Each visas are independent, so hindi maapektuhan kung mag apply ka. I suggest, apply for a tourist visa, pag na grant, apply an exemption as a defacto partner of an AU citizen, just prove partner ka ni citizen. All the best!

Hi po thanks for the advice! Pwede na po ba magapply right now for tourist visa and an exemption? Papano po pala ung exemption? What does it mean? Travel exemption po ba yun? Para makapasok sa Australia?

Hi. Since close ang mga state ngayon for 190, paano na yung mga EOI na lodge 2019 pa? Does it mean kelangan magresubmit ng EOI once they opened for 190?

hi! question and need clarification please. Mostly or all state sponsored visa 190 kailangan is living ka na sa state, does that mean lahat ng off shore/Outside Australia ang pwede lang nila isubmit na visa is 189?

After nun, ano na ba next step? I'm 30 years old, single and an interior designer dito sa PH. Can anyone give me advice or walk me through sa steps?

If you are keen on lodging your EOI as soon as possible, you could take the PTE soon. If you get your desired score on your first try, great. Otherwise, you'd have to retake it over and over until you do, which takes time (and hopefully you won't have to do that). Maybe take this time to really study and prepare for the PTE so you only need to take it once. Also, you'd have to consider that the English proficiency exam result can only be used if they were taken within 3 years prior to getting an invitation. At this point, no one really knows how long it will take to get an invitation after you lodge your EOI.

hi ms @RheaMARN1171933 good day! I would like to seek your opinion about lodging multiple EOI for different state. For example 1 EOI 491 for NSW, 1 EOI 491 for VIC and 1 EOI for 491 in SA? same goes for 190.
I understand that states are still closed but gusto ko lang po sana malaman if mayrong negative effect yung ganyang application? I watched a youtube video saying na kapag ganyan ginawa nyo is maququestion yung genuine intention to live and work on a state. Tama po ba yun? any advise po for future application? Thank you :)

I reviewed for the test the whole year. Still reviewing and trying to improve on my skills but since it isn’t required for the skills assessment, I’ll set it aside for now. Do you think it’s wise to get the skills assessment for now?

That’s what most people think. It all depends on the occupation and the assessing authority. You’ll be via VETASSESS which won’t require it at all. You’re actually not being time efficient if you’re focusing on English. Skills assessment is the make or break so this needs to be done first as it’s also time consuming. Good luck

You need to concentrate on your skills assessment first. Skilled visa options would be 189, 190 or 491. All the best

good day everyone and happy new year to all..

may concern lang sana ako sa Vetassess outcome ko. ang inassess nila sakin is 4.66years lang from sept 2013-aug 2019 kasi ang first year daw is considered as trainee. pero yun company na inassess nila is active ako don hanggang March 2020. ang skillcode(312211) ko lumabas na din kasi sa 491 NSW this coming february. question ko lang is iconsider kaya ng CO ang experience ko from aug 2019-march 2020? para umabot ng 5yrs para maka qualify ako sa requirements sa NSW? or EOI ba ang iconsider ng CO kasi full 6yrs ang na credit ng work experience ko sa EOI.na-layoff kasi ako don sa last company kaya hanggang march 2020 lang pero na gather ko lahat ng documents ko don including updated Job Description with end date na.

meron na ako new employer now since July pero di ko pa napaassess pero di rin ako nag claim ng points ng new employer ko sa EOI. so hanggang sa last company lang talaga ang pwede ko maclaim ng points which is upto March 2020 lang.

salamat in advance po sa makareply and maka bigay ng insights.
happy new year ulit sa lahat.

Happy New Year everyone! So as recommended and advised, gather muna ko ng documents for skills assessment. Question lang, yung current company ko doesn’t want to issue a detailed COE because ayun nga for migration purposes. Kinausap ko yung manager ko prior to requesting this and open and supportive naman siya but our HR isn’t accomodating of my request.

    Hi Zhella,

I think it is better if you draft your own Statement of Service, then ask your Manager to sign it. That's what I did. Mas madali magpapirma kesa magpagawa ng statement tapos baka kulang kulang pa ng info.

Hi po magtanong lang po nag lodge na po kami ng EOI sa 190 last year. Ngayon po naka one year na po ako working in AU paano po magclaim ng 5points?ano po mga kailangan?Maraming salamat po.

good morning po, alam ko po mag-automatic update si EOI mo to reflect your 1 year AU Experience, that is what happened with me :)

    all the best po!

    Merry Christmas na!!!! :)

Hi po. Mag ask lang po sana ako related to this. TIA.

Hello, you can already edit or input your start date then the EOI will just update automatically if ever you already gained a 1 year or more work experience.

Just make sure that all skilled workers you’re claiming has been assessed. All the best.

So you still need your current work to be assessed? Because my overseas work was already assessed by ANMAC but my current work here in Australia was not. Though, same na RN but different ANZSCO code.
