Been checking the invite trends since 2017 at never na sya bumaba ng 85-90 in the last 2 years. Kung ang score mo is aabot ng 90 kasama qualifications ng partner, then it's a consideration.

Generally yes but all depends on the occupation. Also, no one knows how things will turn out next year when they lift the restrictions. It’s tricky to use information from pre-pandemic days to base your strategy for next year when they start inviting offshore applicants once again. Best approach is to queue up on EOI ASAP and maximise points then strategise the best approach next year when procedures are more defined

Hi mam. So is it safe to say mataas din yung chance of getting invited depende sa occupation mo? Like kung di masyado marami yung competition?

It will always be beneficial to any applicant to be able to maximise their points claim

Okay mam thank you.

Nabasa ko din from a migration website

You can’t apply now and f you’re offshore. You won’t get an invite as offshore is not a priority at the moment until they open their international borders once again. You can go as far as eoi lodgement which is advisable to do ASAP.

I would choose 189, 190 and 491. Didn’t you say you’ve got an agent? You can definitely discuss with your agent the best strategy for your case. That’s the reason why you pay for their service.

You can choose all those but don’t expect any invite until borders re-open. Note that if you need to check your contract with your agent. If you go ahead and lodge your EOI without discussing things with her you might be breaching your contract with her. We have a clause in our contract preventing clients from action if their cases without our consent. This is a breach on our contract. We do this to avoid complicating the case. Hence be mindful of whatever action you might be doing without a dialogue with your agent.

I'm currently working for an Australian company here in the Ph for 3years and they wanted to sponsor me 482 TSS Visa Medium term stream. Mechanical Engineer po ang work which is also on PMSOL. First time ng company mag-sponsor and nag-di-DIY lang kami ng admin staff (yung admin namin sa Aus ay Pinoy din, pero andun sya thru Partners Visa so di siya masyadong sure sa case ko) My questions are:

    1. Tama po ba na nag-apply kami for exemption sa LMT under ITO? Since nasa Asean country yung associated entity ng company.
    4. Kailangan ko po ba gumawa ng Stat Dec in relation to my CV?
    5. Kakailanganin ko po ba ng POEA-OEC?

Thank you so much sa sasagot. Stay safe everyone.

@renhz no choice ka kung kailangan ng skill assessment from TRA sa application mo. magastos talaga magproseso ng visa kaya dapat may budget ka para dito.

Hi, ano po ba ang typical conditions for employer-sponsor visa (eg, validity period, may bond period ba?, are you allowed to shift/move out after you get your own visa?)

And yung typical timeline po? How long will the visa be released after you get hired by your employer?

Good evening po. Question po. I have been working since 2012. For my assessment with CPA Australia, I nominated audit as my occupation of which I had 4.6 years of experience. Tama ba I can only get 5 points for my work experience? How do I include my current experience of 4 years as an accountant to be able to get higher points? Thank you po sa sasagot.

Hello everyone. I'm currently exploring my options po in going to Australia. I'm a Mining Engineer, female, 26 years old, with 4 years of experience on April 2022. I just had my PTE exam. So ang option ko lang po is i-extend yung years of experience to compensate the points na nawala due to my low score in PTE. Hope you can help me with this. Thank you. God bless.

Tapos sobrang ingay po ba talaga? To a point na nakakadistract?

For 189 190 applicants, the sooner you apply the better, almost yearly nagbabago migration policies. Given na mabagal ang processing today because of the pandemic but this will eventually pass. Competition gets tougher every year, familiarize yourselves sa quota on your respective fields. Gone are the days na 60 65pts lang makakuwa na ng invite on most job categories, if you have good points based on age, education, work experience. Try your best to get that superior on PTE. That 10pts differential would slide you down on the priority list

Visa subclass 189 - Mechanical Engineer (ANZCO 233512)

November 2018 - Hired agent, review PTE A
    December 17, 2018 - PTE A Results (LRSW- 84 83 90 86)
January 28, 2019 - EA CDR skills assessment lodged
February 21, 2019 - EA positive skills assessment
    February 26, 2019 - EOI Lodged 80 pts (English 20 Work 15 Acad 15 Age 30)
March 11, 2019 - Invitation to apply received
    March 26, 2019 - Visa application lodged
    April 3, 2019 - Medical exam taken
    April 9, 2019 - Medical status cleared
    January 28, 2020 - Direct Grant Received !!!
