At your own risk. If you opt not to have it assessed and if case officer won’t be convinced with its relevance, you may risk over claiming your points

Hi! How are the applications going given that we are in a pandemic? Is it still worth a try to lodge EOI for non medical related professionals? I actually have since 2019 but looks like low chances na talaga do get invited

Good Day po sa lahat , may tanong lang po sana. Yung 189 EOI (80 points) ko po will expire next month (Feb. 07, 2021), pwede na po ba akong gumawa ngayon ng new EOI for 189 at di ko nalang po aantayin yung exact expiry date?
Wala po bang maging negative impact or disadvantage pag ganito na gagawa na in advance ng new EOI kahit di pa umabot sa exact expiry date yung previous EOI?
Thanks a lot po sa lahat ng inputs in advance

Hi. Nagincrease na po pala ang waiting time. Yung period po ba na nakareflect dyan is the maximum time na magaantay? Or possible mas matagal pa?

Hi question lang po kasi confused po ako.
Looking at the PREVIOUS requirements for subclass 190 in QLD, a Software Tester must have “minimum post-qualification work experience of 3 years (including 6 months in Queensland) in accordance with ACS skills assessment”
Example, I have received a positive skills assessment from ACS for Software Tester (261314)
ACS skill assessment shows:
The following employment after 30 June 2019 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to ANZSCO Code 261314 (Software tester).
07/12 - 07/15 - 3 year(s) 0 month(s) Software tester
Outside Of Australia
07/18 - 07/20 - 2 year(s) 1 month(s) software tester
Australia
Does this mean that I do not meet the requirement to apply for subclass 190, as my ACS skill assessment only recognise employment from 30 june 2019, and this only gives me 1 year of experience?
Salamat.

I have skill assessment from AIMS as medical lab technician. My employment is already verified by AIMS. Now if I apply for 190 skilled visa whether immigration will ask me for the bank statement of salary deposit, does anyone have idea regarding this? It would be very helpful.
Thanks in advance.

Are you onshore or offshore? If offshore, no state/territory are open right now. Funds maintenance would be something you need to declare with the state/territory you’re applying nomination for. Though from the 190 cases we’ve handled, our clients have not been asked to provide evidences, I always advice my clients to be ready with supporting documents in case they ask because they could.

@lecia, yes I pray everything will be okay.
Mageexpire narin po ang 2 ng ielts ko by December 2021, so I pray I received the invitation po for visa 189.
I just thought also about how AU government take care of their citizen, I heard from during the pandemic outbreak ay napabayaan or neglected ang mga citizens outside the australian continent (sa ibang mga bansa). I'm thinking other positive thoughts of applying and becoming a citizen behind the welfare given by AU government to their citizens.

Hi seeking advise lang po.
My English Language Ability kase is 6 (reading is 6.5 the rest is 7) , yung points ko total is 65 points kahit nasa competent lang yung sa English Language Ability. Question ko po is totoo ba na may prioritization si Immig sa mga mas mataas yung points?

Close padin QLD for offshore. ☹️ Nabasa ko po na NSW is open for offshore this first week of feb under visa 491.
Im thinking if ok ba na magchange ako to NSW? Atleast, Kahit very small chance, meron. Though honestly,I can wait din naman till july 2021 financial year is out. Naisip ko lang po is sayang din yung chance in case maselect for offshore 491 ng NSW.
What are your thoughts po? Hindi ba makikta na from VIC then QLD then NSW ang EOI ko? Initially kasi VIC ako, tapos ngaQLD tapos plan to shift to NSW. Or is it better na intayin ko nalang ang july 2021 financial year?

Offshore applications are not prioritised for the current financial year. For the meantime, best to exhaust ways to increase points ie English, CCL, partner points as well as get on the EOI queue as soon as possible

Thanks po ng marami. ❤️

Hi, I would like to ask if I've done the right process with my application which I only did by my own.
I have completed my EOI in Skill Select, chose subclass 189,190, and 491 since Mar 2020 but till now I have not heard any feedback yet. I'm not sure if there is really a delay on the reviewer's end/COVID or if I did the wrong way and should have done a different approach.
My background: Accountant in UAE.
Appreciate your comments as I'm doing the process by my own.
