Statutory declaration ginawa ko last time when I can't provide sufficient document then supported with the limited docs that I have, na is consistent with my claim.

Yes, if first assessment application mo lang. I think iche-check pa naman nila if eligible ka to apply for priority process kahit first app mo. Need rin kase complete ang docs mo para maging eligible ka, if I'm not mistaken.

@mayhuiso thank you so much! I've got another question. I'm in the midst kasi of completing my requirements for assessment as marketing specialist. A little background lang. i've got one previous employer for 6 years and my current job now going to 5 years.

For the pay slip, sobrang required ba to send a copy of first and last pay slip sa 1st employer ko? i got naman my taxation records from those years e na naka name din dun sa previous employer. Will that suffice?
Bank statement showing at least 2 salary payments - need ba dated sya? i mean at least in the last 6 months? wala rin duration na nakalagay kasi so kahiot 3 mos ok lang?
Ano po yung Statutory declaration and affidavit?

For the payslip, if meron ka namang ibang supporting document (other than stat dec) stating/showing your start & end date like COE/Statement of Service, I think okay lang na ndi first and last payslip ipakita. Though share ko lang rin sa experience ko, wala akong ibang document proving my end date sa isang employer ko. Kahit na sinabi kong Sept 2011 yung end date, yung sinunod nilang was yung date ng payslip na sinubmit ko. Unless may ipakita daw akong supporting doc which was impossible kase nagclose na yung company.

For bank statement- the latest the better. One month lang binigay ko since may other document naman ako to support. I believe yung purpose nito is to show na your working and paid talaga.

Statutory Declaration - official statement mo with supporting docs that is notarized para maging official and legal.

Disclaimer lang, DIY lang ako. Feel free to check the details, baka may mali ako. Good luck!

Hello po!

Ask ko lang if ilan kaya ang madededuct sa work experince ko sa VETASSESS. May nabasa kasi ako na usually they are deducting 2 years from the year na gumraduate ka then mas malaki ang idededuct kapag hindi connected ang course sa present work experience.

Here are my details:
2010 - Graduated 2-year course diploma IT course
2011 - Ladderized the 2-year IT course into Bachelor's degree
2011-2014 - Graphic designer (full time work while studying)
2014 - Graduated BS in Information Technology
2014-2016 - Graphic designer experience in Philippines
2016-present - Graphic designer experience in UAE

so BS Information technology ang natapos ko pero lahat ng work experiences ko consistent na graphic designing. Sakto na 5 years na sana ang work expi ko if magsstart ako ng application ko next year if ever na 2 years lang ang mababawas sakin sa assessment.

Since 2018 pa kami nagpplan na magstart and sana this time, ready na talaga kami.

You can provide COE dun sa mga company na gusto mong I paassess yung work experience mo. Kung sa tingin mo hindi mag count ung isa no need to include.

Hope all is well. We are currently exploring partner skills to bumo our points. We are thinking of getting skill assessment for "Economist" 224311 from VETASSES. It seem to be included in the MLTSSL as well along with my nominated occupation Engineering Technologist 233914 (primary applicant). We thought if maybe he can use his 1y experience as Credit Risk Analyst from Citibank from 2010 to 2012.

We would like to humbly seek advice or insight from anyone in this thread who might have encountered any similar experience before. Would it be worth our time and effort to gamble/ try taking Economist Assessment? If ever, what are the chances? Thanks in advance for any kind soul here who can share insights to us. God bless!

Graduated Bachelor in Arts Management Economics from Admu (4 years, 2005 to 2009)
Japan-PNB leasing & Finance Corporation, Management trainee under Business development dept (2009, 6 mos)

What's important is that the tasks that he did in his jobs are similar to the tasks that Vetassess expects an economist to do.

If say we use Vetassess, kelangan po ba lahat pa rin ng experience ang ipapasang evidence? or ano po bang required ng EOI from assessing body, kung ang kineclaim po namin ay for partner skill points. "had a suitable skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority for their nominated skilled occupation, and the assessment wasn’t for a Subclass 485 visa." salamat po!

Hi everyone. I would like to consult lang sana you guys about the negative result of my vetassess assessment under priority assessment.. thanks in advance to those who will answer

I got the negative outcome letter just now, 3 days after they emailed me that they will start the assessment on my credentials.

My nominated occupation is Marketing Specialist. 4 yrs and 8 mos to current in SM Supermalls as Senior Marketing Manager, spent 6 years in Saatchi Advertising and a graduate of Bachelor's degree-AB Communication Arts in Colegio De San Juan De Letran.

The initial point written in the letter is that they found my study qualification in Letran is only equivalent to Associate Degree of ACF. Since this is the case, the whole assessment of all my credentials submitted including my work experiences are negative due to my basic qualification only falls under Associate Degree.

I find it a little odd kasi Bachelor's Degree ang natapos ko sa Letran not a vocational course or an associate degree which is a 1-2 yr course. I submitted to them my TOR, Award Certificate and Diploma that all says I finished a Bachelor's Degree (4 year course).

I'm lost what to do next. I wanted to appeal but I'm not sure though what documents I need to give them for the re-assessment.

Assessment bodies just follow the classification of overseas educational institutions. You can find the list of Philippine schools and their classifications here https://pinoyau.info/plugin/page/schools-sections

I think for occupations that require licenses, if the applicant has a PRC license the qualification is upgraded to a bachelor's degree even if the applicant graduated from a section 2 or 3 school. I am not sure what can be done for occupations that don't require licensure exams. Perhaps you can check with a MARA agent like @RheaMARN1171933

@sarahgon Degrees from section 1 schools are classified as equivalent to an AQF Bachelor's Degree. Degrees from section 2 schools are usually classified as Associate Degrees unless the applicant has another qualification that enables them to be upgraded to a Bachelor's Degree, such as a PRC license.

@sarahgon AFAIK PRC licensure exams are for occupations that require standardized knowledge such as engineering, architecture & health-related professions.

If your profession is not listed with PRC, then it's not a regulated profession and therefore does not require a license in order to practice. Sadly, there might not be a way for you to get a PRC license if your nominated occupation is marketing specialist, as it is not regulated in the PH.

Hello po. Just want to ask medyo confuse po kasi ako. I have 2 terms left to complete my dual course: Diploma in Project Management and Advanced Diploma in Program Management. I know I need assessment to apply for graduate visa and I am aiming for Management Consultant under vetassess. Upon checking kasi sa qualification requirements ng nominated occupation nakalagay "qualification assessed as comparable to AQF Bachelor degree or higher".

Does this mean na di papasok ung current courses ko since diploma lang cya?

I have completed Bachelor degree sa Pinas, pero pagkakaintindi ko is hinde pwede combine qualification ipaassess ko and only Australian study lng ang pede ko ipaassess when applying for visa 485.

I hope someone can give me some info. Thank you.

pa help naman po kung sino may alam sa query ko. if Occupation (A) related sa Experiences or (B) related sa natapos na course.

ito po natapos expreinces ko.

I think better check the description of both practice, may nga decription na usually naka indicate under the skilled occupation, cross check kung san category ng fall yun job description mo. but as you’ve mentioned mostly structural ang experience mo,i think most likely sa civil engr draftsman ang ipa assess mo. kasama sa sol ang civil draftsperson ngyon , open sa NSW compared to Archi drafts..
