    Exp ko is from 2010-2019
then yung suitable exp ko as per ACS is Sep 2017 - Aug 2019 only.

Ano po inilagay nyo sa EOI? as in yung complete working history nyo po ba? or kung ano lang yung sinabing suitable experience mo as per ACS? Salamat!

    yes as far

Hello! Question po, when we submit EOI sometimes we submit for more than 1 subclass... Ex. 491,190,189 what if nauna si 190(regional) you submitted a visa, then comes 189 pwede nyo pa din po ba applyan yun and eventually yun ung visa na gamitin, instead of 190?

    Thank you!

yes you can still choose 189

@johncs31 nagback read and research ako, kailangan daw magpasa ng statutory declaration with supporting docs like payslips, itr, termination letter na signed by your previous supervisor or boss or a colleague from that company na magseserve as witness that you performed such and such sa company mo. Self-written stat decs are not accepted, kailangan boss or colleague mo. Nabasa ko lang yan here: https://www.acs.org.au/content/dam/acs/acs-skills/Skills Assessment Guidelines for Applicants V5-5 Aug 2018.pdf

Ang challenge ko ngayon is lahat ng colleagues ko from that company is nasa abroad na din. Any advice para sa amin?

@iris58 if you check the timeline, getting the coe and fixing all of your documents for ACS, probably like 4-6 months. then ACS assessment is around 2-3 months. getting an invite (honestly unpredictable, mainly depends on your points) lets just give it 6 months minimum. then getting the actual grant, unpredictable again, probably 8 months. Total estimate, you have already waited for 23 months, or almost 2 years. Which by then tapos na yung contract mo with your current company, 2 years right?

So for me, being honest with the purpose of getting your COE from your current employer would not hurt as much as you think. You are already having too much trouble looking at the other options of getting that COE. Technically, you are only fixing your requirements, you are not yet migrating to Australia.

Quite confused between 489 and 491? Whats the difference between the two?

I applied for 190 Vic, unfortunately, wala pa din kahit preinvite. Points is 70+ 5 so i am exploring other options. My first cousin is a citizen in Towoomba Queensland. He is willing to sponsor me for 491. If he did, after 3 years pa before kami makaapply for PR?

Please enligtened me guys. Getting a little bit hopeless. 🤭😞

489 does not exist anymore. It’s been replaced by 491.

    Example:
Paysllips: 120 pages (for the last 10 years)
Bank Statements 70 pages (payroll statement account from BDO)

Hi! For those who have lodged their EOI, which of the following would be the best given these situations:

    1. Lodge EOI with all requirements THEN update EOI with additional spouse points who will be taking the English assessment (PTE) - This is for us to be able to have the EOI lodged already and have our records on track and update our application for any additional requirements.
    2. Lodge EOI AFTER acquiring additional spouse points - This is to have the EOI lodged when we have completed all requirements and additional points so we do not need to update.

    Thank you in advance :)

Doesn’t really matter either way. You’ll end up with the same date of effect anyway.

Saan po pwede makita yung link ng list of drop down menus na iattach?
Paano niyo iattach yung payslips niyo for the past 12 years in 1 file? or ibreakdown into per year?
Advisable po ba na pdf nalang gagamitin?
What if lumampas ng 5MB per file?

I merge nyo po ang pdf files nyo according sa category na gagawin nyo. Ex: payslips ; 2009- 2019... ganun po para pag open ni CO di sya maguluhan, . Always make it easy for them to sort our docs para iwas CO contact.. Goodluck

    Example:
Paysllips: 120 pages (for the last 10 years)
Bank Statements 70 pages (payroll statement account from BDO)

Hi, search mo po online, yun smallpdf, or ibang free online pdf filesize minimizer.

Thanks a lot dear. How about difference between 482 (TSS) to 491? if same will lead to PR after three years, why mas madaming offer for 482?

Not all would lead to PR with 482. I strongly suggest you do more in depth reading on the the different types of visas. You’ll find the answers easily on the immigration website if you spend more time researching about these visas. All the best.

Or if you are really worried, don po sa mismong scanner, pwede naman po adjust ang filesize before mo scan ang documents, as long as readable sya.

Regarding merging of PDF files naman, paid Acrobat po pwede, not sure po yung mga free kung maayos and safe.

Hope someone can give me light on this matter:

    Background:

    • From 17 January 2017 to present. Working on the same company. (started when I was still a student)

    • Complete my degree 06 July 2017 (as stated on my Completion Letter)

" This letter is to advise that on July 06, 2017, Josh XXXXX, XXXXXXXX, born the XXXXXXXXX, completed the requirements for the award of Master of Information Systems (CRICOS Code 083580K) from XXXXXXXXXXXX University with an award conferral date of the twenty-fourth day of July, 2017"

    • Applied for skill assessment 11 October 2018 using my work experience (01/17 - 10/18) - Positive assessment.

"The following employment after July 2017 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 261XXX of the ANZSCO Code."

    Question?

Should I start claiming work experience under my nominated skill starting from 06 July 2017. Is this correct? My assessment letter doesn't specify which specific date.

    Many Thanks :)

Baka pwede nang Character Statutory Declaration... Tapos sabayan mo ng letter informing them of the details of your stay in the US just to comply with the usual 28 day time frame allowed for replies to CO contact for additional documents. Then, apply ka pa rin ng FBI clearance.. which you can still add to your application pagdating... kung wala pang result.
