    @PengCPA Hello!

    Anong reason ng company bakit ayaw ka bigyan ng COE? Dahil lang nagalit sayo? Based ka sa Pinas currently? Ang pagkakaalam ko, required ang employers to issue COEs sa kung sino mang nagresign or naterminate.

    @Luntian12 yes, simple as that. pero i will seek the help of DOLE nrin if needed. small company kasi sila, and walang HR. pero i'm still searching for other ways. kasi for sure mhihirapan ako, and matagal sila mgprocess

    Ask ko lng sana if gagawa kayo ng stat dec, sinasabi or mine-mention nyo pa ba na under agency kayo and was deployed sa client? binigayan kasi ako ng standard COE, so gagawa ako ng detailed COE ko. then ipapapirma ko sa manager ko (which is from client ng agency namen). iniisip ko kasi, baka malito sila pag di sinabi na under agency e.

    09/04/17: Got a positive assessment with 2 years deduction
    09/15/17:1st attempt PTE-A L/R/S/W: 82/71/88/73 (proficient) (10 pts)
    10/19/17: 2nd attempt PTE-A L/R/S/W: 69/72/77/69 (proficient)

    01/04/18: Submitted assessment for ICT Security Specialist
    02/28/18: Was advised by ACS to change my code to either 263111, 263112 and 263113 (I selected 263111 then paid 200AUD)

    03/01/18: Positive ACS Result but I got a 4 yrs deductions, sent email for appeal.
    03/03/18: Got a positive ACS result with 2 years deduction (Work exp in Singapore added in this assessment, will claim 5 points on Dec 2018)

    i need help regarding relevant skill assessment for Engineers Australia.
    Currently, I'm working for a company here in Japan but our company don't pay our taxes. I just like to know if working permit or residence card is already enough because I don't have any other proof such as ITR or SSS funds. kasi sabi need din dw po ng contract from ministry of labor, i have my contract but i think not from ministry of labor. thank you sir!

    I'll try to explain my whole case here.

    I'm a civil engineer trying to prepare my files for EA Assessment.

    Right now, I have 65 points total but work experience of 3 years is not yet included, so there is a possibility for a maximum of 70 points if everything goes well.

    First work (Philippines 1 yr and half)

    Primary Documents- no problem
    Secondary Documents- no problem


    Current work ( Japan almost 2 yrs experience)

    Primary Documents- no problem

    Secondary Document- dito na magkakaproblema.
    Ito po ung latest na requirements for secondary documents:

    Optional po yung 2.1 & 2.2 or 3.1 & 3.2

    2.1 ITR
    2.2 SS Insurance / Superfund / Provident Fund / Retirement Report

    3.1 Work Permit/ Residence Permit
    3.2 Official Contract Document from Ministry of Labor includes
    wage, title and employer name.

    2.1 & 2.2 or 3.1 & 3.2 should include employer's name and employment period.

    Ang company ko po dito is di nagbabayad ng tax, umiiwas po sila magbayad kaya
    wala kaming ITR, at wala kaming benefits such as SS Insurance etc.
    Ang meron lng po ako work permit/ residence card pero ang residence card dito sa Japan
    hindi included ang name ng company, not sure sa iba. Meron di po akong payslip and bank account.

    Hihingi po sana ako ng advice kasi nabasa ko di dw po pwede yung ganitong case sken.
    Or baka may idea po kayo sa pwede kong gawin.

    1. Baka po may general opinion or advice po kayo. Please share po.

    2. Ang isa sa naisip ko yung isang experience nlng po ang ipaassess kahit 1 yr and half lng para lang may masulat sa career episode. Since 65 points n din naman.
    Pwede po kaya yun?

    3. Kung di na ko magclaclaim ng 5points at icoconsider lng ung 1st job which is only 1 yr and half experience, need pa din po ba magbayad RSEA?

    4. Magkakaron kaya ng issue kung di ko idedeclare ung work ko dito sa Japan?

    pano po kung ung COE e 2 sya, ung previous ko kasi ay generic ang binigay nya dati pa. my position at tenure. tapos ngaun nagaask ako ng bago, pero baka job description lng ang bigay, ung salary, tenure baka di na binigay. ok lng ba un?

    tapos sa proof of salary po, my 2316 naman kasi ako, saka kuha nalng ako ng bank statement. ok na po ba un? thank you.

    also, kelangan ba notarized lahat ng docs na papass sa vetassess? thank you so much.

    No Detailed Job Description from HR:

    If you you have a generic COE from your HR, but you don't have a detailed Job Description, here are some suggestions:
    1) create your own job description and ask your manager/supervisor/senior colleague to sign it, or anyone with a higher rank in the company who can attest to your skills/job responsibilities, someone with the same level as you is not acceptable.
    -- of course, contact information of the signatory should be included (Telephone, address and email) and their ID (Company ID, business card, passport)
    -- if possible, put this in a company letterhead as well (same with your COE).. copy or ask a blank page with company letterhead from your friendly HR or company secretary..
    -- then CTC as required by your assessing body

    2) this second option is not recommended, and some other assessing authorities are not accepting this.. but if you want to take the risk, make a self-declaration, detailing why you cannot get a detailed job description (such as company closed already etc..)

    Other Supporting Documents:
    Most likely the CO/Assessing authority will ask for other supporting documents to validate your claim:
    - payslip, contract, awards, certificates, promotion letter, ID (from the company)
    - Yearly Income Tax Return, SSS total contribution, and PAG-IBIG, kung makakuha kayo ng report (eto ang pinaka okay dahil galing sa gov't offices)
    - pwede din bank account showing monthly remittance of salary from the old company..
    - kahit ano na pwede mag-establish na totoo talga ung company (maybe business permit, registration from DTI or SEC)

    Hello mga sir,

    Bali meron nako generic COE from both employer ko,

    1st employer - title, date ng employment and hr details like tel. no. email,addres at may seal per walang job description. Ok lang na gawing ko yung number 1 then papirmahan ko sa manager ko dati? Nagwowork pa din sya dun sa previous employer ko.

    2nd employer (present) - same sa 1st employer and ceo pero this time meron sya nakalagay na salary, plan ko din mag gawa ng sariling JD pero hindi ko ipapapirma sa manager ko kasi baka tanungin ako parasaan hindi ko alam isasagot ko ahaha. One option ko is yung isang supervisor dito na na close ko, supervisor ko sya dati pero nalipat ako ng department kaya ngayon hindi na, ok lang ba sa kanya ako mag papirma?

    you can check the exact details sa assessing body ng anzsco code mo. yung post na kase na yan ay matagal na kaya you need to check the latest guidelines directly from the assessing body, ex ACS, TRA and etc.

    Bali EA ang assessing body ng chosen anzco code ko.

    Ang problem ko lang is yung main duties na need ng pirma ng direct manager or supervisor sa current employer ko, baka tanungin ako kung para saan kasi pipirma sila. And now kakaisip ko kung ano pwede idahilan, na isip ko na gagamitin ko for renewal ng PRC lincense ko sa pinas. pwede kaya reason yun? hehe

    may tourist visa po kasi ako sa Australia, May 2018 granted.
    yung naipasa ko pala na payslips mali yung amount

    ngayon po, balak ko mag apply ng 189 pero worried ako na makaapekto sa application ko
    kasi d consistent

    any ideas po kung anong pwedeng gawin?

    Hello. Question po sa COE, will the CO contact the person who signed the COE? Yung nag-sign kse ng COE ko sa previous job is hindi ko rin matawagan na. So not sure if kailangan ko ulit humingi from him with his latest contact information. Salamat sa tulong

    Hindi po ba pwede yung same level na Colleague pumirma ng sworn statement? wala na kasi akong contact sa supervisor ko. as in - he vanished from the face of the earth haha.. yung manager ko naman di kami close at di nya nawitness yung daily tasks ko, yung visor lang at colleagues ko... pwede kaya yun?

    Hello. Ang ipapasa ko po kasi is generic coe and affidavit. Ok lang po ba na magsign ng affidavit is a former senior colleague ko po, 2014 to 2018, na kasama ko sa department namin. Napromote na po kasi syang head ng ibang dept ng 2019. Same company pa din naman po kami. Qualified pa din po ba sya magsign ng affidavit ko kahit di ako directly reporting sa kanya at hindi ko po sya immediate supervisor?
