahay, baka naisama sa mga tinapon.

@Sungsung - ah okay.. pero sinubmit mo pa rin yang COE sa EA? at counted naman sya as relevant work exp mo?

pwede mo nmn isubmit yan as scanned document sa DIAC... basta colored..
kagaya ng mga suggestion ng mga tao dito, basta colored scanned copy ang isubmit sa DIAC.. okay na un.. khit hindi CTC..

@lock_code2004, oo sinubmit ko yung colored scanned copy ng CoE sa EA at counted siya (2 years of relative experience). tinanggap naman nila, siguro na verify na baka tumawag sila dun. oo nga, kahit sa EA puro colored din ang ipinasa.

ilang months kaya ang itatagal nun. Medyo alangan pa ako kung gusto ko ba na mapabilis o mapabagal ang processing. lol. gusto ko muna kasing magipon ng pocket money ko kung sakali mang makapunta ako sa OZ. Sa ngayon ang pero ko na ipon ay para lang sa DIAC fee, etc. at ang dami ko pang monthly bills na binabayaran.

pero kita ko naman sa signature mo more or less 9 months ang validity ng VISA. so may time pa talaga para magipon.

@Sungsung - max 1 year ang initial entry date (IED) requirement..
Jun 11 kasi kmi nagpamedical, pero tumagal ang PCCs namin inabot ng 3 months (aug 30)..
kaya nung na approved ang visa ng Sep3, 2011, sinunod pa rin ang Medical exam validity na 1 year.. Kaya naging June 11, 2013 ang Initial entry date..

pero sa case mo, tutal nasa pinas ka naman.. wag muna mag papa medical at kukuha ng NBI..
hintayin mo ang CO mo.. para pag na-approve na.. mahaba ang IED mo..

Hi po, bago lang po kami dito sa forum.
We just received a favorable response last Jan 9 from Engineers Australia.
Pero hindi pa kami nag EOI. We have several questions po and sana po matulungan nyo kami.

1. Advisable po ba na wag muna mag EOI at icomplete muna ang mga documents?
2. Ung Bank Statement, hard requirement po ba talaga sya? Para san po ba ito? And if 3 companies yung pinasukan before, three bank statements yung need i secure?
3. Payslip: How many per year po ang need isubmit?
4. Dependent: Good na po ba yung Diploma as a proof of functional english? pano po mapprove na English yung medium of instruction? Need pa po ba yun?
5. Evidence of Relationship: If married naman na po, hindi po ba marriage certificate lang ang need as proof of relationship? Medyo naguguluhan po ako dito. (http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/bringing-secondary-app.htm)
- Meron pa kasi nakalagay na dapat Evidence of the history of your relationship and Evidence of a genuine and continuing relationship . Ano po need to prove ito?

ANS: what other documents do you need? ideally, whatever you submitted for skills assessment, those are the same documents that you need to attach to your visa application (after payment)
- as mentioned in my previous posts above: hindi po requirement ang bank statement, sasabihin naman ng CO kung kailangan mo pa ng other documents.. may mga cases na naghihingi pa rin ang DIAC CO, yun eh kung hindi nila ma-verify ang work exp mo..
- Payslip: if you have this, submit atleast 3 per year lalo na ung end of year payslip (it shows cumulative earnings), or kung meron kang ITR mas okay un kasi it shows total salary for the year

4. Dependent: Good na po ba yung Diploma as a proof of functional english? pano po mapprove na English yung medium of instruction? Need pa po ba yun?

ANS: for secondary applicant, yes diploma and certificate of english as medium of instruction from the school.

ANS: If married, you only need Marriage Certificate. Proof of relationship is only for de-facto relationship.

6. Ano po ba yung PCC? Nababasa ko sya sa thread na ito.

ANS: PCC - penal/police clearance certificate. You need to get police clearance for all countries you lived in atleast 12 months.. sa pilipinas eto po ang NBI clearance.. sasabihan po kayo ng CO kung kelan dapat kmuha nito.. ksabay ng Medical exam.

Thanks for the response lock_code2004.

Yung sa NBI po ba, hindi advisable na kumuha na kami ngayon? Last time po kasi na kumuha kami, medyo natagalan. And after 1 month pa bago namin pwede makuha.

Yung Certificate of English as Medium of Instruction, madali lang po ba kumuha nito and lahat po ng schools nagbibigay nito?

Maadvise nyo po ba na mag EOI na kami ngayon, kahit hindi pa kami complete sa documents?
Baka kasi magipit kami sa time, if ma invite agad kami to lodge visa application.

Also po, yung passport ng Husband ko eh Jan 2014 maeexpire. Safe pa po ba gamitin yun?
Or mag renew na po kami ng passport para mas safe?
If this is the case, antayin po ba muna namin makapag renew ng passport, bago kami mag EOI?

NBI/Medical Exam - you should know that these have expiration dates (1 yr), so pag kumuha na kayo ngaun at natagalan kayo bago mag grant ang visa, posibleng umikli ang Initial Entry Date deadline nyo.. ang tip is, check mo ang mga date ng meron ng CO allocation, para makapagready kana..

Cert of English - most schools can issue this certificate.

EOI/Visa Invitation - may expiration po ang invitation, pwede naman na maglodge na kayo ng Visa, pay the visa application fee. Tpos i attach nyo kung anung meron documents meron kayo.. at isunod na lang ang iba before magka CO..

Passport - pwede nyo na po gamitin ang passport na yan. Then pagnaka-CO or na-approve na ang visa nyo, you just need to fill-up a form to change your passport in DIAC's record..

Nope, that is what im saying.. pag ginawa nyo ito agad, iikli ang Initial Entry Date nyo..
So you need to wait for the CO before doing medical/pcc...

Example: nagpamedical/nbi ka ngaun - Jan 14, 2013
- Assuming Nagka Case Officer kayo after 3 months - Apr 14, 2013
- Na-approved visa nyo after 1 month - May 14, 2013

So from May 14, 2013 visa grant, ang initial entry date required nyo will be Jan 14, 2014( based on your medical/pcc na ginawa nyo before magka-CO)

pero kung hindi ka nagpa-medical/nbi agad, tatagal ang IED mo.. hahaba ang preparation mo para makapag-initial entry...

Yup tama po si @lock_code2004, ang initial entry date is a year after whichever among your medicals or NBI clearance's expiry date. Unless nagmamadali ka pumunta dito agad and wala ka na aasikasuhin sa Phils, mas maganda wait til sabihan ka ni CO kumuha bago mo gawin yun mga un. Another thing, if meron makita sa medicals mo, 6 months lang ang ibibigay ni CO instead of 12 months.

So sa pagkakaintindi ko po, pag mag llodge kami ng Visa Application, ang mga iaattach lang namin eh yung mga documents like (COE, Payslip, ITR, Passport, Birth Certificate).

And then once nakapag lodge na kami at naattach na itong mga documents, mag aantay po muna kami ng Case Officer?

Pag nagkaron na ng Case Officer, saka po kami magpapamedical at magNBI. Tama na po ba ang intindi ko sa process?

@Bryann, ano po ibig sabihin na "pag may makita sa medicals, magiging 6 months"? Ano po ang impact nun?

1. kung meron na po kayo positive assessment from EA, im assuming meron na kayo mga COE at detailed job description.. dahil un po ang unang requirement ng EA..

so bakt po kailangan nyo pa ulit kumuha ng mga COE?

2. EOI stage pa lang po ba kayo at hindi VISA invitation?

Ang kukuhanin po namin ay updated COE. Kasi yung pinasa po namin sa Engineers Australia.
Naka date pa sya na April 2012. Magrerequest po kami ng updated COE sa company para po mas updated ang date. Hindi na po ba need yun?

Ako po ginawa ko kumuha ako ng updated, para yun ibigay sa DIAC. Para updated and if gusto mo isama sa Employments points claim yun period from April and para din malaman nila na ongoing ang employment mo.

Yun ibig sabihin ko po sa if meron makita, like for example meron makita na condition sa medical mo.. pero something na hindi naman enough para i-decline ka, bibigyan ka ng Medicals Approved Conditionally. Pero huwag mo muna isipin yun, kasi hindi mo naman ma-encounter yun ma-stress ka lang. Hehe.

ganito po..

1. Skills assessment + IELTS (primary) - completed nyo na po..
2. EOI - expression of interest - you need to fill-up and submit this online, para ma-invite kyo for visa application, depende sa visa na inaaplyan nyo. ang kailangan lang po dito ay
- skills assessment, ielts ng primary
- passport ng lahat ng ksama sa application
- hindi pa rin kailangan dito ang updated COE (kung gusto nyo i-update)
- hindi pa po i-aattach ang document, kailangan nyo lang ang mga info

3. Once you received an INVITATION to APPLY FOR VISA, saka pa lang po kayo mag-apply ng visa.. at after magbayad ng fee, saka pa lang kayo mag-attached ng mga documents..
4.Wait for CO - sila po ang mag-assess ng visa application nyo
5. CO din ang magsasabi kung kelan kayo mag pamedical at mag kuha ng Police Clearance/NBI..

Now regarding sa updated COE/documents nyo
- nakalagay naman po sa result ng EA, kung ilan ang assessed as relevant work exp ni mister? -- kung nakalagay po, un po ang pagbabasehan ng CO sa points nya for work experience.
- kung hindi naman po mababago ang years of work experience nya (at ang points), hindi na po kailangan ang updated COE.. sayang lang po ang panahon nyo..

1. EOI: So need na po pala ng passport sa EOI. Kailangan ko na po muna irenew ang passport ko? Kasi po yung maiden name ko pa ang nakalagay. Hindi pa yung surname ng husband ko.

2. Lodgement of Visa application: Sabay po ba ang pag lodge ng Visa at pagbayad ng Visa Fee 3060 AUD?
