Share ko lang din, hindi effective ung tricks ni jimmySsem sa WFD.

May trick pala siya? HAHAHA! Kasi ako mabilis ako magtype so nattype ko kaagad yung words at the same time as the audio is playing. Key po talaga is mabilis magtype dapat. Pero may ibang sinusulat yung words sa notepad.

Ahh ganun ba. Mukhang di nga effective yung ganun. Nakita ko din yun before na sinusulat niya lahat pag di siya unsure, like "the" or "a", isusulat niya parehas.

Baka po kasi kahit wala kayong nasabi, fluent pa din kayo? May mga nakikita kasi ako na kahit di nila complete yung content ng sentence, fluent pa din sila magsalita at dire-diretso, tapos naka-90 pa din. Kasi malaki daw hatak ng fluency sa Speaking

@mariusinbrisbane wow congraatsss!! required padin ba mag faceshield? haha. and may mga templates po ba kayong ginamit?

Thank you po! Hindi na po required ang face shield. For the templates, ginamit ko po yung kay JimmySsem for DI and RL, pero nag-add ako ng kakaunting words para full of thought at hindi puro keywords. Bale ganito po ginamit ko:

"The given image is about interesting topics based on many different categories. Firstly we can see that the image can show a major point which is connected to our society, so it is fair to say that it is important. In addition, the given (graph/chart/picture) ** provides us with the information about **(title of graph/chart/picture) ** for **(kung may years, then years; kung may breakdown ng categories, then categories) measured in (yung measure ng graph, kung percent or number). Overall this image is very informative."

Same din po with re-tell lecture, pero mostly keywords na ginagamit ko dun pero may added context pa din like "He discussed (keyword1). He also discussed things like (keyword2,3,4,5), as well as (keyword6,7,8,etc)"

thank you!

    Introduction
Your position/opinion in regards to the topic
    Additional information about your opinion
    Conclusion

Bale sa intro part, ang ginawa ko po is inintroduce ko yung topic, tapos binigay ko yung opinion ko, then inend ko with "In this essay, I will further elaborate my opinion regarding this topic by giving supporting arguments."

Sa SWT, since one sentence lang siya, make sure to make use of conjunctions such as "which, where, as well as, such as, however" para humaba lalo yung sentence. Also pag hindi ka pasok sa 50-70 words, ang sabi nila hindi daw accepted yung answer mo.

Sa SST naman, kahit hindi nakasabi na 50-70 words, make it sure na pasok ka pa din sa range na yun. Ang weird nga hindi siya nakasabi sa instructions when you take the exam itself, pero sabi ng mga PTE tutors you can write 5-75 words, so ibig sabihin wag sumobra sa 75. Para di na malito, iparehas mo nalang sa SWT na 50-70 words ang limit.

Keywords lang po, not exact phrases or sentences. Ako pa din yung nag-construct ng context pero kumuha lang ng iilang keywords dun sa mismong summary

    @mariusinbrisbane Congratulations! :)

May templates ka bang ginamit sa Describe Image and Retell Lecture? Pa-share rin po ng tips at strategies na ginamit mo sa pag-practice ng Read Aloud and Repeat Sentence :)

Salamat po! Yes po, kay JimmySsem na DI and RL na templates.

Ang ma-share ko po is don't focus on these modules kasi nung nagka-change sa PTE nung November 16 onwards, bumaba yung items ng DI from 5-6, naging 3-4, at yung RL from 3-4, naging 1-2. Dun po sa exam ko, 3 na DI lang ang na-encounter ko and 1 lang na RL. Yung RA and RS po, hindi bumaba yung number of items.

Yung DI and RL madali nalang kasi may templates pero dapat todo practice po kayo sa RA and RS kasi yun yung may pinakamalaking weights sa Speaking and other strands tapos hindi pa nag-reduce yung number of items.

You can use languageacademy.com.au po for all skills practice. Diyan ko po talaga napractice yung RA and RS kasi makikita niyo din po yung fluency and pronunciation scores niyo. Also FYI po, according sa mga PTE tutors, mas malaki ang hatak ng fluency sa score compared sa pronunciation. Kaya dapat as much as possible, speak naturally and without any pauses.

Hi guys, sa speaking kahit anong BS sabihin mo tama ka kasi hindi chinecheck ni PTE ang content. So for example, sa RS walang sense sinasabi mo, basta fluent ka magsalita always 90 ang speaking. I had heaps of students na give the same sentiment and they are all surprised na 90 sila, so my tip is focus on delivery and not accuracy of answers. Hope this helps!

He also discussed things like (keyword2,3,4,5), as well as (keyword6,7,8,etc)"

thank you!

He/she did the similar experiment na mataas yung pronunciation naman vs. fluency, mas mababa yung score niya sa Speaking.

Kaya as much as possible, speak fluently. Kahit hindi mo complete yung words, basta fluent lang magsalita.

how long does it take for the official PTE mock exam to appear after purchasing it? It's already more then 4 hours but the only content of my assigned practice page is "You have no assigned tests in the Scored category" and the email of PTE to me is telling that the order has shipped. Have I done this right or i chose a different material? Thank you very much po in advance

Hi po, sa mga nag-take recently ng PTE, anong facemask ginamit niyo? Ano rin po ang tamang way na i-position yung microphone since may suot na facemask?

Ang recommended po ng proctor dun na nakausap ko is the basic surgical mask na color blue. For the mic placement, kahit yung pinaka-normal way of placement okay siya, not too far and not too near sa mask, because that's what I did (naka-90 po ako sa Speaking )

Hi everyone. I made this guide lang for PTE to help out all of you. I achieved Superior on my first take and sana kayo din for more points sa visa and para hindi aksaya sa pera!

I collated every single reference, platform, and YouTuber I used as a guide and tool to help me practice for PTE. Also, I ranked every question types based on their level of importance aka score weight.

If you have any comments or suggestions regarding my guide, please let me know para ma-guide ng mabuti yung iba!

PS: This is purely from my review experience. Self-review lang po ito, no need to waste your money sa mga review centers, at least my opinion. Also, if kaya niyo, kahit wag na din kayo bumili nung mock test from Pearson kasi mahal din siya. Matinding aral lang talaga ang needed!

Good luck po and sana maka-help!

    Gaano po kayo katagal nagreview?

Exactly a month and a half po. I reviewed for almost an hour a day kasi may work din. Pero nung a week before my test date, almost buong araw nagppractice lang po ako ng RA, RS, and WFD kasi yun yung mga importanteng question types.

Thank you. Saan po kayo nagtake ng mock-up tests? Mayroon po bang mga free? Hehe.

Pwede po ba magalis ng mask for RA?

Hindi po. For the whole duration of the exam, nakasuot po ang mask.
